"The food was fine and the servers great but it was sooo noisy with really loud football on tv just above dining booths then a live singer and guitarist just next to the same area. So for a catch up and chat with friends it didnt work. Also we booked a table for 7.15 and were told that the children had to be out by 8pm which again want going to work. This should have been made clear before booking. They let us stay to finish meal but then we tried to sit outside for a quiet chat and were told we couldnt because my sons were with us. I should point out that my sons are 15 and 17, I wouldnt take small children in there. So overall a fraught eveneing"

"I had recently enjoyed going for high tee with a Twist-a van gogh inspired masterpiece! the ambiente des rosenholz was majestic and luxurious, and the great selection at tees enjoyed my chai-loving soul no limits! the delicious selection of sweets and savouries were all visually beautiful to see that pleasing as well as the taste buds (although some parts for my taste might have been a bit sweet.) the piece of resistance was the last cure that mirrored some of the most famous works of van gogh, including the stary night. overall I recommend this high tea experience for art lovers, or just anyone who wants a bit of a Posh look!"

"This is the worst experience I have ever had. I really wish I could get my money back. It was very loud, disorganized and terrible overall. The waiters didn't know which tables belonged to them. The people there were incredibly loud, enough to visibly disturb everyone else, and nobody did anything about it. The food was badly seasoned and cooked. The portions were tiny. Never come here, never. It is a terrible hotel restaurant."

"Not a single staff member checked on us during our meal, and when I asked to see the menu again to verify the ingredients, the staff member didn’t bring it. Fortunately, my partner offered to swap meals, so I ended up having his steak instead. Additionally, we both found the chips to be excessively salty—despite my fiancé typically enjoying salt. Overall, it was quite a disappointing experience, as neither of us was able to enjoy the meals we had ordered. The waiter did remove the cost of the burger and chips from the bill, but it was still disappointing given our anticipation for a nice meal, especially considering we'd paid a good amount. These issues were likely simple oversights—like mentioning the mustard on the menu and avoiding excessive salt—and they have unfortunately tarnished our impression of a restaurant we previously enjoyed."

"It's the hard rock cafe an institution. When I first came to London I loved visiting here with the great atmosphere, the music and food. I wasn't disappointed. It was very busy and they managed to squeeze us in. I loved it. It brought back fond memories of coming here with friends and soaking it all in. Food was great, the milkshake wasn't thick enough but I had an awesome time. It hasn't lost it's old world charm. I recommend it to people visiting and the prices are affordable. My big burger hit the spot and the sides were delicious. Please click like if you found my review helpful. Do book ahead."

"I enjoyed the atmosphere but the service was slow if somewhat non-existent. At no stage were we asked if we'd like other drinks other than the initial drinks order. The food was horrible. My mother asked for her steak medium rare and it came burnt and overdone. My father had asked for loaded fries and got plain chips. The twisted Mac and cheese I had was ok but the garlic bread was inedible due to not being properly cooked I've been to a few hard rock cafes over the years but would not go back to the Glasgow one again."

"Normally the best baby back ribs I can find (outside of The United States and South Africa). Today's were good. Service always polite, with a smile and from a gang that obviously enjoy what they do. Superb whisky selection. They even have a comfortable smoking area for idiots like me (a rare thing to find nowadays). "Have been past here so many times, but today thought we would go in and get a breakfast. And we were very pleased we did. The cafe itself is great inside with old style booths in the front and tables with a TV in the back. The food was very nice indeed and we also tried a couple of house cocktails, well why not? They had the world cup on in the back, so we carried on our day with a few pints watching the footie. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Will now be a place we come more often for sure."

"good eating beautiful ambiente we ate in the hard rock in our first night. we were tired, so we had only one main course. I had the atomburger without cheese and my man had a burger with a lateral part of the tweebel rings. the food and the service were really good. there was a Thursday evening the restaurant was busy, but there were still tables available. we enjoyed eating so much that we also went back on Friday night. we ordered wings to start and the same burger as the night before with tweebel rings. when we visit sometime again, we will definitely go back as eating was great."

"I've been to Hamiltons a few times now and they always serve good hearty grub and great drinks. My favourite is their brunch/lunch menu which is awesome. I am very partial to their sliced avocado, poached egg and sourdough served with chorizo jam it is meant to be small' but actually pretty filling and very very good! My other favourite is the Moules frites which is also fab, well flavoured and great portion size. My husband and friends have tried their deep fried halloumi also very good, I've had a taste), their sandwiches and burgers. I like the decor and ambience of Hamilton's too always upbeat. Finally, they take the Tastecard which means food is even better value. Definitely...read more"

"Radius is a little gem in the village of Stoke Fleming. Very close to our accommodation we visited twice during our trip last week. First time to eat… the food was great and service positive and friendly. There was an issue with a shortage of avocado on one dish. We wouldn’t even have noticed but they pointed it out, apologised and didn’t charge us for the dish how good is that when a restaurant does that unsolicited. Our second visit for drinks was after a lousy experience at another pub who kept us waiting 25 minutes before taking our drinks order and another 15 before we got a drink. Walked into Radius 7 and had a pint of delicious Devon Cove in my had within 3 minutes. I seriously can’t rate these guys enough……one to add to your must visit list!"

