"we have been regular customers for years and we have enjoyed supporting this small chain. Unfortunately, the staff has changed lately and as the previous reviewer mentioned, the quality depends on the server. today the server said the new rule was that they. can only 2 ingredients in the salat, due to the food restrictions this is a problem in the pastness they would swaps (how should be the case - this is just a caffe not a Michael start restaurant). the server did not seem to care and when I came home, I realized that she had even forgotten the quinoa. the salat was bland and not the price for a take. there are many restaurants, including leon, pret and sapori on this road going to each of them and they will be better service. a shame. the owners were often in the cafe preparation and I suspect that it was early to be good, now it is unfriendly workers leaving the business."

"After a walk through the town centre, we came across this lovely little patisserie. We went in for a look to see what delights they behind the counter ended up dining in. I ordered a slice of red velvet cake, my partner ordered pancake my little boy ordered a waffle. The smell as they was cooking it from fresh, smelled devine. Even better as they was participating in government scheme.I enjoyed the cake so much, I ordered several different selections to take home as we was visiting after a bank holiday weekend to West Midlands Safari park. I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the lady who served us but she was lovely very helpful. It was nice to see through to the kitchen as they prepared the lovely delicacies. Very lovely establishment very clean.Definitely worth a visit again if we come back to Stourbridge."

"everything here is at least vegetarian and they had a decent selection of sandwiches and hearty options. “Healthy” sandwiches and salads are not really my thing, so I did not eat anything of them, but I have 2 croissants from their bakery section (which is fully vegan – a chocolate croissant and a mandel croissant. both were excellent, with beautiful fresh pastries and a delicious filling – I would definitely recommend! the load itself was quite loud and I found the music quite abrasiw, so I wouldn't sit as a place and eat a drink or lunch, but I enjoyed it myself!"

"For my first visit it was ok. I went for lunch and quite a lot of the seating was taken up, but baring in mind it is small shop. We order 2 paninis, a coke and a coffee which they forgot one of the paninis and by the time my mum had got hers I was finished with my lunch. They need to turn the music down in the shop or not have music at all as it is hard to hear the people who you are with as you are having to compete with the music playing and other customers as you are all having to talk louder due to the music. I will try Oso again and hope it will be a more relaxed environment."

"Sadly, they weren’t open on Sundays when we visited Dartmouth, but were so pleased that we visited on two other days. My husband visited first, chose a cake, which was delicious, and was given another as they still had an assortment left over and it was heading for closing time. We headed there for breakfast the day we were leaving Dartmouth; lovely welcome, good choice of pastries, and when we next visit Dartmouth we’ll definitely head their way. For anyone unsure where to find them, they are close to the market."

"I go the the Counter Albion every day, either for coffee, for a healthy breakfast, or for a calm candlelit wine cheese dinner. I love it. You will be amazed by the variety of hot and cold drinks available, delighted by the freshness and tastiness of the food, and warmly welcomed by the charming and ever smiling French staff. The lovely Aurélie, the amusing bow-tied Sam, and the handsome Reda, are always happy, and are definitely the best to brighten up any of the too many gloomy days we have in London.I can't wait for the big bench to be back outside, so I can enjoy my coffee cigarette, when Spring will be back..."

"Wonderful staff, wonderful coffee. The chap behind the counter that served me, Hassan, was evidently very well versed in not just the making of coffee, but the contextual history of it too. This sharply contrasts most visits to other cafe's where I've stood in awkward silence as the barista rushes to make a coffee, and it made for an intriguing and eye opening visit! I had never tried Turkish coffee before, however Hassan walked me through how it's made, and what you can add to it to change the taste based on subjectivity. I ended up taking it to a park whilst reading a book, and it was just magnificent. P.S, to those reviewers bemoaning prices, please don't blame the cafe nor its staff; inflation, and the effects of a post covid economy hasn't made it easy for independent retailers and traders. You might find at franchise stores that prices might be cheaper, but this is typically reflective of the quality of the products they serve. Lulu Coffee is an exceptional establishment, and I wish them all the best for their future business it would be well deserved."

