"We arrived at 7:30pm to an empty restaurant and we were greeted by a polite gentleman. We had a drink and ordered our food. The food was very nice but I do feel that as we were the only people in the restaurant that it came very quickly and we were in danger of finishing our meal before we had finished our drinks. Overall we had a lovely evening and after a group of people entered we felt more at ease and less self conscious."

"THE WORST KOREAN RESTAURANT IN LONDON I have never been so disappointed with the restaurant like this ever in my life .i went last sat with my friends 4 of us n the bill over 200£ which I'm not complaining .we picked n we paid fair enough but the money not worthy surely. 1st the service omg so Terrible. specially the young talk black long hair who took the order.she acted like she clearly dont want to serviceed us don't want to listen anything we say so rude attitude. all of them are similar they just make us feel really uncomfortable like we ask things for free . The portions is tiny n the price is not worthy.too expensive compared to order korea place.. Food quality same with every where else nothing special. I honestly say 6/10 The place is small n table all next together really not designed for bbq place. Horrible experience. I won't recommend to anyone else n surely I never ever be back again even eat free ."

"My friends and I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance one day. The staff was lovely and welcoming, even though we hadn't made a reservation. They kindly found us a table and played soca music, which got me even more excited. The Caribbean food we had was one of the best meals in London. We were so engrossed in our food that we could only nod at each other in satisfaction. The prices were reasonable and the portion sizes were generous, which is rare to find. The drinks were delicious too, especially the daquiris. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I definitely plan on returning."

"Now, I flew, I was so surprised to see this wonderful brightly colored Caribbean restaurant, while in the midst of panic and unarray caused by hits, and so concerned as it had influenced my travel plans and how unhappy I felt. Anyway, I ran into this bright and clean restaurant and put my order of chicken soup with hot flavors. and to my panic I thought of my trainer and that I should not miss better, and if so I am doomed to stay in the unknown of plymouth. I had paid and said to the friendly staff I will simply take off to have a supper look to see if my trainer came and yes my trainer was there, I ran back to say I must go and the beautiful cook that at this point my suppe from ground on cooking, I apologize with so sad that I said I will keep it running and for it not to worry about the money I just wanted to say, I recommend this restaurant as the personal, and it's really wonderful and what a pleasure they really made my trip to pz that much happier I could weep. "It's easy to overlook this unassuming restaurant on a street filled with dining options. The decor is simple and reflects the restaurant's modest financial resources, giving off a cozy family-run vibe, which I personally appreciate. Despite it being a busy Monday evening in January with the omicron variant, the service was professional, attentive, and friendly. The menu, although slightly worn and difficult to read, offered a variety of options, including appetizers. While I am usually wary of small restaurants offering a large menu, I found that some of the dishes we ordered, such as the Thai fish cakes, seemed reheated. However, my main dish of marinated pork with lemon, chili, and coriander was tender and flavorful. We opted for the cheapest red wine on the short list, a Chilean merlot, which paired well with our meal. Overall, I would gladly dine at Paccata again."

"On the same level as East London’s JerkPit but in Kent. I ordered via UberEats and one item was missing. Luckily my mum’s house has 24 hour CCTV outside and inside her home with audio. The driver stated there was a hole in the plastic bag on arrival. This issue was resolved promptly by the manager of the restaurant. My only issue is that the business isn’t sustainable as it’s using plastic bags and containers instead of paper that can be stapled, taped and double bagged. They did try to give me a free drink, but I don’t drink that and didn’t accept. I’d suggest either asking the customer via phone or choosing on their behalf a drink that is universal like Coca Cola or water. Ginger Beer is like Supermalt; an acquired taste not everyone likes it. I’ll recommend it to people looking for Caribbean restaurants in Kent because it’s managed efficiently by Zena Deirdre Campbell.
