The stand-out dish for me by far, was the restaurant’s signature roasted pork belly with apple, red cabbages and honey-mustard. I could simply eat this over and over again.

I appreciate the little things in life. my favorite chocolate in the Lindt-Sortimentbox (the roasted mandel), tasty socks, the smell of rain. last night it was the waiter who helped me put on my coat, the silver instrument that cleanses the crumbs of a beautiful table cloth, and the small note with ’25 minutes’ next to the risotto that assures its fresh.
