"We had made a reservation at the brasserie for our New Year's Eve dinner, and we received confirmation, so we were all set for a great evening. However, when we arrived, there was no one in sight! It appeared that they had an event and closed the restaurant without updating their booking system or OpenTable. The place was completely shut down, and our plans for the night were ruined. We ended up going back to our hotel room to order takeout. We are really shocked that such an establishment could make such an easily preventable mistake. It was quite embarrassing, and our New Year's Eve was definitely underwhelming. Please ensure this doesn't happen again!"
