Succulent pork belly, perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside, served with a tangy glaze.

"today harvard inn (22 October) visited with friends for lunch and drink. we received not the warmest reception, 3 young girls working from the bar, but were more interested in their phones than actually a service. when we came to our table, there were no best or serviettes. we waited 15 minutes to take our food order and ask for a wine list. then we had to wait 10 minutes to order a bottle of wine. when the weeping was overlaid, he was left on the table, we were not offered to try it and it was not poured for us. waiting for eating was long, 35 minutes for 2 x sausages and maic and 1 x fish and chips. When the food finally arrived, there was no cute yet. we had to ask that, and it was just in a stack on the table. the fish and chips were very good as the sausages and mashing. until a human hair was found in the maic! the waitress came over and took the food with an empty expression and murmured an apology. we waited for some time again that teller will be taken away and ask for the bill. also here it took at least 10 minutes to pass. I wouldn't worry about waiting, but the bar was absolutely empty! halfway through our meal came a table of 10, there were already cutlery and serviettes laid and water was provided. the staff seemed to be much more attentive to this group. I am incredibly disappointed as I was already in the harvard inn and eating and the service was impeccable. Not sure if there is a change of hands or if there is a lack of training. the young staff seemed to have no idea, and as already mentioned was more interest in chatting and their handys. I am grateful that the meal with the found hair was taken out of the bill. sad to say that I don't return."

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. We arrived with a reservation for 6 people at 7:30 pm and ordered drinks and food at the bar. However, when we sat down at our table at 9 pm, we had only received our drinks and no food. After inquiring, we were told by the waiter that our order had just gone through, meaning we had waited over an hour for our food. Some of the starters we received were stone cold, including pork ribs that were inedible. When we mentioned this to our waiter, there was no apology or offer to rectify the situation. The main courses were decent, but the evening had already been ruined. We even had to pay for additional drinks before they were served to us. There was no gesture of apology or reduction in price for the terrible starters. I will not be returning to this restaurant, as the staff clearly lack proper customer service skills. They were too preoccupied with menial tasks like folding napkins to realize that customers were waiting for their food, which the kitchen was unaware of."

"This restaurant delivers an experience unique to anything else in the market. From the moment you walk through the door you feel somewhat transported and as a result you really end up with a dining experience that rivals all. We sat on the first floor and the service was excellent, the food was beautifully presented and offered bold and thought out flavours. The wine list was extensive and the ambiance also perfect. We 're booking again for their private room 'The Parlour ', the best of it 's kind in the city."

"a table in front of the arrival booked. the young man said that the restaurant was closed at midday and we could sit everywhere. Ony choice was high table and very low sitting. After waiting for 15 minutes for someone to ask what we want to drink, I had to contact the bar to ask if we had to order the bar. the young man apologised and said we were fucked around the corner, so we didn't know that we were there (he has!) another young man came by and apologized that he had to continue answering the phone! another fib when I watched her. Once the manager came, it was another story. very good service and attentive to our needs. manager was very chatting and made us appreciate. eating was absolutely amazing. we had tapas. only one daunt that the 2 young waiters/bar visitors leave the place at the beginning down. I could probably have gone out if we didn't know that No73 is so good in that."

"What a disappointment. How on earth can you charge people for frozen crinkle cut chips ? Not acceptable . Chicken balls served with a pot of sweet and sour sauce of the smallest size I have ever seen . We won’t be returning . 30 pound for frozen chips , enough sauce to go with half the chicken . Yes it’s hard times but when people treat themselves to a takeaway we deserve better . Portions tiny . We won’t be returning"

"I went here for lunch with a friend and was so impressed. I’d describe this place as modern chinese, the decor was amazing and staff were very friendly. There’s no vegan menu but items are clearly marked vegan on the main menu. To begin with we opted to share 2 starters the wild mushroom spring rolls and salt and pepper aubergine. Absolutely blown away by these too, the spring rolls came with a truffle cream sauce and it was divine. For the main I had the tofu hot pot. If you like spicy food then you are in for a treat, it was very spicy and utterly delicious. All in all very good and I’d definitely go back."

"I don't usually like to leave bad reviews but I was so disappointed I wanted to spare other vegans the same experience. I was asked if I had any dietary requirements and I said I was vegan. They brought my mushroom spring rolls out with a sour cream dip which wasn't vegan. The waiter said he could make the Singapore noodles vegan too, but when it arrived it had an egg in it The Tofu hotpot was very tasty and the vegan chick'n and black bean was too but not worth the cost. Very expensive!! There is a DJ playing music that is so loud you can barely hear the people at your own table. The cherry blossom trees are over the top too the waiter made a point of telling us all about them as soon as we sat down. Individual petals made from silk you picked the wrong customer to impress with that story I'm afraid. A VEGAN!"

"hallo this is the fourth pearl of 5 hotels in the former. one, the hotel four seasons, is located the innermost, the old hotel kempinski atlantic (here lives udo lindenberg for years,) the completely new hotel fontenay and the hotel le méridien are with magnificent views of the outermost. I often had to accompany state guests who visited hamburg. for short stays of the guests I have waited in the hotel lobby on a cup coffee with my truppe for the departure. (invitation from the consulate visitors) other visitors described it positiw, because it is a very modern hotel of the luxury class with free view of the yacht clubs most aussenal and I am the opinion if they are the room price for overnight, then the price for the extensive breakfast is probably not in weight. in front of the hotel there is a strong road on the former and there is a quieter side with parking for the hotel guests on and off. the lobby is designed by a large glass door and also for quite normal guests, the red carpet is here. the hotel staff at the reception and the carmaster are very friendly and accommodating. at my last visit, the Emirat team has just checked in their sand-colored uniforms. they must have had a very quiet eer fishing at night."

