"We had a great experience at this restaurant and ended up coming back for coffee and breakfast twice. The croissants were some of the best we have ever had, although we haven't had much experience with European croissants. There was a variety of food behind the counter, which the staff would heat up for us, along with plenty of coffee and tea options. The staff was friendly overall, though some seemed more experienced than others. We had a nice chat with a gentleman who appeared to be the owner or manager, who was from France and shared with us the story behind the restaurant and how they run their multiple locations in London. We appreciated his time and enjoyed both of our visits."

Nothing really special. French bakery. The croissant was fresh and tasty. The coffee was ok. The service quick but not organized. The prices regular ; a croissant is around 3,5 pounds

I'm not sure if it's just this particular location of Paul, but using paper cups and plates doesn't seem right with the higher prices. The overall appearance seemed a little shabby, so I won't be returning.

Whilst display of food looks appetising its a great shame that the staff can't be polite. No can I help you?, no please or even a thank you. Just staff with an attitude problem. If they don't like the job or serving customer then get another job. View menu

First time in this branch Very busy Wednesday lunch time around 14:15 where underground trains are on strike, passengers are are packed inside buses or walking in massive numbers. Enjoying my Cafe Latte extra hot milk and my very tasty and fresh almond croissant. Staff are good

Visited today the marble arch branch, almost £6 for a decent baguette, badly made latte and snack. No seating allowed for that price had to pay £9 for that privilege! Go to costa instead £5-6 eat in with a warm baguette, better coffee and service. Disorganized staff. Disappointed to say the least.

Excellent, fresh pastries, we had the almond croissant and a palmier, both delicious. Cup of cappuccino just right as was the English Breakfast tea. Largest cup of tea and most generous side of milk that I had while in London. Courteous, pleasant staff both behind the counter and at the register. Nice atmosphere, will go back. Didn’t think it overpriced. View menu

Visited on Sunday and had lovely coffee and cake but was not impressed with the chap who I assume was in charge and with the the ambience of the cafe overall. I witnessed him being rude to the staff and also before leaving I had to ask him for the code for the toilet as it is on your receipt and I never received one. He didn't speak or smile or engage in anyway and glaring at me he opened the door so I could use the facilities. Very rude. Made me feel uncomfortable and cross and spoilt the experience. Will not recommend and will certainly not return.

My experience at this restaurant for breakfast today was disappointing. The staff was nowhere to be found when we arrived. We waited by the podium with a sign instructing us to wait to be seated, but after several minutes with no staff in sight, we decided to seat ourselves. We grabbed menus, placed our orders, and waited, but no one came to assist us. After about 10 to 15 minutes of waiting with no staff in sight, we ultimately left and went to another place for breakfast. We noticed that a few other couples also went through the same experience of being ignored by the staff before leaving.

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
