"We recently visited our local KFC in Tyburn as the Princess Alice KFC was too busy and stressful. Upon our arrival, we used the cash register and there was a bit of a wait to be served, but the staff were all very busy. We were served by Aybe who was fantastic, very attentive and polite. Despite the busy staff, his exceptional service made us feel welcomed. We ordered the party bucket as usual, and Aybe made sure all the missing items were included. He truly went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The food was also great. Overall, a perfect KFC experience. Please pass on our thanks to Aybe for his outstanding service. Thank you!"

"Food was standard for KFC until I found a hair which put me off, as well as the unhygienic dirty tables which is inexcusable given how quiet it was inside... Staff were intolerable, rude, interests in everything but serving customers their KFC experience apart from one younger lad on customer floor whom was very welcoming. The manager on shift in a pinky purple shirt was dismissive of me when I tried to complain about the hair, having the gut to say I put it there myself... Refused a refund or exchange despite numerous times of asking politely, then watched me clean up my seating area which made me uneasy then threateningly followed me out of the building to my bus, standing 10 or so metres away from me for almost 10 minutes, staring at me until my bus arrived. And they get paid for this! I tried to phone up later in the week in hopes of speaking to a different member of staff but seems they've turned their phone off/deactivated their phone/blocked my number. Do not visit this awful place. Head Office and HR investigations will follow my report and the Environmental Health Agency will look further into this."

I recently stopped by and was pleasantly surprised to find more food for a lower price compared to the nearby Subway. I ordered a poppy seed baguette with a generous amount of filling and all the salad options. The portion size did not disappoint, and I left feeling satisfied. "a couple days ago, the barista (a man in his late thirties/early forties) asked each of us in the queue our coffee orders quite abruptly. I told him what I wanted and he carried on making coffees and then take the payments when the coffee was ready to serve. It was really getting late and apologiaing, I asked him if he was actually making my coffee. He said obviously not, I will make it soon in quite an impolite way. I apologised again and told him that I had to leave and if he could cancel my order which of course hadn't even been paid for yet. I didn't get an answer, he looked at me like he couldn't care less, shrugged his shoulder and turned the other way like I was not worth his time anyway. Appalling service from that particular member of the staff"

"I visited KFC with my grandchildren and was disappointed with the experience. They did not have any vegan options available, and did not provide a receipt or update on the status of my order. When I collected my food, I realized that the 2 children's boxes I had ordered were missing chips, gravy, and fruit shoot, and instead had adult-sized cokes. This was not suitable for my young grandchildren. Unfortunately, I didn't check the order until I got home and decided not to return to the restaurant in the cold. Overall, I felt like I did not receive what I paid for and would not recommend this establishment. I do not plan on returning."

"I can see that there are many negative reviews, but honestly we were always happy with eating and service here. we live in the fleet and often this kfc, has nothing bad to say, except some reconsidered chips now and then. do not check them justeat/ubereats/deliveroo directly on kfc’s when their eating cold is their supply grater likely f-d up, not them."