"Overall, my experience was quite disappointing. I made a reservation for six people, but when we arrived, the staff informed us that they no longer use OpenTable for bookings and had no record of our reservation. It was frustrating to see that the restaurant was only half full. To add to the disappointment, they told us they weren't serving Sunday roasts and suggested we try the other restaurant in the hotel, called Zest, which we ended up doing. It's clear that someone needs to take action and remove this restaurant from the site."

"The service was friendly enough to forgive their inability to bring us any mayonnaise after asking 3 different waiters, but hated it when they brought the bill without asking and ‘politely’ reminded me to hurry up so the next table could sit down to keep to their 90 minute turnover time. Although the starters were so-so, the pizzas were worth coming back for, and overall it’s a great place to come with friends if you can’t be bothered to head central. It has a real buzz that you tend not to get outside of Soho or Shoreditch, and for this reason alone it’s worth coming for. But it isn’t cheap. When you think of going for a pizza you’d expect to be all in for around £20. This...read more"

"This restaurant is located near our home, making it a favorite spot for us. The food is consistently delicious and the staff are wonderful - always friendly and helpful. We felt completely safe dining there amidst the current COVID situation, and were relieved to enjoy a night out with our three daughters."

"I went here for dinner for my birthday at the beginning of the month and while most of the food and cocktails were nice, I don't think it lives up to the hype around it.The service was good, however the food was very slow to arrive. Drinks were very quick and the waiting staff were straight over asking if we'd like another round the second we were finished however we waited a really long time for our food to come. When the food did come, it was nice but not amazing. The beef burger was good but the fries were very bland and the brisket on the ones we ordered was tough and chewy. The goujon starter with truffle and parmesan was the only thing that I thought was exceptionally good. For the price of the food I'd expect more refinement and flavour. The place was very loud, it was packed which was fine but it was the music that was too much. We were charged a service charge of for a table of four which I wasn't very happy about. The food and cocktails were already expensive so I don't understand the need for a further service charge on top of this, especially for a table of four. Overall, okay meal but I wouldn't rush back."

"We were not for a year or so and remembered that we had a nice meal last time with a big menu, so we thought going back for a date night my husband and I. Unfortunately it was not great, the menu was completely different, the food came cold, all the wrong timing and had no taste either. They were friendly enough to offer dessert on the house, but we just couldn't wait to go. Unfortunately, we will not return."

"We had the pleasure of enjoying great food at The Ninth last week. We shared 8 different dishes and all were deliciously and thoughtfully prepared. The Barbajuan, oxtail croquettes and sourdough bread and butter were enticing appetizers which we followed with Panzanella and fromage Fran’s. The panzanella combination was deliciously fresh. Our rabbit and Osso Buco tortellini should have topped u off but we were glad we overindulged with the amazing desserts of Pain Perdu and White peaches. I would go again for the wonderful texture of the Sourdough and Pain Perdu alone. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the food and most accommodating. I was sadly too excited about the food to remember his name."

"we have the pink bar (down-airs in malahide) for a group of approx. 20s booked, and for a booking only for drinks in a bank holiday night I was pleased that they take us without compelling us to pay any payment, to buy food or to pay a register card on drinks. I wasn't sure who would actually show, but I decided before that we could get the area in front of the bar because I thought it was a little more lively up there and easier for a casual night out. I was disappointed when they all sat on the back, where nobody could really mix, as the tables were suitable for smaller parties (6 tops). at the end more than 40 people were there, so there was quite a distance, but there was a lot of space. there was no notice that I had booked the tables so that sometimes random people wandered in there was no air cone and it was quite hot, and the cashbacks were constantly swarming through, obviously we were all separated in the way. also the only speaker they had in the room was to play by someone little Jabra speakers behind the mainbar, so no music atmosphere. when I was drinking in the opposite order because I was overwhelmed by the (excellent) bar lying behind me, I could say that the drinks took a long time when the wee had to come out of another floor. just a little more preparation would have been good, but I think they were short workers. we finally pushed forward when everyone was gone. and the night was lighter from there. everyone mentioned that they thought it was a nice place and had fun. I would highly recommend this place, although more preparation and care would have gone a long way, from this reason I can only give 3 stars."

"My recent evening meal at the restaurant was thoroughly enjoyable. The menu had a good selection and we were very pleased with our choices. It was disappointing to see only two tables occupied on a Friday evening, and I hope more people will visit the Bistro and discover its enjoyable experience."

"My husband and I visited on the first day restaurants could open post-lockdown. It was a brilliant experience! The staff were super friendly, the distancing measures were great with staff wearing masks and tables far apart and we felt very safe indeed. But most importantly, the food was delicious! We had the edamame starter and it was absolutely delicious (the sauce was to die for) and then shared a vegan burger and the vegan chilli. Both were very good and the portions were just right (not too big). Other tempting menu options were the tofu tacos, the Buddha bowl and the Japanese bowl. For dessert they have a vegan icecream sundae which you can choose your own toppings (all of them vegan except one) and a vegan brownie (this was out of stock). Their mint lemonade is also fantastic! All in all, it was a perfect evening. Their breakfast menu also looks fab so no doubt we’ll pop back for some vegan pancakes on Sunday!"
