Each and every staff including the manager in the restaurant are super professional and very friendly. each dish was executed with delicious aromen so that the dish looks even better than michelin stars the wine was popular and the cheesecake should die! I recommend this place for everyone and I know my friends, family and I will be back soon!"

"The restaurant is in a hotel and did not look like the photos. It was nonetheless quite nice (we went to the bar area as the traditional restaurant looked very much like a typical hotel restaurant). The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the food was good (burgers pasta). It was a little on the pricey side but not too bad and really nice quality. The wines were very expensive with the house bottles being at £37.50. The house white was particularly nice though. We shared a large tasty cheese cake. I'm not sure I would go there again because I have travelled a lot and try and avoid hotels but it is a good place."

"Who knew there was an outdoor ski lodge just behind the British Museum?? The Montague had done a fantastic job of recreating a covered bar and informal dining area in their patio area and it was great fun! The menu set up was different to what was described on TT there was no set price anything which made it more expensive than expected but also more flexible as two of our group ended up not drinking. The two choices of fondue were delicious and the tasting platter looked amazing. Service was really friendlyalthough there were times when the bar was unattended so we had to wait for more drinks etc but that was minor as the staff had really got into the spirit and made it a really great experience. I'll definitely be returning next year"

"I visit here very often to meet my customers, and I must say that the service is not very good at all. You sit and have to wait for almost 15 minutes or try to get someone the attention to order a simple coffee or water on the table, it always seems to be a lot of staff, but they are not so proactive to serve customers as you would hope when you visit the hotel."

"I requested a spot at the counter bar since I was alone and heading to the theatre . No sooner was I seated than the bar man abruptly asked me what I wanted to drink no “welcome, how are you tonight” . He seemed a bit miffed when I asked to see the cocktail list, as though I should know instantly what I wanted. And, although a prix-fixe, pre-theatre menu is advertised online, only the regular a la carte menu was handed to me. So I had to ask for that, as well! As it turned out, I ordered an expensive a la carte main dish, since it appealed to me. During my meal, no one ever topped up my sparkling water the bottle stood in plain sight and the barman/waiter watched me refill my glass. And, when I’d finished my cocktail, no one asked if I’d like a glass of wine although I sat there looking at the page of wines by the glass . By then, although I did want wine, I was too fed up with the rudeness to order one. It was only after I asked for my bill that a waiter asked if I’d like dessert or coffee! Obviously, I didn’t. But I just smiled politely and said I had to go. No one thanked me for coming or wished me a pleasant evening. Yes, the place is packed being right by the Ritz Hotel is very beneficial . And the ambiance is suave and clubby. But the waitstaff is basically disaffected although they do act unctuously polite to regulars . I’ve actually been coming to Le Caprice for many years, but usually sit with friends at a table. Hmm— what a difference!"

"So So disapointed. Only booked a few weeks ago and chose this on the basis of what cocktails were available for a bottomless brunch. Got there and they had changed the choices..to ones we did not like. The said it would have been on an email but the email I received the day before had none of this info. If it had, we would have cancelled as can have prosecco brunch locally!. Finally the manager agreed for us to have another choice but that was after were were going to walk. Service was always polite but so so slow. Had to call someone over more times than not and it wasnt even busy.The food was lovely I have to say but the other MASSIVE complaint was there was no live DJ as advertised, No vibe just piped music..why was it advertised as a kitchen disco brunch. Very very disappointed and DO NOT recommend."

"I had been to this restaurant located in Nottingham,UK. I could not find them here but i'm rating it here : I had been here with my cousins and its a lovely place....its to die for!!! The staff are very friendly and disciplined.It has a WIFI connectivity available...you need to register first though...The food is simply amazing and delicious....If you live in the UK or anywhere...you must definitely visit this place!!!! I've been told all the Chiquito Restaurants all over are very good...personally got to experience it...Its quite expensive but the food is worth paying so much!! I would definitely visit this place next time when I visit The UK. Its a great place to hangout with family and cousins : Keep up the great work you guys have done : A humble request from is that you should open a branch in Bangalore,India. "I wanted to make a review because this place has changed quite a bit and felt the need to share. I'll split it into sections. Food: Nachos/ Nachos were good, problem is the portions are tiny between 3 adults we maybe had 5 tortillas each. Imagine taking 15 tortillas from a Doritos bag and that's your portion. Bit of a joke. loaded fries/ I had these fries which was between 6 7 pound mark they came with some toppings. I expected it to be loaded, but nothing special about it at all. Another tiny portion. southern fried burger/ my partner had this and looked the as you'd get in the spoons. Spoons is actually better than this. For something so expensive you'd expect a bit more quality. fajitas/ her sister had the fajitas and it looked nice. Again a few small bits of sliced chicken and some dips. The profit mark up on the food must be amazing. For over 17 quid for some small sliced chicken and a few mini wraps. Its taking liberties drinks/ we had 2 Pina coladas and 1 Paloma. Paloma was decent, the Pina colada was average at best. They have changed recipe and it came with ice but thick small pieces. This drink used to come blended and more of a frozen type cocktail. Service I mean it was ok but very basic. Our server had as much enthusiasm as a potato. Leaning on the table while taking our order. She looked like she hated being there. Some people should not be in hospitality. They did do a check back from the manager and the manager bought the food out. I was so disappointed in the Nachos I was going to refuse to pay for them. But we did anyway. Both me and my partner have worked in hospitality for a long time and we know the industry quite well. when food quality is average at best and price is high. This is not a good sign. We used to like coming here the portions were bigger the drinks were better, the service was better. The food was better. I don't know what happened but I won't be returning. If you want a decent burger head to 7bone just along the way. Way better food and portions. Should of known not to go. The place is always quiet but eh oh. Hope you find my review helpful guys. If your in Camberley look at other options as this is not the best place to eat. Thanks"

