"we had a great stay in this gem! the chef is a genie that was eating incredible and burst with taste! I would 100% y the black pudding scotch eggs and the game cake. if they like her steak, this man cooks it to perfection! the service was on point all through our stay and were incredibly friendly, helpful and nothing was too much annoyed and especially this place is per dog! everyone was welcoming and made our stay a wonderful experience. we plan to return to the future."

all I can say is wow what a great experience we had. food was fantastic and the staff couldn't be more helpful nothing was to much trouble I had the brisket burger and can honestly say never tasted such a good burger portions were excellent will definitely be making a second visit View menu

The George is always a lovely pub to visit, either for a pint mid walk or for Sunday Lunch (which was this time for us). We’ve been twice in the past 3 months and it’s been great both times. The team have really managed well considering all the Covid issues in 2020. We will definitely be visiting again soon

we went to dinner to her reopening at night and it was amazing! service was efficient, friendly and attentive. the food was delicious (the sticky toffeee powder was particularly delicious! the new decor is fab and a little quirky. I can't wait to go back. they would never have known that it was their first night of dinner, out of our eyes it was seamless!
