"Very nice specialty coffee with some impressive latte art. Had a problem where I went to the other location which was vegan and decided I just wanted a regular coffee.. however there was no mention of their other branch so I was suprised to stumble across the second location. Easy to get the two mixed up. Service in the non vegan branch was okay, nothing to complain about nor compliment and the atmosphere was quiet but relaxed but felt quite empty."

"I ate and was working out of this place for a few days in Late Oct/Nov, the front door was wedged open (Edin in the depths of winter is NOT warm! , I had to ask the guy if I could close the door (cue eye rolling ..also they play really generic hip (it 's not music way too loud. The Guy (young lad mid 20 's working there clearly does not value that it 's the CUSTOMER that comes 1st and maybe he thinks he 's running a disco, not a coffee shop. People want a warm, cozy, draught-free environment and not to have your generic, rubbish music blaring."

"Ordered 2 9 pizzas one pepperoni, one Margherita with mushrooms and both were freshly cooked to order and delicious. Very reasonably priced, too, and friendly service. However, went today at lunchtime for the obligatory pasty and were sadly disappointed. Firstly, it was only just gone 12 and they had very little left to choose from. Hubby went for steak and ale and I ordered the chicken and bacon because my usual choice of cheese and onion was not available. We assumed they would be hot (like every other pasty bought anywhere in Cornwall in the last 30 years! and the server offered to warm them up which we accepted so she gave them 20 seconds in a microwave. We left the shop and I felt them but they still felt cold so I went back and she did it again. We reached a comfy bench happily anticipating our lunch to find they were barely warm on the outside and stone cold in the middle. My pasty was inedible in the middle so I just ate the edges and hubby manfully struggled through his but, even if they had been at a decent temperature, they wouldn't have been worth the bother. Who serves pasties stone cold?! Especially a chicken and bacon in white sauce! Definitely would not return for a pasty and would recommend you go elsewhere, although that might be a struggle as it seems like virtually every pasty shop in St.Ives is owned by the same company! 2 stars only because the pizzas were so good."

"During our visit to see family nearby, we were in search of a place to dine. After reading positive reviews, we decided to give this restaurant a chance and were glad we did. The staff greeted us warmly and were very friendly, going above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The food was outstanding, with my lamb cutlets being particularly delicious and cooked perfectly. The pork belly, sea bass, lasagne, and scampi ordered by others were equally impressive. Even our youngest member who ordered chips and peas was pleased with his meal. I highly recommend stopping by this restaurant, as you will not be disappointed!"

"We have been happy regulars for years but sadly had an unusually bad experience. No mint sauce was a bad start to the lunch to then finding parts of the meat unedible/rotten, resulting in them having to be spat in an undignified fashion in to a serviette, ruining the remainder of the lunch. We informed the manager on leaving who got confrontational, saying I 'd consumed 70% of the lunch as opposed to being concerned about serving rotten meat. This was of course 'in my opinion ' he stated. So, in his view only half the fee of of one lunch was due a refund. A simple apology and refund for the meal would have been acceptable and we would return but there was no excuse for his rudeness. Every pub can have a bad day with some issues. There was 5 of us with no other complaints, who had multiple drinks and generally happy with the meals. We also didn 't comment on the men 's toilets which had a drainage problem and smelled heavily of urine. Very sad as we 've had mainly good experiences. We won 't be returning."

"Such beautifully presented food, all absolutely divine! Everything is vegan so no searching through the menu we shall definitely be returning here again soon! Family run cafe, friendly service, with lots of options to eat in or to take away. The rocky road was so good, I'd go back just for one of those! Beautifully prepared platter salad was lovely fresh. M*lkshakes, hot chocolates, cakes, scones, sausage rolls with a delicious twist, croissants with sweet fillings... Very happy children here It can understandably get busy, so worth booking if you don't want to miss out on a table! There's also outdoor seating if weather permits."
"Went in today and had to ask for table to be cleared, miserable member of staff cleared it but didn't wipe it clean, ordered 3 coffee's but only received 2, didn't even get the order correct on the 2 that we received, mixed one with the other, very small cups, but not so small price's, staff not very friendly, first and last time I will go on there"

"I popped in around 2oclock today (18/09/21) There was 2 younger boys working there and I just want to say the customer service was amazing. They are a credit to the store, I had to wait 5 minutes for a pasty to be cooked, I was offered a drink while I waited as it took 7/8 minutes rather than the 5 they first said which was no fault of thier own , they had to make sure it was fully cooked before serving, really good customer service , it was nice to see , not like most stores lately , I never leave reviews but I searched this just to say thank you to the lovely staff"

"We were on the lookout for a good breakfast spread that wasn't too expensive and would keep us going till the afternoon. After going through a number of restaurants on Zomato, we ended up at Papii Cafe and I am SO glad we did. You know they say, when the breakfast is British you make it your favourite meal. We had a wholesome meal that included eggs, toasts, salami, sausages and baked beans. I got my breakfast meal customised to chicken and they agreed with a smile on their face. Two breakfast meals costed us £6.5 each and it was worth it. The ambience is very welcoming, the staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable, the place was relatively packed and since it's not too big, getting a table can be a task. One of the sweetest things about our trip to Edinburgh was definitely when our server handed us one of their speciality brownies as a gift. Cheers to restaurants like these that make you feel so welcomed and a staff that is always smiling :"

"Delicious brunch! I could have tried everything on the menu. I ran from Stretford to meet my friends, and we sat outside in the back area, which was a perfect spot to cool down. I ordered a variety of drinks, including pressed apple juice and delicious black coffee. For my meal, I had a chocolate croissant followed by a Cobb salad, which had the perfect balance, and the dressing tied everything together beautifully. Other members of the group enjoyed the breakfast, burritos, and pancakes. Everyone left feeling satisfied and happy. The owners and waitstaff were incredibly friendly and attentive without being intrusive. It was a wonderful way to spend part of the weekend!"

