"I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."

"Went for dinner with my wife, son and daughter over the weekend and we had a very good experience. Luckily we booked a table, because restaurant was really busy. Setting is quite basic, but really nice and attractive. Staff very friendly and attentive, very willing...to recommend dishes and make your stay a good experience. We were four adults and ordered the shack stack which is basically a large selection of seafood. It included some oysters, but because they were really good, we ordered more. Food was tasty, well prepared, well served, and you could tell that was fresh, really fresh. Really a great experience. Very positive surprise. A restaurant on my list to return on my next trip to Falmouth."

"This is the worst experience I have ever had. I really wish I could get my money back. It was very loud, disorganized and terrible overall. The waiters didn't know which tables belonged to them. The people there were incredibly loud, enough to visibly disturb everyone else, and nobody did anything about it. The food was badly seasoned and cooked. The portions were tiny. Never come here, never. It is a terrible hotel restaurant."

"This place has a lot of choice, even if you just get takeaway, as we did. You can get lots of different meats we just tried the chicken, which was pretty tasty. Sweet and sour tofu was crispy and delicious and the lemon chicken was very lemony! The mushroom stir fry was flavoursome. Would also recommend the bao buns, although the Korean one is spicy. Spring rolls were crispy and very moreish. We also tried the chocolate fudge cake (couldn 't resist) but this wasn 't as good as the mains. Packaging for the takeaway was more cardboard and other recyclable materials than a normal Chinese, which was good. Very filling. Still love this place! The munchbox is highly recommended. "We were a little disappointed in the menu offered. Having looked on line at the sample menu the actual menu offerings were more limited and not quite in the same standard. There was nothing wrong with the food service, it was perfectly acceptable but not quite what the on line sample menu suggested. Having visited the restaurant before, albeit a while ago, it seemed that things had been down graded both in terms of food and surroundings."

"The only thing that was good about our lunch was service helpful, timely, friendly and professional. But otherwise not worth going the room was way too cold, the loo was absolutely freezing. Everything in the room feels shabby and just out of shape. Food wasn’t amazing to put it gently. Burrata not creamy. My steak completely overcooked. The other steak cooked well but Uber salty. Prawns tasted of nothing. Mash dry. Broccoli flavourless. Spinach just outright bad. And all this for £170 for two adults and a child, no drinks, no starters. There is much better value elsewhere in Chelsea if you want steak The Chelsea Tavern, the Butcher etc. This was a poor meal and poor experience, but great service made it just a bit less painful."

"we visited here in the january and eating was brilliant. we were served by those I can only assume that the manager on the basis of the various uniforms. he seemed very impatient with us as if he had no time. we had to ask for cutlery, that seemed to be a chore, including a spicy. the vegan food dish lacked 3 items and we politely asked why we said they were sold out of these items. but you should have said that if we ordered it? overall our meal times were delicious only a scandal that we received bad service."

I had invited some important customers to dinner and once we were ready to order, we were informed that 90% of the menu was not available! this has never been told to us when I have reserved! they claim they have only reopened 2 days ago after a 5 weeks break so that the only seafood they had was the seabarsch! no pesto that Italian restaurant runs out of pesto? no spasm, no lobster, no burrata in the grunde they had only psychic, tomaten, penne, aubergine and a combination of these 4 articles only! the waiter talked to such an attitude, is what it is and I'm sorry that I can't do anything about it! worst dining experience...read more"

"we went to Mother's Day and the menu for the day looked fantastic. the service was absolutely on the place and the food was to die. it is not the cheapest, but it is not extorting. they pay in a round for good quality eating. Fortunately barclaycard paid for my meal, so may have to wait a little before being back, but fair to find an independent pubetized that eat this standard is a rare. well done to all staff and especially cook. If they want to take someone for a nice meal, then they go here because they don't regret it."

"We had a delightful Sunday lunch at this restaurant. Despite there being no roast options for Christmas, we all enjoyed choosing from the set menu. The highlight was the slow roast belly pork, which received high praise. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and given information about the brunch options, including the buffet and special brunch dishes. They even accommodated our request for turkey bacon instead of pork. I believe this is a perfect spot for a leisurely brunch, especially for a mother-daughter outing. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and top-notch service. We originally used a Groupon for our visit, but we plan on returning even without it. The experience was definitely worth it."

"Have just got back from the most amazing meal, so good I'm actually going to call it the best meal I've ever had. Attentive (but not intrusive) service from the waiters, the drinks, food, music, everything was perfect. The slow cooked shoulder of Suffolk lamb was to die for and the creamy sauce with the sprouts and bacon was absolutely out of this world! I want to go back and have it all over again but the menu looked so good I cannot wait to try the other dishes. Overall it was a brilliant evening and I can't wait to come back- very soon hopefully! "The vegan milkshakes here are to die for! My partner and I decided to check this place out after seeing great reviews online, we aren't vegan, but my partner is allergic to egg so it's nice for him to be able to order anything from the menu without worries. The staff is very friendly and helpful, our waiter was attentive and genuinely caring. There's plenty of interesting good options and as previously mentioned the milkshakes are just awesome. After a filling meal we were still eyeing the cakes they offer and decided to take a slice home, it was lemon, rose and raspberry and it was delicious. We will definitely be back soon and I fully recommend this restaurant, even if you're a meat eater it's nice to try something new."

"We went to the Greyhound for my Wife's Birthday and booked online. Firstly, the welcome and attention to detail was probably the best I've experienced at any restaurant. We were greeted at the door, by our names, they wished my wife happy Birthday, and our table, which was of a great size in a great location, had a Birthday card signed by 18 people! Along with this, were personalised engraved napkin holders. A lovely touch! We went for the tasting menu which was 6 Courses with an optional additional course for a supplement which we shared. There was also several other complimentary courses that came with it. In total I think we had 11! The service was impeccable. Friendly, quick, attentive. Couldn't have done any better. The food was also great, which included dishes we wouldn't have normally ordered, but were all of a very high standard. I would highly recommend this place, especially if its a special occasion."

"What a disaster. Despite having made a reservation, we were seated in a poorly lit room at the back of the restaurant, all alone. When we ordered our food at 6:50pm, we were told they couldn't provide us with a children's menu as they were all being used. By 7:30pm, we inquired about our food and were informed that it would be at least another 30 minutes, totaling to 1 hour and 10 minutes of waiting. We had three hungry children with us, and not even a simple bread basket was brought to our table. We were not given any warning about the delay and had to ask for updates ourselves. Why didn't they inform us earlier so we could make other plans, and why wasn't the bar menu offered in the meantime? We were left feeling frustrated and disappointed. We won't be returning."
