"I was here recently with my daughter who had never been brave. we both enjoyed everything we ordered. we had three tapas dishes to share for our main course the tortilla, the black bell and the deep fried fish selection that were served separately, but this was no problem, as it allowed us to really taste the different aromes. the portions were not huge, that is true, but we did not want to have a big heavy meal anyway, so we were perfectly satisfied with the portions sizes, especially since this has a little space for both of us to have dessert; my daughter wanted to taste the churros and I had the baskenkäsekuchen with a berry-comonote on the side. that were also delicious and after the cheesecake I was quite sure full! we had only one crippled with our food, so it was not expensive for what was very good eating, according to my opinion. And we also had a nice waiter, raoul, who also deserves a special mention for his pleasant wise and attentiveness. I also liked the decor inside and the casual mood. this was our first meal since the kovid pandemie started and our first meal in england since we moved here in juli 2020, so it was a special evening for us in many respects. thanks!"

Service was very poor, larger was off and the steak was very chewy and fatty.

Food was very overpriced and cold. Very poor atmosphere, staff weren’t too friendly either. Very disappointed.

Delicious tapas- in particular, I recommend the calamari and patatas bravas. The traditional sangria was also gorgeous!

The food was delicious and tasted authentic. Some dishes need to be bigger for tapas sharing. 8 plates was enough for 2. View menu

The restaurant smelt damp and was very quiet. We went this time last year and the food and atmosphere was brilliant. Such a shame.

Scandalously overpriced for what was provided. Poor food. Miserable staff, no atmosphere. The emptiness of the place on a busy Christmas market day should of been a warning to us. 1st and last visit. A massive thumbs down

Empty cold restaurant on a Saturday evening should really have warned us off. Gents toilets truly appalling, which set tone for the meal. Food very average and lacking in plate appeal. Staff appeared embarrassed to serve it and no attempt made to check how the meal was received. Only saving grace was the large gin. Do not go. View menu

Food very average and terribly overpriced for what it was. The only half decent tapas item was the prawns. Didn’t feel very ‘Spanish’ at all. The restaurant itself was too bright not a very good dining atmosphere. They were missing several food and drink items from the menu and staff were very indifferent. We were automatically charged £27 for service which we weren’t given time to discuss with our friends as I wouldn’t have paid that for some food to be plonked down and wine to be spilt down my glass every time it was poured. Won’t be going back.
