"We tried the early tasting menu (great value, book online beforehand). The food was beautifully presented and the portions were generous. They substituted all the meat dishes on the menu with vegetarian options, which were all incredibly delicious. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff, especially a charming French waiter. The atmosphere was lively and the outdoor seating was lovely. We would definitely return."

"I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."

"just after the reopening it was not sure how it would be. you go in, get your temperature scanned and you sit when you come by (I don't know what happens when your attempt looks suspicious). we sit on them between tables with people who are not really looking for a safe distance. we wanted to try the scrambled eggs and cornish crab however due to the reduction of the available items, this was not on the menu, but if we asked for it, our waiter went into the kitchen and got them to make it. they would highly recommend for their quality of food and first class service!"

"jutsu brothers has very good Juju energy. the bright room filled with plants, the very smiling Swedish hipster looking service staff, the chill-lounge music that calms the heart, and of course. the delicious food must play a roll. some food highlights: the avocado toast. it won't be more basic than that, but it was incredible. I take back what I once said about hats on cut (vs mashed) avo pieces. that was excellent. the grilled veggies, the juicy cherry tomatoes, the elegant sourded and the mysterious spicy for a very satisfying experience made the herbs: hearty and tasty, this dish must be why jutsu the “Remedy for the Soul” food claim the chocolate shakes: one of three appetitious protein shakes offered in the menu. sweet, cold and jolly. highly recommended."

"After dining at this restaurant multiple times, I made a reservation for dinner with three friends and was extremely let down by the decline in quality. The cocktails lacked flavor, the wine was tasteless, and all the food was overly salty. The lemon sole was overcooked, the butter sauce tasted burnt instead of nutty. The aubergine main dish was small and lacked flavor, more suitable as a starter. The halloumi main was bland and the sole goujons were lukewarm at best. The dessert, rhubarb frangipane, tasted like a subpar Bakewell tart with minimal rhubarb, and the Balthazar coupe was overly sweet. At a price of £270, this meal was far too expensive for the subpar quality. I am unsure if there has been a change in management at this restaurant, but I was truly disappointed and embarrassed to have recommended it to my friends. I will not be returning or suggesting this restaurant to others in the future."

"at my last day in london I decided to try this place beyond my apartment, as ironic and it immediately regretted me not to have gone earlier! the vegan open sandwich was fantastic, with crispy sourded, homemade pesto, aromatic courgette and waiting for vegan goat cheese. an absolute winner. good part for 10. they also have a few other vegan options porridge, toast with bon, salat, but it would be great if we had an option, for example to swallow eggs for tofu, so the other menu items can also be veganized! I also found the coffee quite bitter, but that could be on the milk of the heel that they do not use safely who it is."

"Overpriced and mediocre. Not what it used to be and will probably avoid in future. I don't normally leave much detail in a review, but as I used to really like this place, I think it's only fair to make sure others know how much its gone downhill. I would usually have ordered a burger, but went for a sandwich instead but this was a disappointment... Tbh I feel a bit cheated paying £10 for a finger roll sized sandwich, especially as the side order of mac and cheese was bigger than it. Same goes for the disappointing onion rings and overpriced drinks. 1.5 stars really as the food still tasted decent, even though at £35 for a quick main for two with a drink each felt a bit expensive for what was on offer here. I used to be a regular customer here until I moved away from Glasgow a few years ago, when it was a pretty great and substantial eat for the money the burgers especially were great... Massive and eclectic selection of unusual combinations that was always worth looking through but now seem a bit boring and plain (plus almost every topping is an extra now so your going to spend another few quid to get a decent combo! . The atmosphere also seems to have gone from the place too. Maybe we were unlucky, but sadly think this is the end of Ad Lib burgers for me now."

"Overpriced for what it is, despite premium location. Service slow, dishes arrived one at a time, when we'd clearly stated each of us (3 in total, not 10) was having their own rather than sharing. One dish was forgotten, luckily not charged to us. No allergies indicated on the menu, the waiter had to come to the table and go through each dish one by one with me. For a place of this caliber, I'd expect more. And it wasn't super busy either."

"I'm very into healthy eating and love trying new health cafes. So I was really looking forward to trying Maple and Fitz during lunch this week. The menu looked great and seemed to be a good mix between savoury and sweet food to tuck into after the gym. There was a nice variety of salads to choose from (5 in all) and a number of toppings from eggs to chicken. "on this place a star. if I could, it wouldn't be a star. Yesterday afternoon sat for cocktails and then paid our bill. I got the confirmation and put it in my pocket. we are up and down when we were outside a coworker, followed us and accused us not to pay our bill. I told her we paid and we got our reception. I got the entrance from my bag and she was not satisfied yet. it was another member of the staff who came after and said they had paid bills there. I've never been ashamed to be accused, especially in the middle of an enlivened road. I always pay my bills. if this is how they treat customers there, I will not be definitiw. the staff was very rude. think they need more training on the skills of men"

"As a fairly regular Ukai customer I was very disappointed with my most recent visit. The service was stellar as usual but the food was terrible the worst I’ve ever had there. We ordered 2 lamb chops, one medium rare and one well done both of which came out looking pretty similarly cooked on a bed of dry wilted salad leaves which can’t have been wilted by the heat of the lamb chops because they were very cold. The sticky rice was warm and bland. The staff were very helpful and apologetic but after microwaving the lamb chops and bringing them back out they were just very dry and unimpressive. Although we were given a small discount at the end as this was birthday meal following me singing Ukai’s praises as one of my favourite bar/restaurants I was and still am very disappointed with my experience. We left feeling hungry after eating a meal and a starter. In addition to this we ordered a juice and one cocktail, which came to £95 with the discount seems pretty steep considering how little we actually ordered."

