"Absolutely fed up now!! Multiple problems from ordering from here with food quality, coming cold or missing items to now the delivery driver literally robbing our food and saying it’s delivered. I work in a similar work place so I can understand things happen, but...it’s every single **** time and it’s disgusting!!! Taking peoples money and wasting time. This time I have tried to call the store instead of just going through just eat but shock, no answer. Management sort your store out because it’s a JOKE."

about eating will be priority waiting like a dvy for a happy meal for 30 minutes after I put my order to watch 20 tearing orders are picked up I have never seen such a chaos in my life, people who work there dnt know what order...is, what, bags opened ten times and my meal was cold! never again

if I had a bet with my step son, they would forget the dips and I will, of course, I wouldn't mind, but I bought them. they sent a fertilizer instead of a fruit bag. eating was cold and why they got a phone. because they do not respond, complaining sick of complaining. How hard is it to get an order right?.

ordered a double quarter pounder meal and 3 chicken selects, only the chips were hot everything was cold, I only get a half hour break so didnt get time to take it back plus I was only served a single quarter pounder but paid for...the double. They are too busy prioritising uber eats deliveroo etc to look after customers who actually turn up to order their food. Last time I go here very poor
