"A nightmare encounter. The worst KFC I’ve ever visited. Me and the fellas landed into KFCs drive thru quite late in the day. It had been a busy day and all we wanted was to get our fried chicken fix, did we get this?! NO!!...Firstly the intercom was broken, it seemed to only work one way and I was unable to communicate from my side. Initially the member of staff asked what our order was, after four failed attempts the staff member sighed and shouted “Listen mate! Just tell me what you want!” This was rude and hugely annoying, I beeped my horn to display my annoyance but not in an aggressive way and the intercom lad again sighed and said “Stop beeping and pull round! It’s not hard” I pulled the motor round to the window and the lad again asked for the order in an uncaring and rude tone. I asked to speak to a manager and his question was “why”. Long story short we parked up and the manager came to the car. She was hostile and defended her staff. She stated we had one minute to order or she’d call the Police! All four of us were stunned! We ordered. After 15 mins ,way too long for “fast food”, the food came. The chips were cold and stale, the chicken was burnt. As a joke I said to the manger who delivered it to us “Is it even bird!” She clearly didn’t get the joke and spun round and swore at us! She completely lost the head and we nearly called the cops. Thank goodness no kids were about! This was the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life and I urge you all to avoid!"

"The service was terrible, staff ignoring you at the till and leave you standing there waiting. Then have a conversation about which one was going to serve you and the other walking off thinking you can’t hear them, finally when they felt like they had to serve you. They went and did something else for a deliveroo order after asking. They wasn’t listening to your order when speaking them, Couldn’t help when asking the differences as they didn’t know what was in it and looked at you blankly. Another customer, when waiting for my order asked for a cup of water and the disapproval look for asking was rude. If you don’t want to work in a customer facing business, don’t it’s simple. But sort yourself out KFC. Worst experience I’ve ever had in your branches."

"Visited today with my family th December and everything was stone cold took it back and was told by a staff member called Maria that we had been sat there for minutes when on our receipt we had just got our food and...only been sat down for minutes we showed a staff member called angel and she was amazing but the other staff member was rude no customer service skills wanted to argue when all we wanted was hot food. Asked for it to be changed and said she couldn’t change the burger she could only microwave it ! Now for someone like myself I work in customer service and retail .. and wouldn’t dare speak to anyone the way she spoke to me and my partner calling us liars even though the other staff member even agreed with us and she came over to apologise when it wasn’t her thought. But yet Maria failed to even give any sympathy or a apology.. feel sorry for the staff if she can talk to customers this way.. the poor girl apologised on behalf of this person acting. Manager requested a phone number a refused to give it to me, in the end just asked for my money back .. will not visit this establishment again and hope they retrain there staff especially someone who’s acting as a manger!"

"Went to KFC used the drive through around 4pm on a Sunday it was very quiet only about 4 vehicles in front. Order taken politely and drove round to pay and collect food this is where it started to go wrong had to park up as no chicken was informed it would be 5 minutes, 15 minutes later when everyone who parked up after us had there food we were eventually given ours, ordered 2 fillet burger boxed meals which arrived with everything thrown into one very small paper bag with items missing. Went inside to get my missing items and the staff were so very very rude and with a couldn’t be bothered attitude every time I tried to speak to someone I was ignored. Eventually someone spoke to me and my missing items were handed over. Food cold and the chips were disgusting cold and undercooked. The beans which were missing were disgusting looked liked they had been there all day they were dry and stuck to the bottom of the pot in one lump, I looked for a use by time and there was nothing one on the pot, I’m not surprised!!!! All in all a complete waste of money. Never again!!!!"

They marinate their chicken in the most incredible seasoning, in my opinion it's best on its own or dipped in the homemade ranch sauce. The wraps are amazing as well. As an American living in Bournemouth, this is the closest I've found to authentic, home cooked chicken and sides, very similar to my own grandmother's recipes! We'll be repeat customers for life!"

"I always get the same thing fillet burger, and two extra pieces of chicken although things have been difficult for the last few weeks, that has no bearing on comments. Overall when I visit it is ok, and staff are helpful. However today the fillet burger was good, the chicken pieces were strange, yes they had the a coating, but not the same as the fillet, not very tasty, and full of oil it had also collected at the bottom of the bag it was in.......it was also brown not clear, so I expect if you ate this you might not feel well....please look into how your cooking the chicken...would not make the colonel proud......."

"Children can enjoy a popcorn chicken meal with chips, a Fruit Shoot, and a piece of pineapple for £2.99 at this restaurant. The chips have the skin on them, which my 3-year-old grandson loves. Located on a busy road without parking outside, the restaurant can be accessed through the road in the parking bay or directly from the gas station next door. The small size of the restaurant means that they are not always busy, so service is fast. The tight layout of the shop requires customers to take a big step in and then swing around the door when there is more than one person. The counter is located a few steps in, and customers exit through another door that is down two steps. This can be challenging for those with strollers or a lot of food, as the door is heavy and the step back up is big."

"We recently visited our local KFC in Tyburn as the Princess Alice KFC was too busy and stressful. Upon our arrival, we used the cash register and there was a bit of a wait to be served, but the staff were all very busy. We were served by Aybe who was fantastic, very attentive and polite. Despite the busy staff, his exceptional service made us feel welcomed. We ordered the party bucket as usual, and Aybe made sure all the missing items were included. He truly went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The food was also great. Overall, a perfect KFC experience.