"Warmly welcomed and served promptly and pleasantly after being seated. Our waitress was very helpful and well informed and provided various options/suggestions. Meal was very good and well presented and served promptly. Only issue was we had hoped to have coffee at the end of the meal. This was never offered so we decided to pay up and leave."

"Awful. Miserable service. Flat beer. Chewy calamari in a tasteless sauce. Soggy truffle fries. Overcooked hamburger. Thank God they were out of steak, God only knows what that would have been like! (And that was 25% of their main course menu! They never brought out the spinach, but tried to charge us. Nothing American about it."

"Gone down hill massively since it first opened. All down to the product. Chicken tasted chewy and not cooked right. The chips are awful with zero taste. I always have the apple pie but genuinely was put off with the main meal so didn't bother. The staff were brilliant but it felt very forced. Might of just had a bad experience but I can see why the Holloway Road opened and closed so quickly."

"Well we were here for lunch. To start with the food is of completely different standards to what it was previously. We had been sat for around 1.5 hours from when we got in order mains and wanting them cleared we ordered within 10 mins of arriving. When the food was received we requested another drink in which was never brought over and then had to be collected from the bar when we had nearly finished eating. We ended up calling over the off duty manager who then cleared our plates when we had finished. Then it took another 10 minutes for the desert and coffee order to be taken. In which the beverages were served in dirty crockery and the deserts were served cold. Staff we huddled at the bar chatting to one another and our food was never checked back. Overall a disappointing experience and not good customer service."

"A big group of us went to this restaurant for brunch before a work function. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. I ordered the halloumi shakshuka and it was incredibly tasty! Sometimes with a large group, there can be mix-ups with orders or modifications, but everything was perfect and delivered promptly. Our server was friendly and attentive. The location is great, right by the train station, and there is a good variety of food and drinks available. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others and will definitely be returning in the future!"

"Our first time in Perth. After a busy morning we were seeking for a comfy place to have some tasty lunch. We spotted this Cafe and decided to go in. I am a fussy eater but I have to say I was impressed with the quality of the food here. We had Fish and chips and a buttermilk chicken burger. My burger was served in a delicious bun with super fluffy chips and freshly made purple cabbage coleslaw. It was very good value for money. Tasty, very well presented, freshly made, very good portion size. Too much for me if anything. Hubby was well pleased with his food too. The coffee we had a cappuccino and a late isn't great but is wasn't expensive £2,5- . Place seem very clean and well kept clean well stocked bathroom upstairs . Calm and lovely atmosphere. The only aspect that bothered me was the bell at the door. We sat right by the window and the main door entrance. For me personally it was very loud and disrupting every time a client enters exits. I think it has a very negative impact on the lovely vibe the whole place has. Service was great, reasonably quick given the food was made there and then and not premade . I was super impressed to see the Cafe has hired and is training people with intellectual disabilities. The lovely girl that served us was super sweet and excellent at her job. The lady that welcomed and took our order was very kind and warm towards her and us and same for the gentleman that served our food. I 100% recommend this Cafe if you want some delicious simple and tasty lunch and a comfy place to catch up with your friend or family. I will definitely go back if I find myself in Pert again. Thank you to the Giraffe Cafe Team- you are doing a Brilliant job!"

"Walk-ins... my wife and I already trust the foundry for their menu, service, staff and facilities. we were unsafe what we wanted to do with this opportunity, until before the house freshly baked scones from the many suggested......no brains! we were not disappointed after we had our...`cream tea` by our attentive Lady staff member our latte coffee together and generously dimensioned, beautiful aroma scenes (one in each case) and bumper shares of camouflaged cream with strawberry jam arrived at our table without delay. the revised and more comfortable seating opportunity, relaxed unobstructed environment pleasant personal improves the eating experience. the only things that were still thirsty were the plants of caffe. but they got a drink after I had asked if it was ok to water them to round off our latest pleasant visit in the foundry."

"The food was great and portions were big enough that we split a main and side. While I miss the wing variety we can get back in the states, the fried chicken was easily good enough that we'll definitely be back. The reason it is three stars is that the person who was supposed to be working our table seemed to consistently forget about us. We asked for water, he said he'd being a bottle and two glass, nothing. We asked for extra syrup, he said he'd get it, after 6 minutes of waiting we had no extra syrup. On both occasions we had to get another servers attention, Andy, and he was very helpful. He brought us water and went down and retrieved some syrup. Had it not been for Andy this review would be 2 stars at best, but with food good enough to give them another try. I worked in food service for two years at a very busy pizza place. I know sometimes you get slammed, but not even bringing a table water is a pretty poor sign of service. I hope it was just an off day and maybe it will go better next time."