"Amazing pastry! crispy shell with a warm chocolate filling. Also love the smell of baked goods that wafts in the space. — Coming back before catching a bus. Tried the new breakfast special, omelette panino. Lovely freshly cooked omelette, filled with flavorful peppers and chicken pieces, stuffed in piping hot toasted ciabatta. Heavenly heart-warming and filling breakfast. Very welcoming and efficient service. The blackboard always tempts me with so many combinations… and Brie/cheddar/mozzarella cheese croissant sounds delicious."

"I've been in many Caffe Neros which have quite a lot have tightly packed tables and its hard to find a free table. But this one on Union Street is large and airy and a very pleasant place to sit. It is well situated in the centre of Aberdeen. The cafe is narrower where you enter with the counter on your right but it then opens out into a large space. Most tables were for two but it was easy to get an extra chair for the three of us. It serves the usual Caffe Nero fare. Very good coffee and we had a particularly nice coconut and raspberry slice. A chocolate croissant was also very enjoyable. A very good place to drop in for a coffee and cake."

"I stumbled upon this restaurant while exploring Edinburgh and decided to have lunch there. Initially, the appearance was decent but didn't give away how charming this little restaurant really is. The staff were exceptional and friendly, adding a great vibe to the place. They were great with the kids and provided quick service despite being short-staffed. Their suggestion of brioche with ice cream for dessert was on point and really hit the spot. Even my wife agreed that it couldn't have been better. The Focaccia sandwiches and pizza for the main course were also delicious for both adults and kids. The price for lunch with dessert for a family of four was reasonable, especially for a city center location. Don't let the appearance of this place deter you, take a chance and grab a seat - you won't be disappointed!"

"I am a regular customer of this establishment due to my frequent business visits to Tottenham Hale. The staff members at the counter are often not very welcoming to customers. I recently had a poor experience there, as they need to be trained on how to properly welcome customers, which is very important. During my recent visits last Sunday and yesterday, two different female staff members were serving me. They did not pay enough attention to how I wanted my coffee, resulting in poorer quality coffee than before. I remember a manager who was always polite and welcoming, but I have not seen her recently. I am writing this review in hopes of improving the quality of service for regular customers like myself. I enjoy dining at Pret a Manger."

"Chill place to spend time. We went with my girlfriend on a Sunday afternoon to study for uni. Great atmosphere, quiet downstairs happy vibes upstairs. Staff is very friendly. The food is various and tasted good, and also the prices are good. The hot drinks are various too as you can have lactose free milk: soya, oat, and coconut. The coffee tasted regular. Definitely recommend the salads and the sandwiches, vegan options available. The WiFi was not working unfortunately but overall positive experience. We will be back but not to study until internet works well."

"A very pleasant place in the centre of the city. It might look small from the outside, but there is plenty space downstairs if you want to sit down and relax. The wooden interior is different from your usual coffee shop, it's not exactly cosy,, but it's definitely nice in its own way. I ordered a flat white and it was spot on. The milk had just the right texture and the temperature was perfect. It is clear that baristas have been trained well. You can also get some here, and they really thought about everyone they cater to different dietary needs."

"We are fortunate to have this restaurant right on our doorstep, and it is one of our favorite places to dine. The food is consistently delicious, beautifully prepared, and the menu always shows real dedication. Steve, the chef, is incredibly creative and never ceases to impress us with his dishes. We have been regular customers since they first opened and will definitely keep coming back. Whether you are vegan or not, you must visit this place if you are in the area - you will not be disappointed."

"an absolute jewel of a sound while in dying was a little early for my close visit. not particularly easy to find, but the hahn sign is easily visible. specializes in kuchen snacks toasties etc. but speciality is a series of globally related coffees. I would like to rehearse some of the more adventurous options at any point. as it for an americano with a beautiful butter toast that they like to make. outdoor small garden area seems quite popular, but I was happy inside. beautiful coffee would like to return."

"Sadly, they weren’t open on Sundays when we visited Dartmouth, but were so pleased that we visited on two other days. My husband visited first, chose a cake, which was delicious, and was given another as they still had an assortment left over and it was heading for closing time. We headed there for breakfast the day we were leaving Dartmouth; lovely welcome, good choice of pastries, and when we next visit Dartmouth we’ll definitely head their way. For anyone unsure where to find them, they are close to the market."

"This beach side cafe is sited next to the 'Hove Lagoon ', a largish sail boating, boarding, paddleboat lagoon, staffed by rather indifferent folk.... but there if you fancy getting wet! There is a fabulous shallow pool for the little guys adjacent to the cafe (free access) with a park of swings and slides.... and more expensive trampolines jumping castles and adult outdoor gym! All fenced in for safety and populated by 'many ' mums who can abandon their kids to the joy of being a kid! The cafe offers typical beachside fare as well as tea coffee cold drinks and ices. Staff appear to be somewhat overworked and are not as cheery as they could be to make the experience memorable, but they probably deal with a myriad of folks on sunny days. Well worth a visit if you have toddlers....."
