"It was just next to theatre...offered us discount with our movie tickets...we ordered kid meal for our younger one and he was very happy with his garlic bread, spaghetti, lemonade, waffle, French fries. For ourself, veg pasta was sufficient. Overall good experience!"

"I visited this place at lunchtime with a friend who lives in Hull, so she recommended it. There was seating inside, as well as some outside on the street. It had a nice relaxed atmosphere, with piano music playing. We were told we could order by the app, which allows 10% off the bill. Or we could order at the bar. We decided it would be easier and quicker for us to order at the bar. But we were met by a very unwelcoming guy who told us that he didn’t have time to take our order, as he was far too busy. So our only option was the app! Not the best customer service, but anyway we ordered by the app which was fairly straight forward. The food was very nice and we had a lovely relaxing catch up. I would definitely recommend this place also visit again. Despite the stressed out moody barman, the rest of the staff were lovely the service was excellent."

"The staff at this restaurant were unfriendly and unwelcoming. The pittabread was served in a clear plastic bag that seemed to have been heated in the microwave, causing it to become hard as soon as it was taken out. The mixed meat skewers were presented as a plate of lukewarm shredded meat. The service was lacking charm and I had to constantly seek out the staff to order drinks."

"Came here for my grans birthday a few weeks ago, admittedly, I was unimpressed by the interior. However, that was straight out mind the second that our server, Emily, attended to us. There could not have been a greater example of “service with a smile”. She had no problem giving recommendations based on our own personal preferences, and catered to our every need. Will definitely be dining here."

"My partner and I decided to dine at this restaurant tonight because we were impressed by the cozy atmosphere, stylish design, and tasteful music. The service was excellent, although at times there was a longer than usual wait for the bill. However, with the option to pay using the tableside payment app, we were able to avoid waiting for too long. The drinks were fantastic, although on our last visit in November, I was unable to have alcohol as I was 9 months pregnant. I requested a milkshake made with a milk alternative, and although they didn't have milkshakes or other dairy-based drinks available, they were able to accommodate my request by offering a delicious mocktail instead. Our go-to order is always the chicken and rib combo, and on one occasion when I received a chicken leg instead of a breast, they kindly replaced it without any fuss. Overall, we have always had a great experience dining here and have never encountered any issues with our orders."

A step above and does credit to the team.I cannot get my Mum out that much because of her wheel chair but the facilities are great. "I went to Frankies and Bennys for dinner tonight. I was not impressed with the food or the service. We ordered the same main meals, but one portion was larger than the other. One of our meals was very dry and lacked sauce and meat. The service was poor, as the staff did not inquire about our meal satisfaction. Most of the staff were chatting by the open kitchen bar. When serving our food, they did not ask if we needed anything. When I asked for cheese, it took longer than expected for someone to bring it. I have dined here many times before without any issues, but I was disappointed with the meal and service this evening."

"Booked a table for 5.30 so it wasn’t busy for a birthday meal only 2 adults 2 kids had a garlic pizza and potatoe skins for starters the main food was served a while later most of it was on verge of cold sent chicken back as was not hot got a newly reheated one! Expensive chicken meal thin dry bit of chicken with bacon on it Chips were only slightly warm kids pasta was not hot only the meatballs had a bit of steam bad meal will never return should of been piping hot when served to the table must of been cooked with the starters and sat on side for 15 minutes awful meal and wasn’t cheap won’t be returning no wonder the restaurant was empty only good thing was the staff were polite"

"We attended this Frankies after having positive experience in other venues. We were greeted extremely well and showed to a table . The restaurant was empty other than the staff (9.00am ish). After ordering the door arrived very quickly and we started to eat. The...food has definitely been sitting under heat lamps for some time and was dry and hard to cut. My husband and I discussed that although we were happy pay for the food we should say something to the management team as this really was not how food in a very quiet restaurant should be presented. We told the manager our thoughts and all explained we were still happy to pay but thought they should know. The manager was very polite and offered us a free coffee and a discount on the food. It was handled very professionally and with a smile. Unfortunately I doubt we I’ll return after this experience and try another outlet at the airport. Training needed for the (chef) cooks."

"We tried four different restaurants including Suffolk Foodhall, Oyster Reach, and Harvester, but they were all too busy on a Saturday morning at 10:00. My daughter then suggested trying Frankie and Benny's. I wish we had gone there first, as they actually had plenty of seating and it was quite quiet. We went in, ordered our food, and it came out quickly. The staff were lovely and there was a nice atmosphere. I didn't realize they were still open, but the food was delicious and well-presented. The full English breakfast for £10.50 included eggs, sausage, toast, black pudding, beans, and mushrooms, all of which were cooked perfectly. The bacon was also delicious. There were 11 of us dining, and the young lady serving us was very attentive and kind. She made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The overall experience was good and clean, with a nice atmosphere for those looking for a pleasant dining experience. I highly recommend trying Frankie and Benny's if you are in the area and looking for good food. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal there."

