"I was here recently with my daughter who had never been brave. we both enjoyed everything we ordered. we had three tapas dishes to share for our main course the tortilla, the black bell and the deep fried fish selection that were served separately, but this was no problem, as it allowed us to really taste the different aromes. the portions were not huge, that is true, but we did not want to have a big heavy meal anyway, so we were perfectly satisfied with the portions sizes, especially since this has a little space for both of us to have dessert; my daughter wanted to taste the churros and I had the baskenkäsekuchen with a berry-comonote on the side. that were also delicious and after the cheesecake I was quite sure full! we had only one crippled with our food, so it was not expensive for what was very good eating, according to my opinion. And we also had a nice waiter, raoul, who also deserves a special mention for his pleasant wise and attentiveness. I also liked the decor inside and the casual mood. this was our first meal since the kovid pandemie started and our first meal in england since we moved here in juli 2020, so it was a special evening for us in many respects. thanks!"

"We went on a Saturday night but had pre booked. It was busy but not overly. It took 5 minutes to be acknowledged, a further 5 to be seated, 20 minutes for our order to be taken and roughly 45-50 minutes for us to receive (some) of our order. Given we had a 2 year old with us was a bit frustrating as by the time the food came, there was no interest in eating. We were looking for where the food was cooked and more than disappointed with it being microwaves in the centre of the restaurant. Staff in “kitchen” were on their phones and unbothered about getting orders out. We didn’t even receive some of our order, which hadn’t even been taken off the bill. The food was cold, staff didn’t care for our custom and food “cooked” in a microwave-oven. Not worth the £6-£10 for each dish"

"Ordered olives to start with, £4 for only 7 olives which were not very nice, came out of a very large jar. Mentioned to waiting staff who said they were Spanish olives. Wouldn’t order them again. My friend and I had the Canarian chicken skewers which were very nice but the accompanying potatoes were soft and soggy. Waiting staff were friendly and accommodating. One male member of staff who was either behind the bar or just walking around the restaurant area was wearing scruffy jeans with a large rip in the back and white trainers that were absolutely filthy. Not sure what position he held but he looked totally unprofessional. When we received the bill there was a 12.5% service charge added which we felt we should have been told about on asking for the bill. We did ask for this to be removed and we left a cash tip."

"We were disappointed by the location, I hadn't realised that it was positioned in a shopping centre! So really it was more suited to shoppers and travellers as it was quite near the train station. We arrived early so expected to wait, but the waiter kept giving us different times for when the table would be ready and that was annoying. Also, they wouldn't serve us a drink whilst we waited. The food was good and generally the staff were lovely and helpful. However, I wouldn't go there again."

"What a shame a good location and an excellent menu BUT. Several items from the menu were 'not available ' despite it being prime time on a Saturday evening. The same applied to the wine list. The food itself was very good when it was eventually received: several members of the staff seemed overwhelmed and poorly trained."

"The cocktails were exceptional—some of the best I've ever had in this country. The food was good as well, but I felt it was quite pricey for what it was. We did have to follow up on a portion of our order, but the staff handled it very politely and were incredibly friendly. Fortunately, the item we inquired about was deducted from our bill without us needing to ask. I would definitely come back just for the cocktails!"

"I went to this restaurant for my dad's birthday celebration, but I was highly disappointed. The staff was unprofessional, the food was served cold, and when we asked for a replacement dish, they simply reheated the same one and brought it back. Despite requesting a cake in advance and reminding them multiple times on the day, they forgot to bring it out. I will not be returning to this restaurant again in the future."

"I visited Chicago and a friend recommended this restaurant to me. It has quickly become my favorite spot in town. The atmosphere is fantastic, with a cozy diner feel complete with a jukebox, black and white photos, and old posters on the wall. My placemat even had a picture of agaves being processed, which I found charming. I ordered the Taco Norteño and it was delicious, especially paired with the salsa macha that was already on the table. Maxwell provided excellent service and engaging conversation. I came for breakfast so I did not try any spirits or cocktails, but I will definitely be back next time I am in Chicago. I highly recommend this restaurant!"

"Visited O2 Las Iguanas and was just disappointment after disappointment. First of all we were left waiting at the podium for nearly 10 minutes and ignored. The group in front of us just walked off... what a big mistake we made staying. I walked inside the restaurant to see what was going on and to see if there was a seater, one person acknowledged me after a few trips passed me. He told me that if I want to sit outside I can just go grab a table and order via the QR code. Is this the customer service that we are facing these days? Disgusting! We selected the least dirty table outside, as they were all dirty and unattended with dishes and glasses left from previous customers. I was accompanied by 2 older people, so a QR just wouldn't do, so I had to go back in and grab some menus myself. Then I took their order and placed it online. Nobody came to clean the table or say hello. The first interaction we had was when we received the drinks and the lady apologized for the state of the table and promised she would return to clean it for us. Seconds later our food shows up also... no one returned to clean anything, so we had to use our own tissues and sanitiser to clean everything, so we can eat on a clean table, C-19 free potentially too. The food was OK, but the sizzling chicken was not sizzling, it was lukewarm and my chicken was stale... God knows how many months it's been in the freezer. We ate peacefully and left, repulsed and revolted at the state of the place, the customer service, food and the cheek of charging us a service charge. Can someone please explain to us what the service charge was for exactly? Looking forward to your response at your earliest convenience."

