"great service here. we were asked about any allergies before we set ourselves and I got a certain GF menu. the menu was somehow slim I ended the ordering of the chicken frames that had a little simple and blanching, but overall had a safe, pleasant experience without symptome. server told me that my meal would be made by the chef to ensure no cross-contamination. I will definitely go back and try the other dishes on the GF menu."

"Went last night with my wife and son. Waited mins for a table that’s fine they are busy). Pleasant and friendly service from our waitress. Ordered main meals and a couple of sides. Sons meal came pretty quickly, my wife’s then...came minutes later and I eventually ended up cancelling mine after waiting another minutes. What procedures do they have in place that makes it acceptable to just chuck out dishes when they’re ready we wanted to eat as a family….. too much to ask ? It’s pretty clear what’s going wrong- they have pretty much transformed into a takeaway service and they obviously make more from that then sitting guests, so they prioritise the takeaway None of this review is directed at the people serving but the management that allows this level of service is woeful Also not great to be seated close to the kitchen and listen to one of the chefs absolutely rollicking a member of staff Anyway- they were insanely busy so guess this review won’t matter one bit Oh and despite telling them to cancel my meal and obviously being unhappy, they couldn’t even remove a drink or from the bill as goodwill and not one manager bothered to intervene or apologise Won’t be returning"

"This is the best Wagamama we have ever been to! We have been dining at Wagamama for over a decade, trying their different locations across the country (almost monthly). From London, Manchester, Cheshire, Birmingham, Norwich and many more, we can confidently say that this is the best one yet! The food was exceptional - the squid was light and crispy, the ramen was flavorful and fresh, and the gyoza was soft yet crispy. It was a true delight! The service was also outstanding, thanks to the amazing chefs and Diana for her kind and warm service. Our son with allergies was catered to without any issues, accommodating his unique preferences. Thank you so much, and we look forward to dining here again soon!"

"We arrived at Pizza Express on a Saturday afternoon without a reservation, as we were on a spontaneous shopping trip at the outlet. To our delight, they were able to seat us right away. The service was quick, and we were promptly handed menus and given a moment to decide what to order. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious. We found the team to be personable and easy to chat with, which is something we really enjoy when dining out. Our conversation flowed easily, covering a range of random topics, and this definitely made our experience more memorable and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this place if you’re out and about, and if you haven’t been, you definitely should give it a try!"

"I am a regular customer at wagamama, food comes out at different times and thats fine but my partners food coming out 25 minutes after mine is too long i had finished. We did ask someone and they said not much longer, when the dish came it was covered in onions which we had asked our waitress to have without. The waitress did apologise and assured us she wrote remove onions but laughed off the mistake and offered no compensation not even a new dish. This was so disappointing and dampened our evening, probably won’t return to this particular restaurant which is a shame as we eat here often : Vegetarian options: 50% of the menu is vegan Parking: Huge multi story in complex"

"An absolute gem tucked away behind the station. I stopped for a quick early dinner on my way out and had to stay longer for to try another dish the first was so good. The staff were very friendly, warm and welcoming, the place is clean, the service was fantastic and the food well I already mentioned I stayed for more. When in London I usually visit a place in Camden for Sushi but now I have a choice south of the river too. I will be back to try the rest of the menu!"

"I absolutely love Wagamama! It is one of my favorite places to eat. We decided to celebrate my birthday there on Sunday. I tried the firecracker chicken dish, which some of my friends always order and recommended to me. It was good, but nothing beats the chicken katsu curry, which is my absolute favorite! The katsu curry should never change. Our server was a lovely woman from South America who was incredibly friendly and beautiful. It was nice chatting with her and my family. What made the experience even more special was when the staff from the new Wagamama location at Petersplatz came to my workplace the next day. They brought goodie bags for our team members, which included a Wagamama cookbook, £30 credit, a pen, and a pouch. It felt like an extra birthday present and was greatly appreciated by all of us. "A great oriental restaurant with a blend of Thai, Japanese, Chinese and other Oriental food styles. A wide selection of main meals, side dishes, and a few desserts. The main meals are large and reasonably price. The food is tasty and comes quickly, they don't seem to follow serving starters, and mains at the same time for each table and so may serve the entire table at different times, or serve you your starter and main at the same time. To avoid this it might be a good idea to order each course separately.I don't believe it states it on the menu, but green tea is free of charge.The restaurant's seating is set up across large long tables with benches on either side, meaning you do not have you're own private table (unless you come at less busy times The atmosphere is great and the set-up of the restaurant is very light and airy."

"I have a gluten allergy (coeliac) and ordered from here for the first time today. The people who work here are amazing, I was put onto the manager straight away who took my order derectly. When I went to collect the food, everyone was friendly and polite. They knew my name, found my order immediately. They knew about my allergy and the food was clearly marked and labeled. I've never felt so comfortable ordering takeaway before and the food was delicious.
