Not the same since before covid, standards have definitely dropped in both atmosphere and quality of food. Don’t bother ordering a cocktail don’t think they have much experience in making them.

We were seen too quickly. And we were able to sit where we wanted. The food came quickly and was actually delicious. The chicken and the ribs were very tender and my wife enjoyed the fish. Would recommend to anyone.

Attentive service with above expectations level of food. The calamari was excellent and the rack of ribs reasonable, however the bbq sauce could have been a little more flavoursome. Indeed the bbq sauce that comes with the sharing platter is much better. If you’re after a cheap meal, this is not the place, however. Bill for a family of 4 with 2 young kids was over £100.

I visited the restaurant whilst waiting for my flight, once I had sat down staff appeared very disorganised and chaotic but unfortunately I still chose to stay, after ordering my food and waiting for 35 minutes I asked the waitress how much longer it would be as I had a flight to catch and she came back and said ‘oh it didn’t get put through sorry’. She seemed very unbothered by this terrible customer service and I had to board my flight having not eaten. Absolutely terrible.

Yesterday, my entire family of 17 people dined at this restaurant and we couldn't have been more pleased. The food arrived promptly and was served hot. The portion sizes were generous and the children's meals were excellent. The young man who served us at the bar was friendly and helpful, as was our waitress. We were thoroughly impressed and would like to commend everyone involved. Unfortunately, we didn't get the names of our servers. Our reservation was for 4:30. These young employees are a true asset to your establishment. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you very much.

More often than not, I'm bowled over by the excellent service of this F&B. Actually, I won't be able to lie and say the food was the best this time around it was generally pretty good but one of our choices didn't taste great however the service we get here is almost always some of the best service in the area. We were helped by a gentleman with glasses who couldn't do enough to help us, and the manager was also very kind today too. I was so delighted with this today and it made a bad day good. Thank you to F&B for making a bank holiday birthday meal a delight and thanks to your staff for their excellent service.

I hate to leave negative reviews, but I must say that this was one of the worst meals I have ever had. The food was disgusting- the chicken was served with a so-called 'tomato pasta' that was basically just chopped tomatoes on overcooked pasta. The entire meal was poorly prepared, lacked flavor, and was cheap quality. The service was good, but unfortunately it couldn't make up for the terrible food. The server did give us a discount to make up for the bad experience, but even with that, paying £40 for this meal felt like a rip-off. We only dined here because Nando's was fully booked, which explains why there were so many empty tables.

We booked a table for 5 to take our 3 young grandchildren out for a treat after spending an hour in the local arcade. Food was very good.I had a full rack of Ribs which fell off the bone. Kids meals were very good. A drink, main, side and dessert for under £7 each. The main plus of the evening was the service from John. What a truly delightful man. He interacted well with the kids and spoke to them all about all sorts of things. He made them feel welcome and took time to make each one feel special. You don't get this sort of service normally. I received an email from Facebook offering a two for one deal on main courses from Monday to Friday. I went to the Longwell Green restaurant tonight, ordered food, and then informed the waiter when it was time to pay that we had the two for one offer. The waiter immediately asked if we had made a reservation, to which I replied that we had not. He then informed us that we had to book in advance and that our order was not included in the offer. Despite trying to follow the links provided and finding that the website was not functioning, the waiter showed no concern and was unhelpful.
