"My wife was treated at UCLH for a RARE cancer and whilst she was being treated there, we visited this amazing authentic Mexican restaurant. On Valentines day we revisited the hospital to donate the money raised from the charity I set up in her honour. This was my Valentines gift to my soulmate. I had to re book whilst being in London, so the only place I could go was this amazing restaurant. I can not tell you how special it was for me and my beautiful daughter to sit there enjoy the unbelievable food, the truly loving atmosphere, and remember my time there with my late wife. Daniel the owners son was touched and felt our journey. What a true gentleman. He is a credit to his parents and the restaurant. I will 100% be back when I am next in London. Thank you all for such a special evening."

"this restaurant obviously goes very soon out of the business, which would have been really nice to know at the time of booking. more than half of the menu not available, so the choice of food was a challenge, due to lack of personal and who knows what they kicked us out at 9.30 a.m., on a Friday night uncanny! I couldn't caffeine when they turned off the machine, really had to laugh. the rettung of the gnade was a beautiful chap that served us, very apologetic and too right gave us 50% off as it was so shocking! Do not think that it will be open much longer, so they avoid it!"

"This is the first time I've ever visited one of these restaurants, it seemed a good option to choose when we were out with our daughter. We ordered her a kids meal, which was completely free as we were ordering an adult meal too. This is brilliant, and just the sort of things parents need more of! Our daughter's food also came first, and wasn't scalding hot like most other places. That's not to say it was cold, not by any means. It was ideal and it meant that we all finished near enough at the same time, not us sat there waiting for our daughter to finish! I had the Chicken Katsu noodles, which was delicious. I couldn't fault it! My partner had a Smoky Joe burger and he also enjoyed it. Our daughter's meal was fish fingers, with chips and beans which she loved. Plus she got a drink and a dessert too, (she chose Vanilla ice cream , and with it being free it was even better! The staff were mostly very good, but looked a little flustered. Needless to say, it was fairly busy, but we were not kept waiting! Improvements I would suggest would be a bigger restaurant, more people will definitely come! I will definitely visit here again! "My experience at the restaurant while watching the NZLvWAL game was not as expected. The staff seemed disorganized, with only two servers taking orders while the rest stood behind the bar. It took 30 minutes to get our coffees and another 15 minutes for our food, which was disappointing. Despite a promising menu, the dishes were mediocre. When I mentioned the long wait to the manager, they blamed it on being busy. However, considering they opened early for the Rugby World Cup, it shouldn't have been a surprise. It's a shame because the setup with the screens was great."

"The Kensington creperie, which was once renowned, was a longtime favorite of my family. The large portions were always a challenge to finish, as it was difficult to enjoy both a savory and a sweet crepe in one sitting. "This is undoubtedly the best café in Rugby. The food is outstanding and reasonably priced. The menu offers a wide variety, ranging from a hearty full English breakfast to deliciously rich creamy pasta dishes that could keep you satisfied for days. "As summer is fast aproaching the hearty desserts like Jam rolly polly is put to one side and makes why for the lighter while still flavoursome desserts like Crepes and pancakes. I must confess I 'm more of team 'pancake ' than team crepe and for those cynics out there believe me their is a difference. However a certain little Brazilian Creperie may have changed the balance in this regard. Senzala based in the heart of Brixton Market is an inviting small restaraunt with friendly staff and with so many restaurant competing and vying for customers, it is very impressive to see Senzala is always bustling with customers and standing their ground. What is so impressive about Senzala is the options, it can 't be just considered a place you go after a meal for desert, it could easily and most of the time has appealed as a place to go and enjoy a caipirinha or two (which they have a strawberry version, worth a try) and enjoy the many options from tapas to salad to savoury crepes consisting of cheese,Italian sausage and peppers (the godfather) to sweet crepes (sweet sin) grilled banana, Belgian chocolate,splash of rum and ice cream all rolled into one flavoursome dish. With the option of eating inside or out and staff that will tend to your foody whims it most certainly a place to check out. "I took my team to Jewel for cocktails after some initial food and drinks in Waxy O 'connors which is a just around the corner. We arrived at around 7pm and had the standard security checks before we entered. There were 14 of us in total so I was pleasantly surprised (as I was picking up the tab) when we found out that it was 241 on cocktails until 8pm so we managed to squeeze in a couple of rounds before the promotion ended. The bar team were polite enough and patient as they dealt with one big round after another. The venue is quite small with minimal seating but is dark classy with the music being upbeat and perfect for our occasion. In terms of negatives it was a little frustrating that they add service charge to every drinks order then claim that they were unable to remove it. We are familiar with Zonal and Aztec systems so a few members of the team felt it unnecessary especially as we were already tipping with cash, I 'm sure service charge is supposed to be optional but there you go. The only other thing that stopped it being a 4* review is that when we were leaving our team exited the venue in small groups so to ensure that everyone had left I asked if I could re-enter to double check that nobody had been left behind. Unfortunately the doorman requested I pay a £10 entrance fee. When I suggested that we had already been in and spent a few quid at the bar (Only about £300 or so, so not huge amounts) he quipped that I could afford another £10 then needless to say that I didn 't pay it however it was a shame to end it on that note. Overall the team enjoyed the visit, made the most of the dancers cage and had a decent experience in this beautiful little bar right in the heart of London."