"We had a great experience at this restaurant and ended up coming back for coffee and breakfast twice. The croissants were some of the best we have ever had, although we haven't had much experience with European croissants. There was a variety of food behind the counter, which the staff would heat up for us, along with plenty of coffee and tea options. The staff was friendly overall, though some seemed more experienced than others. We had a nice chat with a gentleman who appeared to be the owner or manager, who was from France and shared with us the story behind the restaurant and how they run their multiple locations in London. We appreciated his time and enjoyed both of our visits."

"I wanted to take a moment to highlight the excellent service I received today from Harry and Theo. Despite being overwhelmed with numerous customers and a bustling restaurant, they managed to make everyone feel welcomed with their smiles, laughter, and jokes. The atmosphere was so enjoyable that everyone seemed to be lining up just to chat with them. It was a refreshing change from the usual hectic days at the restaurant. Thank you for handling the stress with grace and professionalism while still providing a warm and inviting experience."

"There are a lot of options here. Whether your veggie or vegan there is plenty to accommodate you. I liked the variety of sandwiches, salads, snacks, and warm foods like soups and wraps. The drinks are really good too and I would recommend the cold brew with coconut milk. It’s the perfect spot for veggies!"

"I work in the health service I was served by Aamir who was very professional and polite and went out of his way to assist and make my experience smooth and pleased, for example he suggested a more tastier option of beverage and was very prompt in preparing it . This made me feel valued and definitely will recommend Nero at Southampton row to my healthcare colleagues. Aamir has embodies the great ethos and values that Nero has for its customers, not only coffee but a full positive experience. Thank you Aamir"

"Reliable place for vegan coffee and lunch it's been here for years and continues to be welcoming and delicious. It has a community feel and is very embedded in the local landscape, linked to St Margaret's house which is worth researching if you live nearby. The garden out back is lovely if it's warm enough to sit outside. You can help yourself to tap water from the little faucet by the bar. Most recently (Sep 2022) I had Mac and cheese with focaccia garlic bread and a little salad really great value at about £7.50."

"This restaurant in East Grinstead has the best coffee I've tasted (although I've only tried a few places). I had a little mix-up about what a long black is (they served me an Americano, which is too weak for my Australian taste), but they kindly made me a double espresso instead, and it was the most delicious coffee I've had in weeks of being in the UK. The food was also great - I ordered a toastie and a side salad, both simple but high-quality. I would definitely recommend this place."

"During a trip to the Columbus airport to pick up my son, I had to decide between dining at McDonald's right outside my hotel or walking two blocks to the only restaurant nearby at the Concourse hotel. I chose to take the walk. Since I got there for an early dinner, the restaurant wasn't very busy. The wine selection was impressive and reasonably priced. I enjoyed a red wine to start and a white wine with my meal. For dinner, I had shrimp alfredo, which my server warned me was a small portion, and she was right. While it was filling, I felt it could have been a bit more generous. For my first course, I had clam chowder, which didn't quite live up to the server's recommendation, leading me to believe the chef may have made too much for the day. Overall, I would consider returning as the restaurant is conveniently located near the airport hotels and offers reasonable prices. Thank you for reading and goodbye!"

"If you happen to be traveling or working near the station, this restaurant is the ideal spot for a delicious lunch. The mango banana sunlight bowl is a delight, and one of my personal favorites is the macaroni cheese with prosciutto. Don't miss out on their fruit salads, warm sandwiches, and chocolate stuffed croissants. They use a generous amount of fruits and vegetables in their dishes, which I appreciate."

"This is the first place I came in Bath to get some amazing tasting bread bakery products! I love Real bread , and eat it everyday, but wanted to try their sourdough, as well as their lovely sausage rolls, cakes, and biscuits, etc. I spent nearly £75, and I can say that everything was eaten, with girlfriend dog, too! If I am back in Bath, I will be back here to get their lovely bread cakes! There is another bakery like them in Plymouth, called Jaka 's(it is the oldest bakery in the UK, too! . Don 't believe all these people who slag it off, as they don 't eat proper food, all day, everyday, like me!!!"
