Mcdonald's Kings Cross

The staff at this McDonald's are the best I've seen.Its a good place,close to Euston Station to have a meal before catching the train home

You need some staff with more than one brain cell, £20 worth of food missing of my order. Whole lettuce on my burger, clapped bunch of idiots

Meals up to usual McD standards although chips not salted, called twice in an evening once for drinks only both times mine were lukewarm. Akso service unusually slow View menu

We enjoy dining at McDonald's, and even though this location has limited seating, Esther always takes care of us, finds us a table, and makes us feel welcomed. Thank you, Esther.

I had to wait 25 minutes for two double cheeseburgers and a small fries. Then, the manager ignored my request for sauce three times before finally throwing them at me, saying he was too busy and that I should have noticed.

This might be the worst McDonald's in the country. Sent my order back 4 times and they couldn't get it right it was chicken in a bun! Got my refund and went over the road to a different restaurant. Avoid if at all possible. View menu

OK the food was as expected and I like a big Mac. But the place is crowded with the automatic ordering screens not working properly. Staff shout the order numbers out and the whole place is chaotic and unpleasant. If you are buying whilst rushing for a train you probably don't mind.

shocked at the lack of autism friendliness at your King’s Cross restaurant arrived here last Wednesday at 12/30 ish and our eldest daughter is autistic music was like a nightclub in the toilets and to say both the men’s and women’s toilets were appalling conditions blocked with feaces down them and smelt horrid just to show we’re I’ve ordered from today to say this is supposed to be autism friendly it really wasn’t

Prime example of how NOT to do customer service. McPlant was left out of order and when we went back to enquire and collect it we were simply ignored for thirty minutes before a more senior member of staff came out and told us it was our own problem. This was because we left our receipt at the till, he reiterated this in a very condescending manner. He then refused to give us the food or a refund. Out of money and upset with the horrible way me and my friends were treated. Will not be back. View menu
