Pret A Manger - Menu

The café was clean and pleasant, but it was very crowded at lunchtime. I ordered a cappuccino and was impressed with the quick service. I would definitely come back again.

Soups ,sandwiches ,wraps teas coffees all that is needed for a break whilst shopping or work times they have good veggie options which suit me and very polite and pleasant service .

I come here for my salad and can of coke (ironic) probably 3 times a week, Elisha is always in there, always smiling and is externally friendly. The only thing I would say is to bring this up to 5 bubbles is the salads should have an option to remove stuff for example my friend has a tomato allergy but most the salads have tomato! View menu

Myself and my family visit Horsham regularly and always stop in Pret to refuel! The coconut flat white can sometimes be a bit ropey, but the food and service is brilliant and we really enjoy stopping by to rest our little legs when we are out shopping! It gets really busy so more seating would be good, but otherwise it's a great place!

On our visit to Pret on Saturday 24th Oct the tables were far too close together, the tables weren't being cleaned between sittings and the floor was sticky and covered in crumbs. They obviously haven't heard theres a pandemic. It's not the staffs fault. There was only 3 or 4 of them and they were rushed off their feet and were polite and professional as always.

Pret is situated in the centre of the main street and is accessible for wheelchairs.Plenty of space, the food is great and have a good selection, however the new menu is not available here as yet. The manager and her staff are amazing and friendly. I would give it 5 stars if it had more seating and there were less people with a bottle of water and spending hours on their laptops. View menu

I stopped by for lunch during the middle of the week. The restaurant was bustling when I got there, but I was able to find a spot at a single seat. The turkey sandwich I ordered was delicious and fresh, although a bit challenging to eat. Despite dining in, I wasn't provided with a plate or utensils, so I had to improvise by balancing my sandwich on its wrapper and scrounging for a disposable fork. The decor was pleasant and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was noticeable.

I visited this restaurant on October 26th, 2020, at 12:00 pm. The tables were dirty and no staff were cleaning them. I had to clean my own table, which had empty cups and half-eaten sandwiches on it, and disinfect it myself. There was no hand sanitizer at the entrance, which was disappointing given the current pandemic. Other tables were also left dirty. Overall, the management needs to improve their cleanliness standards. I hope the kitchen is not the same as the dining area. This place should be closed until they can ensure a safe and clean environment for customers.

Hello ,I was yesterday to take my usual lunch as I do every day around 11:30 -12:30 and before to enter in Pret Horsham I see in front of the main shop entrance ,but before the outside tables area, A old man who did not fell too well and He look very dizzy .When I wanted to go in the shop to let staff member of Pret know about what I saw about the old man )l I saw this girl Michelle from Pret running from inside of the shop to get outside fast , pass me very polite and ask her colleagues for a bottle of water .When I turn back my head I see Her catching the old man with a "magic "power and hold him:the old man was very close to hit the table in front of him with his head.