"We came to giraffe on mothers day and even though mothers eat free, its still come to nearly £50. We did not enjoy the meals, we found the steak dry, the katsu chicken soggy and the chips beyond bland, maybe slightly under cooked. The lady serving us was nice but the same can't be said for some of the other members of staff. Dressed differently so I'm assuming management? Very sour faced and unapproachable."

"We've been here several times in the past and each time it's got a little worse (over a period of a couple of years). The decor is tired and worn (ripped seats) and the staff don't really seem to know what they're doing. The food is OK but only just. As it turns out this branch will be closing soon according to one staff member so I'm not surprised the staff aren't bothered any more. No one came to check if our meal was OK or to ask if we wanted any more drinks. I'd downloaded the Giraffe app before we arrived and it said we could have a free desert as we'd signed up. The staff member said at the end that only applied to the set menu but the app doesn't say that in the terms and conditions and as they didn't give us the set menu when we arrived that seemed a bit mean. However, the manager did make an adjustment in the end so we didn't lose out which was appreciated but I get the feeling that this restaurant (which used to be one of the best in Bluewater) has seen better days... sad, really."

"After being disappointed by two other fish and chip shops, the third time was definitely the charm. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. What more could you ask for? The prices range from £10-20 per person for takeout. The food and service both received a rating of 4 out of 5, as did the atmosphere. Recommended dishes include curry sauce, gravy, and fish and chips. There is plenty of parking available, with a free parking lot as one of the options."

"I made a reservation for 4 persons through 'opentable ' last Saturday evening. As me and my partner arrived eventhough we mentioned that we had a reservation they didn 't listen and asked us to wait. When the waiting was over 10mins, my partner went to the manager and raised it again. They said they were clearing the tables and they gave us a table for 2. I kept repeating our booking but it was although he was not listening and kept saying this is all they had. Finally I got his attention and said 'we made a booking for 4 '. He then requested for the email confirmation as they didn 't have our reservation. He said that he will check and come back to us. He never returned and nobody was willing to speak to us or atleast say they have made a mistake and they are sorry. By then my friends had arrived, we left the place thoroughly disappointed at their customer service"

"Came here for the Wing Wednesday experience and left dissatisfied. You can tell that the oil used to fry the chicken was not fresh at all. It gave the wings a distinctive dark colour and unpleasant taste. Menu said, hot sauce with honey glazed buffalo chicken but only got a hot sauce chicken with no hint of sweetness at all. Staff are very friendly and accommodating which helped with the experience. Wouldn't recommend this a all!"

"The decor is cool, we loved the cocktails the drinks were reasonably priced for London. I loved the atmosphere and couldn't fault any of the staff who were all super friendly and attentive. We would definitely return for a good night of drinking! The reason for my average rating (which I feel bad about) is the food was a big let down, our starters were okayish garlic Rosemary bread was just about edible, calamari was nice. We ordered the Wagyu burgers which sadly was not to expectations, it was chewy, and bacon stringy. Some of the chips were over cooked and some were undercooked raw in the middle. Thankfully we weren't all that hungry anyway because we were full from the cocktails but wish we had spent the money on more drinks instead."

"We booked a table for on a Saturday evening for three people, When we arrived the restaurant was pretty empty bar two tables upstairs. We were seated and left with menus for The very young waitress came and took our orders. Our drinks...were a pint, a orange squash and one cocktail. We waited for these and received nothing, our first bits of food arrived before our drinks. When the food arrived we had no cutlery and no plates so we asked for these, the attitude on the server was as though we had asked for his life. How dare we enter a restaurant and want cutlery and plates to eat off. We also asked for our drinks( remember that really difficult order we placed, beer , squash and a cocktail) Eventually our drinks turned up but still no plates or cutlery so the dishes that had arrived where slowly going cold on our table whilst we stared at them wishing we could eat them. When a different waiter passed by we asked him for plates and cutlery and within seconds he brought them along with our other dishes. The first dishes were cold by this time so we asked for them to be reheated. Again we were faced with attitude and rudeness by the server (Andrew i think he was called) How dare we ask for our food to be hot or at least warm enough to eat. Andrew offered to reheat the dishes and return, he never did. We ate the few dishes we were left with which were hot enough and then left, as we went downstairs to pay we were faced with a bill featuring several of the dishes we hadn't received and being charged full price for the ones we had and had had to return due to being cold. Andrew had told us we could have the bill half price due to the shocking service and attitude he showed and yet the bill did not reflect this. We eventually came to an agreement on the bill and left. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE. There was a table of who waited about just for drinks and then decided to leave, a couple behind us who hadn't even had a drinks order taken after an hour and a poor couple who were just about to sit when we left. We warned them not to bother, Unless they fancied a very long night. We will not be back and i warn anyone who does visit, take a book and maybe even your PJs and a change of clothes, your in for a long wait."

"After the hype and interest my friends and I felt lucky to get tickets and were looking forward to the evening. The highlight was the greeting from Flash the reindeer a real crowd pleaser and pull even for those older children! Sadly it went down hill from there and we were all thoroughly disappointed with the lack of stalls and variety offered. The Xmas floristry displays whilst beautiful were we felt overpriced and as a result didn't see any sold which is sad based on the effort. Food and drinks vouchers overpriced for what was available (limited) Great to see the Brain Tumour raffle was successful. More stalls, better affordable variety and no voucher system. out of ten sadly 2 was expecting it to be so much better from Four Seasons who normally do things extremely well."
