"Although in St Pancras Station this place is tucked away and slightly set back (by Boots and M+S), so was much quieter than I thought it would be. The atmosphere is quite relaxed and the service very attentive and efficient. We were asked several times if everything was ok, and the staff were all very pleasant and smiling. The goats cheese, fig and red onion pizza was crisp, a bit different, but great tasting. A starter of beetroot and red onion was simple but delicious. The wine selection by the glass is good value, as were the meals. An interesting find that I would certainly go back to."

Went for a quick meal before going to ally pally. Had a pizza. Was of a good chain like quality (think zizzi).

I wanted to like it I really did but it was chaos with forgotten orders and the kids food (which arrived last never good) was a tiny square of overcooked pizza for £6. Do yourself a favour and head to pizza express over the road.

Had a glass of wine and pizza here before catching a train home. The pizza was okay, nice and crispy but it wasn't particularly hot and was completely cold before I'd finished half of the pizza. For the price the wine wasn't amazing either. Service was very good.

We went to Barzetti for an office gathering. I was very pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, which was very relaxed and cosy. It was not too busy and this ideal for conversation. The food was decent and the staff were very attentive. All in all a very pleasant experience and I would definitely return there.

The write-ups on here looks pretty good. But in reality it was dull and just a kind of chain restaurant in a railway station. Which I guess is what it is! We had to wait to get seated. The food was uninspiring. The waiters and waitresses were clearly overworked and so didn't give us a particularly great service. Overall, unimpressed

The good news is that the service at Barzetti was courteous and adequate in its efficiency. However, the meal was overpriced for a very ordinary pizza, and I was surprised that what is essentially a railway cafe added 12.5% service charge to the bill. Also, having to walk 100 yards to a public lavatory (there being no such facility onsite) was not, in my view, satisfactory. I shall not return.

Even though I had booked a brunch for a Saturday morning, for 20-30 people and went there to check the place/reservation on the day before, I almost didn't get my brunch. All because there was a misunderstanding in the communication inside the restaurant and no one wanted to take responsibility for. The staff was rude and impolite, so I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The sad thing is that I was considering spend Christmas there, but after last Saturday... NEVER!

the staff in barzetti was incredibly friendly and helpful and went beyond and beyond to make this a great food. they bought pizzas on the house for the day meals, and all this food came warm and delicious! They also gave us a selection of breakfast and lunch menus that both served. I couldn't evaluate this higher, it's a shame that it is in kings cross station and would not go anywhere more city goers, as it was fabulous. definitely worth a visit and thank you for a great bday brunch!

I could not rate this more highly it is a shame it is in Kings Cross Station and not somewhere more city goers would go as it was fabulous.
