""Honestly, this place is just another café among many at St. Pancras Station. It’s decent but not better or worse than the others—nothing exceptional to write home about. We had some broth and oil, which were decent, along with a chicken salad that was fresh enough. We considered ordering the lasagna, but it looked small and unappealing when we saw what the person next to us received. It’s not particularly great value, and the décor is as unremarkable as you’d find in any typical food establishment. The service was friendly, but overall, it wouldn’t be worth making a special trip here. If you’re nearby, it’s okay, but don’t expect fine dining.""

"Three out of four meals were okay,, though not exceptional, and one, the pork belly, very disappointing as it was tough, tasteless, and the mustard mash appeared to be missing the mustard. The starters came promptly and staff were friendly, but we waited at least another 30mins for our mains and had to chase them up as we were heading for a concert that evening. Food was not piping hot as if it had come from the kitchen which led us to believe it had been sitting awhile before coming to the table. The waitress who cleared the table took the negative report back to the kitchen and the offending item was removed from the bill, a positive touch. We did not have time for desert due to the delayed main course. The ambience was lively as expected on a busy Friday, but we’d recommend a table away from the ‘main corridor’ as it was quite draughty on a cold evening."

I had written a little notiz to say it was my mother birthday, but this may have been overlooked as it was not recognized / no one wished her happy birthday. good enough food for the price!"

"I went to this restaurant after a pleasant evening out, feeling extremely hungry by the time I arrived. Unfortunately, we were seated in a corner away from the other tables, which I did not appreciate. While I should have spoken up, I realized it too late. I decided to order the crabmeat linguine, but it arrived late and cold. When I sent it back, the second dish had less crabmeat and was lacking in taste. It was apparent that the chef was not in a good mood. I then tried the chicken schnitzel, which was better but nothing extraordinary. The only positive aspect was the quality of the wine I ordered. Overall, I will not be returning to Brown Brasserie at any of its locations. In a time of rising prices and hard work for my money, the lackluster experience was even more disappointing. None of the staff seemed to be attentive or engaged."
