"This was my first time ordering food from Foodiez and below is an detailed experience we had on this order.Delivery The order was placed exactly at 1 pm and I was informed that it will be delivered by 2.20 pm, which itself was late as the estimated time mentioned on their page was maximum 50 mins. Around 2.40, I received messages saying that the order will be delivered by 2.40 pm, not sure why but no one came then. Then I received a call from the restaurant apologizing for the delay and was told that the order will delivered by 3 pm. As expected, no one arrived. At 3.20 pm, I called to check on the order and was informed it will be delivered by 3.40 pm. At 3.40 pm, since the order was not yet delivered, I contacted JustEat. I informed them that if I was informed earlier about this much delay, I would have cancelled the order then. Thereafter, I asked for full refund. The associate put me on hold to check on the order status. By the time, she came back, the order had arrived. The associate told me that she can only provide me 5 GBP refund as the order was now delivered, even it was almost 4 pm which was way past lunch time and 3 hours late from our requested time. The restaurant did mention that they had some technical issue but that should have been communicated immediately on order, not after 2 hours, which I think was intentional on their part. All in all, pathetic delivery experience and below par professional standards by Just Eat. This was a surprise when restaurants are struggling for businesses nowadays.Food Even though I forgot to mention it, the food was spicy! Perfect for those with Indian taste buds. As the food was most likely made in hurry, few items were slightly under cooked but nothing to complain about. The starters were great! We had Veg Chicken Triple Schezwan noodles, both were awesome. The restaurant also provided complimentary ice creams which were nice as well.In summary, abysmal delivery and professional standards but great food! I will order again from them again but only until I find another good Indian restaurant which delivers spicy food to my place.If you love spicy Indian food, this is a great place, but make sure you order much in advance. It is better to reheat the food which arrived early than to trust this restaurant with their multiple promises to deliver the food on time and then delay it further every time."

"I ordered from here because the reviews on Just eat were very good. Ordered two curries,naan,rice and some starters for myself and my wife. The delivery came quickly in about minutes which was impressive but there was no naan in the bag. Like any...customer I called the restaurant and asked them to send me a naan, after putting me on hold and speaking to his staff he kept telling me to look for a white foil bag which the naan was in but I had already told him several times that there was no naan in the bag. After a while of back and fourth he sent me another naan . Half way through my meal I got a phone call from the restaurant manager and he tells me I've checked the CCTV footage and the naan was in the bag I was mortified by the level of customer service and the fact that he called me half way through my meal just to try and cover up his mistake. I paused for a moment after he said all of this on the phone and as I was about to respond he just hung up the phone. I can understand a restaurant getting an order wrong or forgetting to deliver something but to call me twice and just be rude and condescending about the situation is unforgiveable. The thing that annoys me the most is that we actually enjoyed the food but the service is terrible. I now understand why it's just a takeaway place, because if it was a restaurant they would get a lot if dissatisfied customers."

"I was in this restaurant period before and enjoyed eating, but it seems that they have hired new workers and I did not recognize the administration, so it may have changed. after I called them earlier on the day, I found that they did not take reservations, but we decided to visit anyway (big drinks) .... wait time was about < br/> initially noticed that I had been saniting. most of the things we wanted to eat on the menu were not available, which disappointing arrive after min drinks and starter. I reminded the waiter of the remaining appetizers and drinks over time. another minute pass and our net comes (before starters) the missing drinks also arrive. at this point I ask the waiter to take the main thing back as I would like to eat my appetizer first. the waiter insisted that we have the main thing, and the precursors will soon follow. after about minutes of debate I would like to eat only after hours of the entire waiting period, so I gave and accepted the net before the starter!! the starter never arrived and I finally gave the hope that they arrive so that I had my cold netzen and decided to cancel the rest of the order. there was no communication between the person lade (the owner) and the waiter, since she tried to load me on the full order, not taking into consideration all that she did not serve, also she tried to calculate on drinks, if we only br/> after an emergency team meeting in the corner with her waiter team she decided to calculate me exact but not excuse me it seems that they simply cannot deal with the flow of guests. I am not sure how many regular they get rid of due to their falling standards and I have seen many bad reviews when I scroll through some of the review sites. also I wonder what happens after eating out schema ends and restaurants need to be based on taste and service?!"
