"We had booked a table for ten people and when we turned up had been given a space for four however this was rectified when we brought it to the attention of the venue. Whilst we were waiting for the remaining members of our party to turn up the staff were attentive but we then struggled to grab their attention, which was probably because this was more like a bar/pub than somewhere youâd go to eat. However, the staff were friendly enough The biggest gripe was it is nothing like the website or how described. It felt like we were eating in the middle of a club the music was loud and there was even a shot girl who was walking around. Not great for a get together."

Despite saying on the email confirmation that under would not be admitted after under aren't allowed in at all on Saturday.........VERY DISAPPOINTED seeing as we had booked as a birthday treat after seeing Matilda....poor show Scarlets, poor show.

Scarlet's was really good. The staff was very helpful and found a table for people INSPITE THE FACT THAT OPENTABLE DIDN'T SEND THEM THE RESERVATION Scarlet's staff did their best to accommodate the whole group though. I will recommend Scarlet's, but I won't use OpenTable for bookings again.

We went as we had of vouchers, we were disappointed by the service as there were countless items that they did not have but didnt tell us this before ordering... so we would order an alternative only to be told we couldnt have that either. At least items not available, i wouldnt have minded if they had told us intially what was not available.

We had a great evening , our table was ready as soon as we entered, the staff explained all about the happy Hour for Cocktails . We were on the first floor seated at a table for where we could people watch and watch the staff mixing the cocktails, and weren't they busy.... Meal was really good food was very tasty . The staff were very attentive to our requirements so felt really welcomed. Would highly recommend

We were having a good time meal and drinks good and the whole experience was ruined as my daughter had her purse stolen from her handbag ! How did the person who carried out this act get past the bouncer on the door as the guy was poorly dressed and did look out of place as everyone was in the place celebrating Christmas . My daughter did run after the guy who for some reason stopped by the door which gave her the opportunity to confront him and get her purse back , she informed the bouncer who did not seem to bothered gave us the impression he did not care . Wonât be booking a table there again nasty experience