"The attention to detail from the staff in respect to allergies is exceptional. A great range if foods for vegans vegetarian and meat eaters alike. The burritos feed at least to adults or one very hungry one. Decor is comfortable and in keeping with the theme. The recycled beer bottles and bottle caps as light fittings is a nice touch."

"Tonight we served by Osman from Bristol Cribbs Causeway who gave us exceptional services, his courtesy, incredibly friendly, attentive, recommendations, and nothing is too much trouble for him He took our drinks order and asked if we’re dining out for a special occasion we told him it’s our Ange’s 70s birthday, Osman wishes Ange a happy birthday and immediately offered a free birthday drink for Ange which make her so happy and over the moon, after that he took our foods order I always ordered Xinxim, however Osman explained to me your restaurant stop doing it because allergies issue so he recommended another dish for me which was so delicious, he’s definitely having a thorough knowledge of the food in your restaurant As Osman walked pass our table he noticed we’re having a trouble to take a group picture so he offered to take few pictures for us, thank you Osman for your attentiveness to our table What a lovely night to celebrate Ange’s 70 birthday, delicious food, exceptional services from Osman and atmosphere, definitely go back We haven’t received such an exceptional services for a long long time, we are so pleased Osman served us and he is a credit to Las Iquanas"

"The waitress brought he wrong order. We told her twice but she was confused. Seized the plates on our table and left. We ordered a Breakfast that included juice. Never came. Coffee was included in the meal we ordered but she charged us for coffee and then said the machine was broken and did not refund us. A 50 pound breakfast Renee up costing 95 pounds. So I paid 132 dollars for a breakfast I did not order. Also we got charged for for cafes cause the waitress took my husband drink when it was still half full. This is a nice place to eat but I would never return. I should have just told the manager but I didn’t want to be a Karen. But ordering breakfast is not that complicated."

"The first course arrived promptly, but it was a significant disappointment. We ordered half a duck and pancakes, expecting a reasonable portion, but what we received was the tiniest serving imaginable. It bore no resemblance to the half duck we usually enjoy at other restaurants. What we had was dry, bland, and not worth the £30 price tag. To make matters worse, our main courses were served before they had cleared away the plates from our first course, leaving us with no space on the table for the entrees. We had to literally request that they clean the table so we could fit the main dishes. The restaurant was quite empty, and it felt like they wanted us to leave as quickly as possible so they could close up. When we voiced our concerns about the food and service, the staff laughed at us, which was incredibly unprofessional. It's no wonder the restaurant was so empty. Located in the Dorsett Hotel in a busy area of London, none of the six of us plan to return. Although we had considered staying at the hotel on our next trip due to its affordability, this experience has ensured that we will not be returning, as it poorly reflects on the hotel’s overall reputation."

"We waited an hour for our food to come. When it came it was cold. I sent mine back which then took a further 30 minutes to come out with a fresh one. My partner said his full English was not good quality and was also cold. There is no allergen information on the menu next to the dishes. Was very busy but seemed very understaffed and as though they were not prepared for a busy service. It was very clean and the manager was good. The bill was altered. Personally I wouldn’t go back for breakfast. We wanted to try something new but were disappointed."

"Sunday lunch was underwhelming the veggie stack resembled a sad vegetarian burger patty with overcooked vegetables and the chocolate fondant was more like a dry sponge. Wouldn 't be surprised if it was all defrosted in the microwave. Service was a well intentioned but calamitous performance by uninterested and under trained staff. The ambience was raucous. It was, however, cheap; you get what you pay for, I guess. Would not return nor recommend."

"We ate a late lunch here as a family of 4 last weekend. We were in a bit of a rush as we had to catch a train, and the food did arrive very quickly. I think to pay £9.95 for a halloumi wrap with salad is a bit on the pricey side and would’ve expected a few fries to be included at that price. The souvlaki salad and grilled chicken mayo sandwich were both really over-seasoned unfortunately. On a positive note, the staff are very polite and helpful."
