"We had made a reservation at The Wilderness a while back, but unfortunately our plans were disrupted by COVID. Finally, we were able to visit for lunch on Saturday, and it was definitely worth the wait. We chose the ten-course tasting menu along with a couple of glasses of their 'hacked' wines. As soon as we sat down, we were greeted with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and water, and our meal began. The variety of dishes was outstanding; from crispy pig cheek with apricot gel, to steak tartare, turbot, and mackerel. Standout dishes included a delicious beetroot ice-cream with a rich ajoblanco, and a fantastic mushroom and 'bread pudding' that was like a gourmet version of mushrooms on toast. The service was excellent, each course was tasty, and the wines, especially the Chardonnay 2.0 and the Vermouth, were top-notch. While the meal was on the pricier side, the quality of the food, service, ambiance, and music made it all worthwhile."

"The best peruvian restaurant in the UK! This is definitely the place to eat anything peruvian. The food here is not only authentic but is presented in an artistic way. Each dish is composed meticulously bringing different ingredients from the three main regions of Peru. Their cocktail menu is extensive and really well done. "Decent sushi, props to the chef. We had the sushi master selection for two people (28 pieces of assorted sushi, 2 miso soups and bottomless green tea) and some tuna sashimi at the end which came to £26 altogether which is a reasonable price for sushi from what I've seen. It's a small stall in the bullring fish market run by just the chef so it has an authentic feel and a nice atmosphere. I would recommend Otoro sushi however I suggest booking ahead as it is always busy."

"Came here on a Wednesday afternoon with my partner. Staff were really friendly and our food didn't take too long to come. We shared a two person mixed grill and it was incredibly good, really good selection of pork, sausages and chicken that all tasted amazing. "We ordered a big family meal from Priya Lounge on the 7th July for my mothers bday meal, and I must say I am very happy we chose this restaurant, the food was absolutely delicious! We had ordered about x9 mix tandoori starters which was a great choice as it came with a variety of sheesh kebabs, chicken tikka lamb tikka, for the price and the taste is was a bargain! We ordered an array of curry dishes and a couple of biryani dishes which were all cooked to perfection and really nice and authentic just like my family I like. The gentleman on the phone who took our order was called Miah and I happened to mention that it was for my mothers bday meal and when we received the order we had been given a complimentary king prawn dish for my mom as a special treat, which we really appreciated and was a nice touch. Very rare do we order asian food from takeaways as we tend to cook it at home, but I am glad we chose Priya lounge for this special occasion and hope to order from there again soon."
