"I’m a Swiss high school student who came to Cambridge for a language trip. We went to eat there several times as it is internationally known. This fast food restaurant is great! The service is fast, the employees are very attentive. There is even French...staff for francophones who have some problems with English. In addition, there are automatic terminals from which you can choose your menu and pay, it's very practical if you don't understand the displayed menus. Prices are very accessible but the food is not very salty compared to the Macdonals in Europe."

"My family of 7 was hungry while we were in the process of moving, so we decided to order delivery as we were too busy to cook. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold and soggy, with the chips being especially cold and the burgers only lukewarm. Considering the nearly £60 bill, the quality of the food was simply not acceptable. I cannot recommend any of the items we ordered and will not be ordering from this restaurant again. The service was only for delivery."

"Didn’t start off well. Tried to order at counter and pre-pay with cash. Was told by white shirted, baseball cap wearing, short staff member (am guessing their No.2) to order via the touch-to-order machines. When asking and stating the very fair question/point ‘I’d like...to pay with cash’, he retorted ‘just press cancel.’ What? Cancel the order?!?! All very vague frankly. Went to one of the machines. Had to press 5 times, each time I wanted to add, or move to another ‘page’. Thus, machine was pretty useless. Very kind dude working there, and operating between the counter and pick up moped bikers who were collecting, sorted the machine out. Decent chap Food was served rapidly, to their credit and was enjoyable to eat, in all fairness."

"I called today. my partner ordered a cheese and a baconburger. it arrived and the babin stick out of the bungalow raw. I touched the speck and it was persistently cold. I said to my partner that you eat this. I went to the counter and said that this speck is cold. I was told that a new burger was introduced. the burger came and again the speck was cold. I went back to the counter. is that a sweat I said. the speck is absolutely stolperkalt. a manager came by. he said the speck was not cooked on the ground! absolutely no excuse for cold speck. it looked lively. he also said that the speck is presented at room temperature. the speck was totally cold, I said. he offered a replacement. we chose a Bacin cheeseburger who was hot. for their health their bacon is so that it is worth exaggerating it."

"Absolutely fed up now!! Multiple problems from ordering from here with food quality, coming cold or missing items to now the delivery driver literally robbing our food and saying it’s delivered. I work in a similar work place so I can understand things happen, but...it’s every single **** time and it’s disgusting!!! Taking peoples money and wasting time. "We arrived and we’re politely greeted and told to sit upstairs. We ordered our food and it took at reasonably good time to come. However, when we got it my chips and Apple Pie were great but when I opened up my burger it had...a unfortunate mistake. I had customized it to have three beef bits, two large tomatoes and the buns. It was covered in cheese with no tomatoes. We asked the staff to help us and they kindly did. But, then after waiting for a while, we discovered that the second burger was also the wrong order. The others around me were happy with their food but there straws weren’t very good. Thank you for everything."

" 1pic, 5 stars love crispy chicken wraps. was upset when I noticed that I ordered grilled instead of crispy. thanks to the lady who gave me the wrap helping me exchange for the crispy chicken wrap. really appreciated it. 5 star for excellent customer service. wrap was fresh 4 pics, 1 star usually good. but not this time, ordered 2 chilli crispy wraps at 12:31 on 9/6/23 order no 16. lettuce not fresh, mysterious creature found in wrap with chilli sauce on it. more details below: I don't noramlly check my wrap, it happened this time cos my mum was complaining about top of her wrap was empty, so I passed mine to her asking if she wants mine instead, mine was full of green lettuce on top before two three bites, thats when I noticed the mysterious creature on the edge of my wrap where I just bit. i took it out like it was no big deal. but i was paying more attention while eating the remaining wrap cos who knows the creature might have a company. and that's how I spotted the unfresh lettuce halfway inside the wrap, i took one out but there's more under, so I unwrapped it to take out all the unfresh lettuce."

"after a cute morning meeting in vauxhall, our department team of 5 decided to drive over the other side of the river and produce a few quick food. so we decided to go for this place I was pleased that the walk was over...fast, due to a fatal error in the conversation I accidentally mentioned that one dame I said in the previous night that I was very tanned, what to predictable sweat through my coasters of dale winton spray tanning, I digress. this was the third “week” of 50 percent outside the food in the usa, which means that of course “two” tight gits in my team wanted to “at”. I was quite amazed how a man 6 hamburger can eat all for the price of about 3 pfund. a fair rettung, sure. I'm not sure he's going through an upcoming work fitness test. other colleagues had big macs, double cheeseburger and quarter-pounders. everything was in order. the personal was efficient and pleasant. the restaurant is sensually maintained."

"we were in the opposite and decided we wanted mcdonald’s and that was the easier to reach than the one on the feet park. we came to the street and there was a large line of cars waiting for there. a worker on the entrance to the parking street that led the traffic, so that people did not push in. it took 5 or 10 minutes to get to the thru order box running gear. we order 20 chicken bugges, large chocolate milkshake and a few burgers of the saver menu and the double big mac. the nuggets were not the best quality we had, the burgers were in order, but the double large mac was not the best, it seemed quite dry. the chocolate milkshake was ok, although not excessively filled. Overall, eating was quite quick to get out, the quality could have been better, the staff was friendly."

"not much to say about eating, with mcdonald’s wysiwyg. my main attack is the personal. I waited for my order on Friday afternoon and listened to me what manager/ supervisor appeared to speak with who would make a squaddie blood. the speech was not. held on everyone, only used in general conversation between themselves while using the service counter. there were a few children in the ohr, I hope they were worrying. I've never seen such a loveless baptism. one of the males looked as if he had been sitting in a buoyant cement dust. the older weeping is just too scary to be in front of the house."
