"What an amazing restaurant! We had heard that Twelve Eatery was worth visiting but I was sceptical about an all-vegan menu. How wrong I was! A fantastic evening from start to finish. Delicious cocktails to start followed by the highly rated pan seared king oyster 'scallops '. For our main meals we had the Mediterranean raw lasagna which is served cold but has incredible flavours and the roast 'chicken pie ' with seasonal vegetables. For dessert it was a no-brainer to go for the dulcet de leche cheese cake which lived up to the heady expectations we had read about in reviews. The experience was topped off with the chance to talk to co-founders Daulton and Greg who were incredibly generous with their time on a busy evening to chat with us about their journey and the amazing food. Thank you so much. We will be back!! Vegetarian options: Incredible innovation. Superb dishes especially the chicken pie and Lasagne. "We visited Sunday lunchtime with our little dog. We had a very warm welcome from the landlord and his team, and this excellent service continued throughout. The Sunday menu offered dishes other than a roast which is what we both opted for. The ribs were meaty, juicy and very tasty, the salmon full of flavour with a great sauce and accompaniments. We shared a dessert which we regretted as it was so delicious! The wine was perfectly chilled with plenty of choice available for all tastes. The beer and gin selection was extensive. The landlord suggested a lovely local walk to take our dog on afterwards which we did and she reported that she had a great time bounding around the fields! We will definitely come back to this hidden gem and highly recommend it."

"Great food. Absolutely delicious smoked haddock pie and cranachan for desert. The service was perfect got served quickly but the two servers were really friendly. There were only a couple of tables filled tonight, so the atmosphere wasn't exactly buzzing, but it felt like a friendly, comfortable place that I'd be really happy to visit again. "Bella Italia was fully booked, so we came across this wonderful family run Italian restaurant. Several Italian customers came and went, which told volumes as the authenticity of the place. Starters came out quickly and wolfed down by our party, and although we had to wait a little while for our mains, every dish was full of flavour, and the homemade pasta was full of body and taste. When we come back to Blackpool, we will definitely call in again."

"A great restaurant in the centre of Betws-y-coed. There is parking next to the restaurant, which is cheaper than parking at the church next door. We ate outside in the sunshine on the vast terrace. You can order your food via a qr code on the table I'd rather speak to a person) or you can go inside and order from the lovely staff behind the bar. I had hunter's chicken with crispy fries, a small salad and a creamy coleslaw. My friend had a pizza which looked delicious and my other friend had gammon, egg, pineapple and fries. All washed down with a cold glass of pinot. There are heaters above the tables when the temperature is a bit cooler. Lovely venue. Lovely staff. Lovely food. "This has been the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. I truly wish I could get a refund. It was extremely noisy, chaotic, and just overall terrible. The waitstaff seemed confused about which tables they were responsible for. The patrons were so loud that it visibly disrupted everyone else, and no one addressed the issue. The food was poorly seasoned and prepared, with minuscule portions. I strongly advise against dining here. It is a dreadful restaurant in a hotel."

"In Llandudno again for a little break so thought we'd try Romeo out, as we've tried most of the others. Booked in for 5.30pm and told 2 hours to dine which is reasonable. We were shown to a fantastic bay window table with a nice view of the streets, promptly given drinks food menu's by our very efficient server. Drink prices were about what we'd expect in most restaurants and were good, Peroni beer wine for us and San-Peligrino for the kids. Wine was good, not supermarket rubbish as found in most places. Our starters, Bread with olive oil, Balsamic vinegar and Antipasti misto were honestly brilliant! Mains were meat balls, Bistecca Al Gorgonzola, and 2 Margarita pizza's, all of which were very good and served nice and hot. You have a choice of veg potatoes or chips salad with the steak. I wanted chips and veg and had to pay for the veg as a side order. Most places I've dined at offer a choice of potato with either salad or veg. The only fault all night though so minor. Our daughters had pudding, Fudge cake and a massive ice-cream sundae with fresh berries again both very impressive. All in all a fantastic meal with excellent drinks and a brilliant service. I'd recommend booking as the place was full within a hour of us being seated! We will certainly head back when in Llandudno again."

"The pub has new tenants and they need to up their game where supplying shiny, clean glassware is concerned. It might have been clean, but the glass supplied with my wife 's cider was watermarked and wet which just doesn 't look nice glasses should sparkle! I noticed that another wine drinking customer also had a freshly cleaned, but grubby looking glass. The pub is attractively decorated with comfortable seating. Being quite spacious, it needs a fair few customers to feel properly 'lived in ', but it was quiet when we visited we enjoy more of a 'buzz '. There 's fierce competition from Old Glossop 's two other pubs, both within 50 metres and so I expect that it 'll take time to build a regular clientele there 's lots of promise though and I wish them well."

"When we're seated, we were asked if we wanted still or sparkling water. I asked for still (wanting tap water) and a bottle arrived. This costs £4.95, but as 12.5% service charge is added £5.57 just for water. Starters were OK, but cheap tomatoes rather than widely available vine tomatoes came with the burrata. I'd had my starter before all the drinks we ordered on arrival had arrived. The battered mackerel was excellent, I am surprised that more restaurants don't serve this. Service was variable, but one young waitress went out of her way to be helpful."

"After some confusion over our booking which was dealt with brilliantly we we offered the room upstairs, as there were no tables free. It was like having your own private dining experience as we had the room to ourselves. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing! Freshly cooked you will not be disappointed. "love, love, love this place for so many reasons! friendly and helpful staff. clean and tidy and just love the quirky atmosphere. we had the huge crumb with cheese, which is simply delicious, its what we have set up! beautiful, freshly cooked...crease and tasty cheese, right on the february afternoon. but this place is so much more than a fabulous place to eat. the load to which it is attached is also only an amazing place. If they are looking for an unusual gift, it is quite possible that they find something favorable and unique here."

"I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."

"Took a chance a chance of not booking and it paid off. We arrived after 8 and got seated immediately. It was busy but the charm and atmosphere weren’t lost. Food was served quickly and tasted delicious. The restaurant has a traditional family atmosphere and we were made to feel welcome. It’s worth making sure you have room for the tiramisu or sticky toffee pudding, both home made and amazing…. I’d go as far as saying the sticky toffee pudding was better than any other rival I have tasted, it was very light and tasted great"

"Great place with delicious food. My partner and I enjoyed a very good dinner. The restaurant is small but they accommodate you really well. The food was served quickly and the quality left us very impressed. The only thing I would say is it is slightly pricey, we my partner and I spent around £84 for one starter and two plates. I believe if you like fish, this is a great place for you! Service: Dine in"