"Cool place with live music, lovely staff, great drinks (quite expensive, but it 's the price you will find by going to a nice bar). You might need a reservation before going there. My friends and I were attracted by the rock bar style and the dirty burgers ads. They had red wine and I went for a gin and tonic cocktail with raspberry and mint. It was definitely a great idea. The drink tasted a perfect combination of all ingredients. However, the venue was busy and we decided to stood up using the bar as table. Suddenly some stripper came out and started dancing. We were quite embarrassed but it was fun anyway. I definitely recommend this place, but if you do not want to watch the strippers, just their website in advance."

"Myself and my partner ordered the burger and monkfish. The monkfish dish was borderline inedible! The monkfish was like a piece of unseasoned, boiled fish that was slapped on top of the most soggy risotto. The risotto was over cooked to the point there was...liquid sitting at the bottom. The beef burger was genuinely one of the worst burgers I've ever had. I feel so rude writing that but it genuinely was not good. There was no seasoning, it was completely bland and the bacon was pretty much raw. It seemed that there had been no care whatsoever put into either meal. Reviews on here seem fairly positive which we were fooled by. The restaurant itself is nice inside and very Instagram-able but we left bitterly disappointed with the terrible standard of food served paid near enough £50 to go to McDonald’s straight after!! That’s when you know it’s bad. Furthermore, we emailed the manager to let him know and received absolutely no communication back. Incredibly poor and unprofessional."

"By far the best vegan food that I have ever had in my life. Was I even eating vegan? Everything besides the wait for the food was perfect. When we entered, we were immediately acknowledged despite the employees being busy. There was low lighting and chill music playing. Upon informing the servers that it was our first visit, they gave us some of their most popular dishes. They were extremely knowledgeable about the food and process of making the creations. After ordering, it did take better 25-35 minutes to get our food. I was starting to get anxious but I'm so glad we waited. My niece had the Shrimp Alfredo Po' Boy with fries. It did not disappoint. She's a picky teenager and did NOT have any complaints. She even asked to return. My sister did the Nashville Hot Sliders. She was super satisfied. I had the Plant Based Burger with a side of Mac Cheese. All I can say is WOW! This place is onto something. If you're seeking a good vibe and full stomach, go here. You will not be disappointed."

"Without a doubt, the BEST Korean fried chicken I have ever had. And I’ve eaten a lot of fried chicken in my life! I make it a point to take visiting friends to eat at 3KOBROS because the quality of food and the warm friendly service makes this an unmissable place and they never disappoint! "I was notified 2 hours before arriving that if my group were to exceed 8 people, the company policy requires a minimum spend pP of 45 pounds. This was not indicated on the website where I booked. There was no way I was going to ask my guests (exceeding 8 after half an hour because other friends were brought along, as it often happens for birthday celebrations) for this with such short notice. It was impossible to find a solution with the manager where this rule would not apply. We ended up having to leave after 1 hour, resulting in the bistro missing out on the drinks and food 11 people would have ordered. Kind of a shame, given that it is nicely designed and has a good ambiente. Imo, the manager should have been flexible and handled this differently, allowing us to stay. In all fairness, we enjoyed a couple of pints in the hour we stayed!"

"Dove’s brings a unique, lively Tex Mex flair to traditional diner food and vibes, and the service is excellent. The dishes are fresh, flavorful, and come out fast. It’s kind of pricey, but the portions are large and filling and my group of 4 had some leftovers afterwards. Make a reservation if you can— seating is limited and it gets quite busy for brunch especially on weekends. Food I tried: Taco Norteno (4.2/5): The brisket in the taco was delicious, flavorful, and well seasoned, but I wasn’t a huge fan of the tortilla which felt too thick and dough y for me. Tlayuda (4.3/5): I enjoyed the crispiness of the tortilla and the freshness of the ingredients, though it could have used a bit more vibrant flavors. It was simultaneously light and filling. Brisket Hash (4.4/5): Great flavors all around. The potatoes were crispy and well sauced and the brisket was meaty and umami. Masa Pancakes (4/5): Probably my least favorite out of everything we ordered, but I’m also just not the biggest fan of pancakes. "An incredible Breakfast. They were busy at 8:30 but they managed to fit us into a table of four. We enjoyed the atmosphere before ordering. They catered for everything we wanted. Food was presented beautifully. Really friendly staff and a wonderful butchers/fishmonger too will be returning for more produce in the week."
