"We have been here several times this time the menu seemed smaller and there were no offers on line or when we were served and no specials but the food is always good. The shop is a bonus offering their food to cater at home for yourself. Glad you have survived the times and we will return be even more tempting with a return offer or discount.Never give you much bread with your starter that’s the only negative for me but as a chain we know we will get a good meal and at the moment it’s the next best thing to being in Italy"

"We pre-cooked a table and arrived a little early. However we were welcomed with a smile and were able to enjoy a drink until 12 noon when the main menu kicked in. The foccacia was light and tasty, and our dishes of lamb and calamari were wonderful, with good portion size and excellent presentation. The restaurant was very busy, but staff ensured we were served as promptly as possible. We were only too happy to enjoy the ambience and the lady who served us had a wonderful friendly, yet professional manner. This is our favourite restaurant when visiting this area. We also feel it is good value for money due to the quality of the food. We have no hesitation in recommending Carluccio's in Richmond."

"we have always enjoyed carluccio and have our favorite dishes. However, in this occasion our seafood was lacking some of the expected seafood and the soße of taste. we had to send it back. the giardiniera was good as my bark meat pappardelle, but the carbonara was incredibly oily. a beautiful and service excellent."

"We typically enjoy breakfast at this restaurant and it is always excellent with fresh ingredients cooked perfectly. Today we decided to have lunch instead. The vegetarian ravioli was delicious and the side vegetables were great. However, there weren't many vegetarian options available. The staff were charming as always, and the service was prompt. The restaurant is very clean and well-organized."

"Taking a leisurely boat ride on the Avon, I asked the very informative Captain for lunch suggestions and he recommended Joya. Walked in with no real expectations but ended up having a nice meal in a very relaxed atmosphere. The 2 ladies holding the fort were polite and friendly. I ordered the soup of the day and grilled prawns. My son went for spaghetti bolognese. The Mediterranean soup was okay, tasted a bit like thickened pizza sauce. The grilled king prawns were fab as was the pasta. For dessert, ordered the lemon sorbet and creme brulee. The latter was ordered after confirming that it would not disappoint. True to her word, it did not and nor did the excellent 3 scoops of sorbet. At GBP 25pp walked out very satisfied."

"would have to give this wonderful place a 5star! would give me more if I could! only a small place, but very relaxed. the waiter we had was so nice. He spoke to my 4 year old daughter and asked her what she wanted, and explained what she had to offer her! She felt very grown up. my pizza that was the vegetarian when I was vegetarian was amazing. have loved every piece of it. would go as far as I said the best pizza I ever had! I would normally not eat all my pizzas, but with taking out a piece that is given to my man....(default! I ate this off! beautiful atmosphere, my daughter has to see how good pizza made, flattered and in the pizza oven. she has learned a lot! would highly recommend and will return!"

"I had a vegetarian pizza I got vegan. I can't remember the names of it, but it had swash, pesto (I asked about the vegan pesto), tomato base, mozzarella (I asked about vegan cheese) and it came with another cheese, but I replaced that for mushrooms. it was really good and cheap. the teig is really soft and tasty."

"on Friday the sun is immersed here and we have tied a fished, we have a table fast as I think most people were stunned themselves. the retention point was approx. 3/4 full. the service was very fast our 2 fish chips came along with brotbutter with 2 pots tee, within 5/10 minutes. the fish was a great great part, not served their une tiddler or half portions at another place. "My review is more about the restaurant upstairs rather than the bar. Booked at the Olive Grove to go with my dad (Wednesday), thinking it could be fun to try some cocktails and nibbles but when I walked in downstairs, all I saw was a sad empty basement. A poor attempt to recreate a Mediterranean patio on a basement without windows, I don't think the olive tree in the middle is enough. I can imagine this being a fun place on the weekend maybe, with a large group filling in the space but still... it's just a small basement with terrible lighting. Quite depressing if you're on a date. Luckily they had tables at the restaurant and we had an unexpected, delicious, tasty dinner. I cannot fault the food. Giving it a whole new meaning to Italian food. Interesting flavour/ingredients combinations. It was a shame the sommelier brought us a carafe to the table without showing us the bottle first. The whole atmosphere of the restaurant looks ideal for business lunches I would say."

"The manager at Wildwood on Sunday night was fantastic. Initially, we had planned on going to Zizzi, but the long line outside of Wildwood seemed like a good omen. We waited for 40 minutes to be seated, but the manager kept us informed throughout. It turned out to be a great choice. The cocktails were beautiful and the food was delicious. We even took photos to remember the experience. I would definitely recommend Wildwood for a dinner in Bournemouth."

"I have walked passed this cafe several times and not noticed it, nestled next to the big Co-Op supermarket in Moseley. So, I was glad when a friend said let's meet there. It was surprisingly spacious, with a lovely ambience and a great range of goodies to eat. Freshly baked bread pastries baked onsite with a distinctively French vibe. They also offer a more extended lunch menu, plus the usual coffee variations and teas. I didn't venture out to their garden because it was drizzling with rain, but from what I could see, it looked like a nice space for warmer days. The young Black lady who served was very helpful we didn't feel pressured to leave when we were finished. I will be back! Recommended stop."

They offer a separate gluten-free menu with a variety of appetizers, numerous pizza and pasta options, risottos, salads, fish, steak, and a selection of desserts. The bread with Camembert was particularly delicious. The atmosphere was pleasant, although it could get a bit noisy during busy weekend nights. I will definitely be returning to dine here again."
