"My experience at the restaurant while watching the NZLvWAL game was not as expected. The staff seemed disorganized, with only two servers taking orders while the rest stood behind the bar. It took 30 minutes to get our coffees and another 15 minutes for our food, which was disappointing. Despite a promising menu, the dishes were mediocre. When I mentioned the long wait to the manager, they blamed it on being busy. However, considering they opened early for the Rugby World Cup, it shouldn't have been a surprise. It's a shame because the setup with the screens was great."

Service was painful, waiter understood very little English, made it quite frustrating as kept coming back and asking and checking everything... No blinds in window so sun shining right in made it uncomfortable. Having said that they were in no way unpleasant.

excellent. it was an amazing experience. it was a gift from my best friend and we had champagne with bar-snacks type-cram. I enjoyed the prospects, but didn't like the cocktails, so had another drink. it was a dark day in london, but still to see london in all its atmospheric glory.
