"I am a regular customer at wagamama, food comes out at different times and thats fine but my partners food coming out 25 minutes after mine is too long i had finished. We did ask someone and they said not much longer, when the dish came it was covered in onions which we had asked our waitress to have without. The waitress did apologise and assured us she wrote remove onions but laughed off the mistake and offered no compensation not even a new dish. This was so disappointing and dampened our evening, probably won’t return to this particular restaurant which is a shame as we eat here often : Vegetarian options: 50% of the menu is vegan Parking: Huge multi story in complex"

Service was poor and with a toddler was more difficult waiting!! Even though the place wasn’t crowded not sure what was taking so long! Food was okay but the cheese cake was yummy! Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

This is an incredible spot for dining! The ambiance is wonderful and the food is exceptional. I would definitely recommend trying the Tama squid. The service was top-notch. We dined in for lunch and the prices were very reasonable, ranging from £1 to £10 per person.
