Not the restaurants' fault but some very noisy families with ill-mannered children and parents glued to their phones. They moved us to a quieter section

A very nice establishment in a beautiful location overlooking the River Thames and Tower Bridge. Food is great, with a good menu choice and attentive service. It’s a regular of ours and we’ll return again.

we had here this afternoon. the starter and dessert were good, but the chicken saladnicoise was very sad and did not taste very much at all. the salate did not seem fresh. the service was good at first, then seemed to deteriorate when they busier. there is a lot of competition along butlers wharf, so next time we try another restaurant.

the waitress was always available when we needed them, but not always was in order, just the right balance. the food was good. booked by the fork, had confirmation email from both the restaurant and the fork, had 3 text reminders of restaurant etc. and they had no record about the reservation. it is not a problem that is not busy, but could have been.