"The Parlour is situated on the 1st floor of F&M, and I managed to stop by recently for some coffee and scones. Whilst the pricing isn’t cheap, I found the pricing of the coffee to be very expensive, and unfortunately not that good. £5.50 for a flat white really is the pushing it, but the least I would expect for that price is amazing coffee, which it was not. The scones were good, and came out warm, which is a bonus. The price of the scones in comparison to the coffee was actually ok. The cafe itself is a little on the cold side, and I’m not sure if that’s to do with the ice cream refrigerator, but I had to keep my coat on whilst I had my coffee."

"I got takeout today and I have to say, I was blown away by the curry I ordered. The Chicken Tikka main dish was phenomenal, with tender chicken and a side of fried mushrooms that were absolutely delightful. And let's talk about the vindaloo sauce - most places tend to make it milder than it should be, but not this restaurant. Their vindaloo sauce was spicy and packed with flavor, just the way it should be. Overall, I was very impressed and satisfied with my meal. Well done!"

"This place is nice with pleasant surroundings. The staff are welcoming. The food is average and the service is incredibly slow. Regrettably, my experience with the steak sandwich proved to be a big disappointment. The bread was heavily laden with gravy and onion, with a mere morsel of steak, which rendered it into a state of sogginess the structure of the sandwich failed and disintegrated into an unwieldy mess. Would I come back? Probably not."

"I belive is a week late to write an evaluation here. I visited this place last Wednesday, because it went to the half price offer on the food. therefore, my partner and I thought our dishes were half-priced. unfortunately not. only one of four was half price, so we have to pay more than our expectations. I also believe that this should have been told to us before we ordered them, as we asked them, that the food is half price. Nevertheless, eating was delicious and so was the double chocolate ice cream. only that we were not aware of the right offer!"

"A Christmas function with over 70 guests in one sitting would be a challenge for most but not for this team. All the staff were simply superb and served us all with with a great attitude and a smile on their face. They were attentive, polite and nothing was too much trouble. Our waiters included Kara, Jay and Amdi amongst others. A big shout out also to the chefs and kitchen staff. All the meals were delivered in a timely manner, superbly prepared and hot. No mean feat when the party is so large. Thank you to all the team at Frankie and Bennys Dudley. We will be back next year for sure"

"I had been to this restaurant located in Nottingham,UK. I could not find them here but i'm rating it here : I had been here with my cousins and its a lovely place....its to die for!!! The staff are very friendly and disciplined.It has a WIFI connectivity available...you need to register first though...The food is simply amazing and delicious....If you live in the UK or anywhere...you must definitely visit this place!!!! I've been told all the Chiquito Restaurants all over are very good...personally got to experience it...Its quite expensive but the food is worth paying so much!! I would definitely visit this place next time when I visit The UK. Its a great place to hangout with family and cousins : Keep up the great work you guys have done : A humble request from is that you should open a branch in Bangalore,India. "Came into a busy ish restaurant, went to the bar to get a drink while we waited for our table. Sat at the bar, looked at the drinks menus and the barman completely ignored us. We had to say excuse me can we order some drinks? The guy didn't smile, or even speak he just stood there waiting for out order. I ordered a glass of wine the glass was filthy!You could see the smeared lipstick all round the rim, bits on the glass, and it was wet. REVOLTING! I asked for another glass and showed him how disgusting the glass was, and he poured my wine into another disgusting glass! The manager came to the bar at this point, and I said to her Do you think I could have a clean glass for my wine, I have had two gross ones so far! She hand washed a clean glass.My friends glasses were not clean either.We were sat, and our order was taken by a very cocky waiter.Our food arrived, and we asked where the slaw was which was on 3 of our orders. We were told there wasn't any! What the HELL????!!! You tell the customer that when they order, not when you put the food down! What a joke! AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! I think it is a great idea if the company that owns Frankie and Benny's shuts them all down they a disgrace to your company."

"We had an outstanding dining experience with excellent food and exceptional service. The staff's drink recommendations were fantastic and truly exceeded our expectations. The new vegan menu was perfect for my lactose intolerant friend, and I even enjoyed some of the dishes myself! The Oreo freakshake was devilishly good, and the chicken Parmigiana plant was enormous. "This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I ordered a medium-rare steak, but it arrived almost completely raw. When I brought this to the manager's attention, he insisted that I was mistaken and that this was how medium-rare was typically served. He eventually agreed to provide me with a new medium-rare steak, but it turned out to be even more raw than the first one. It was practically bleeding, which is definitely not what you would expect from a properly cooked medium-rare steak. To top it off, the manager was quite rude. I noticed that he was wearing his mask improperly, hanging below his mouth, and none of the staff seemed to be washing their hands. Additionally, the table was sticky. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."
