"First, after ordering our drinks, my husband 's drink took 5 10 minutes longer to come for some reason than mine and the kids '. When my mother arrived to complete our table and ordered a gin and tonic, she had waited for about 10 minutes when the waitress returned and then asked what mixer she wanted. Could have been an idea to ask if the order. My mother asked her to put ice in a separate glass and not with her gin. About another 10 minutes later she got her g t filled to burst point with ice! We waited another 5 10 minutes, but no one came to take our food order. The children were very hungry, so we thought we would ask them to take the order instead of waiting longer. We placed our order, I ordered a steak without sauce, hubby ordered a burger, and we had ordered a starter. The starter came together with the children's meal, which was good, just wait about 20 minutes. But when the main meal arrived, my steak was cold/hot and very thin (as a minute steak as a rag). She also gave me sauce. My mother got her meal, but my Nacktby's Burger didn't appear. About 10 15 minutes later, while my mother and I were halfway through our meals and the children were ready, he asked the waitress where his burger told them she would go and check. Came back 2 minutes later and said it was only 5 minutes, without further explanation why it'd come. 10 minutes later, I had decided to leave my steak and just eat the chips and veg, and my mother had finished her meal, my Hubby decided to go and tell them to wrap his meal to take home, like previous children's bedtime, so could not really sit another 20 30 minutes while he finished his dinner (assuming it was ever arriving). 10 minutes ago and the wounded 'to go' Burger 't arrived', so we decided to tell them to forget it, but then the manager gave it to us and apologized, pulled it out of the bill. That was fair enough, but not really for the experience."

"Ingram wind we were here as a big group for a Christmas party. We had problems right from the beginning we told to arrive at a time for the tables then we were told we had to wait. The place was so small and so packed that we were basically sitting on top of each other, and the two wheelchairs in the group ended up outside because people kept falling over us. Even though the group leader had informed them that they would be two wheelchairs coming when it came time to sit at the table the staff had to rearrange furniture which caused a bit of a problem in such a packed restaurant. The staff. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but they were very disorganised and poorly managed, in my opinion. The team were bringing wrong orders and seemed to be running around Madly and were struggling The food. The food was alright enjoyable, nicely presented and perfect portions sizes. But the turkey Christmas dinner did not it excites my taste buds that much. I did enjoy the cheesecake raspberry dessert. Accessibility It was quite tricky getting into the building and around in a wheelchair because the building is quite small. They were using the disabled bathroom as a storage room, and a coat room we had to be careful not to run over people's coats and other stuff was getting in the way of using the bathroom. I doubt I will be back here in the future as there are a lot better places in Glasgow get food for the same price that we paid."
