"Went through drive through and ordered a bargain bucket and specifically requested thighs and drumsticks as family is a bit fussy about it. Weve been parked up as they were waiting for chicken to cook and when food finally arrived annoyingly in a whole bucket was 1 drumstick, 1 wing, 1 breast and 3 pieces of ribs with small part of a wing. On top of that all pieces were much more than signature crispy, they were burned and even after scraping off the burned parts food was VERY salty, so perhaps a chamge of oil may be ideal. Very much not happy with food."

"Been here before the whole large-scale management/ renovation changes and upscaling after their rise in popularity. Was good then and is still good now. Recently went and had their wraps, very large and definitely filling. Gave off burrito vibes because of the size. Wrap was stuffed full to the max, flavorful and chicken inside was still crispy. Homeslaw still as good as before, creamier than your average acidic tasting coleslaw. Drinks were good, I had the cake shake. Nice and sweet, almost dessert like, you can tell the fudge cake in the shake is of high quality, though I wouldn't say I'd buy it again purely due to price. Chips were very crispy and nicely salted. Service was fast and friendly, and atmosphere was chill due to the bluesy music. Another plus is that they are a small restaurant, so service is relatively fast regardless of it being a full house. Would definitely come here again."

"To be honest, this is the fastest restaurant owner I've ever seen. I went there with my two friends, the waiter wanted to lead us to one of the empty tables. but the owner has always told us. (do u have reservations, although the tables were mostly empty. unfurtunetly, it seems that he doesn't look like our or race. we left the restaurant in peace then called to ask their number for the reopening and the one who answered us, there is no need for reservation we have empty table! real scandal. we went to another restaurant."

"Children can enjoy a popcorn chicken meal with chips, a Fruit Shoot, and a piece of pineapple for £2.99 at this restaurant. The chips have the skin on them, which my 3-year-old grandson loves. Located on a busy road without parking outside, the restaurant can be accessed through the road in the parking bay or directly from the gas station next door. The small size of the restaurant means that they are not always busy, so service is fast. The tight layout of the shop requires customers to take a big step in and then swing around the door when there is more than one person. The counter is located a few steps in, and customers exit through another door that is down two steps. This can be challenging for those with strollers or a lot of food, as the door is heavy and the step back up is big."

"We recently visited our local KFC in Tyburn as the Princess Alice KFC was too busy and stressful. Upon our arrival, we used the cash register and there was a bit of a wait to be served, but the staff were all very busy. We were served by Aybe who was fantastic, very attentive and polite. Despite the busy staff, his exceptional service made us feel welcomed. We ordered the party bucket as usual, and Aybe made sure all the missing items were included. He truly went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The food was also great. Overall, a perfect KFC experience.