"The style of service here really let it down for us. The food was quite good we tried the tacos (chicken was nice, fish ok), salad with chicken (average) and guacamole (very good) and it was filling and ok for the price. But it’s a self service restaurant where you have to get your own cutlery, sauces and drinks, and place your orders online. This means you have to create an account, which takes time, and the menu if you have any dietary requirements is not easy to navigate. I asked one of the staff a question and felt like I was being a huge inconvenience to him. For this reason we wouldn’t go back. There was also a strong smell of bleach where we were sat, which put me off my food."

"--- **Delivery Meal Review** **Meal Type:** Dinner **Price per Person:** £20–30 **Food Rating:** 5/5 **Service Rating:** 5/5 **Atmosphere Rating:** 5/5 I recently ordered dinner from this restaurant, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was exceptional, easily earning a rating of 5 out of 5. Each dish was well-prepared and flavorful. The service was equally impressive, also receiving a perfect score; my order arrived promptly and was well-packaged. Lastly, even though I dined at home, the overall atmosphere was reflected in the quality of the meal. I highly recommend this place for a delightful dinner experience! --- Feel free to let me know if you'd like any changes or additional details!"

"As a Texan that moved to Cambridge, I've been missing that traditional delicious mexican food from back home. Nanna Mexico bas solved that problem for me! They have jarritos sodas, Horchata in the fridges, and amazing burritos and enchiladas. The staff has been welcoming and friendly both visits I've made and I will definitely be going back as often as I can!"

"WOW! I really fancied a proper burrito for lunch and not from a fast food outlet where there is no character or flavour to the food! A quick google search pulled up this little food outlet in the indoor trinity market in the old town! its been a long time since i have been in here and its changed so much! We ordered 3 different meat filled burritos and we all enjoyed them. They were well filled and contained lots of meat! All the burritos were freshly prepared to order. You are given an electric buzzer which indicated your order was ready so you can sit and chill. The burritos only cost £5 each and for the size of them i feel this is a bargain! We did also try the Jarritos Mexican cola and to be honest for £3.50 I wasn't impressed. I'd recommend either a normal coke or a different flavour of Jarritos if your feeling lavish. The service from the lady was very friendly and helpful too Overall a very enjoyable lunch and plenty of dessert places for pudding!"

"Armed with a certificate from Zomato, I drove to this restaurant for lunch with two colleagues. This place had a lot to live up to in comparison to the Burrito trend that seems to be sweeping London during lunchtime, but unfortunately it did not quite meet expectations. The variety of meat fillings was impressive, but the bark tinga did not seem to be of the highest quality despite its promised stamp of approval. The guacamole was complimentary compared to other places, but one of my colleagues found there to be too much rice in her veggie burrito. In general, the lack of customers when we entered was perhaps a reflection of how this place compared to others. My search for the perfect London burrito continues. I may just have to write another blog post about it."

"the kindest mexican-ish meal I had so far. I say “ish” how Mexican eating here in london is something strange. Brit-Mex feels like there's an exciting edge that's taken off for the local palate. fitzrovia is at the weekend a little gloomy, so there was not much of a crowd, and only a woman ran the service. she has done an incredible job and let us know before we are late. we had a few margarita, nachos, a burrito and a burger. Yeah, a burger, you see what I mean, but it was a mean burger. I've even pulled up. the dishes arrive fresh from the bottom and we are looking forward to the nachos before the others take their away. an impressively loaded bowl of the...read more"

"There were 2 or 3 things that were very good... The Al Pastor Tacos and The Baja Fish Tacos. Would return to eat these. It prides itself on being based on Mexico City, but having been to Mexico City (and other places like Oaxaca can safely say this is not that far removed from Chiquitos type TexMex. The Sharer Dish of Sea Bream was Ok, not bad, but nothing better than Ok. Dessert was meh. (Mexico City...?? Where are the Churros? The Marquesitas? The flan? The Tres Leches? Just overpriced BS like passion fruit cheesecake and chocolate tart etc. In short: would come back and eat the Al Pastor Tacos Fish Tacos... Pass on nearly everything else."

"Decided to give this a place a go as we'd been to the Mexican next door and thought it was okay but not amazing (and despite the £2 tacos offer, actually turned out way more expensive than you'd imagine) We arrived at 5 in time...for happy (2) hour(s) and got stuck into two for one margaritas whilst waiting for a friend, who didn't show up til quarter to seven, so we were pretty trashed by the time we came to order food, but I stand by my conclusion that the food was cryworthy, easily the best mexican food I've had in London. Portions were great and I was particularly impressed by the use of (loads of) small local prawns in the tacos rather than a couple of large battered ones, which, though more likely to be used within spitting distance of the gulf of mexico, don't really turn up fresh here, so always end up being a bit disappointing cos it's not an american shrimp taco. Honestly, I'd take the lots of little shrimp' version over that any day. Super nice. My second favourite were the cactus tacos, which I guess used pickled cactus, they were a bit much for my girlfriend's taste but I loved em. The waitress was super nice, and noticed that it was my gf's birthday and brought us free shots and did the whole it's yr birthday so you get to wear these sombreros' thing, which was hilarious and excellent. Definitely going back! BTW this place has moved back to Kingsland Road, Dalston, but there doesn't seem to be a page yet."
