"Ordered from kfc app. Took payment from my bank and said card declined??? So payed for regular popcorn meal with gravey and £4 delivery. Didn't have much money left in my bank but promised Mt daughter kfc. Rung restaurant they said no delivery order has been made gave me customer service number buy was closed so called back they said come to restaurant. I showed them that it came out of my bank. Now only did he give me my order he gave me to large meals with large gravey. It was so busy in there as well and sorted my meal with no question and smile on his face. This really made my evening as I only had a fiver left in my bank and wanted to treat my daughter a d felt ripped off. Thank you Gabi. Your customer.er service is impeccable and you and your team are fast efficient and serve tasty hot food. Stay awesome"

"I can see that there are many negative reviews, but honestly we were always happy with eating and service here. we live in the fleet and often this kfc, has nothing bad to say, except some reconsidered chips now and then. do not check them justeat/ubereats/deliveroo directly on kfc’s when their eating cold is their supply grater likely f-d up, not them."

"a couple days ago, the barista (a man in his late thirties/early forties) asked each of us in the queue our coffee orders quite abruptly. I told him what I wanted and he carried on making coffees and then take the payments when the coffee was ready to serve. It was really getting late and apologiaing, I asked him if he was actually making my coffee. He said obviously not, I will make it soon in quite an impolite way. I apologised again and told him that I had to leave and if he could cancel my order which of course hadn't even been paid for yet. I didn't get an answer, he looked at me like he couldn't care less, shrugged his shoulder and turned the other way like I was not worth his time anyway. Appalling service from that particular member of the staff"

"I was disappointed with my order of the Wicked Zinger meal at the restaurant. I asked for a large size but received a small instead. I didn't realize this mistake until I got home.
