"Well we were here for lunch. To start with the food is of completely different standards to what it was previously. We had been sat for around 1.5 hours from when we got in order mains and wanting them cleared we ordered within 10 mins of arriving. When the food was received we requested another drink in which was never brought over and then had to be collected from the bar when we had nearly finished eating. We ended up calling over the off duty manager who then cleared our plates when we had finished. Then it took another 10 minutes for the desert and coffee order to be taken. In which the beverages were served in dirty crockery and the deserts were served cold. Staff we huddled at the bar chatting to one another and our food was never checked back. Overall a disappointing experience and not good customer service."

Man with spikey hair and blonde woman were very nice and attentive. Could tell bar staff were new as slow service but overall good experience!

This is my number one spot to stop off with friends! I tell them about it ever time and they just had to visit!! Spent a Friday night there and it was busy hot! I’m glad that we visited because the staff are amazing and very on point with serving as fast as possible

The Norwood Arms is a friendly local pub with a good range of menu choices, reasonable prices, and helpful staff. We booked for Sunday lunch. Roast turkey came with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, peas, carrots and broccoli, plus cauliflower cheese. The food came out quickly and we all really enjoyed it. The Dessert menu looked great, but we were too full to be tempted. Maybe next time!
