"I'm very into healthy eating and love trying new health cafes. So I was really looking forward to trying Maple and Fitz during lunch this week. The menu looked great and seemed to be a good mix between savoury and sweet food to tuck into after the gym. There was a nice variety of salads to choose from (5 in all) and a number of toppings from eggs to chicken. I went for the large salad mix and chose a mixture of 3: the samurai slaw with soba noodles, courgetti and pesto and curried quinoa salad. These tasted good but were definitely under seasoned and dressed they were a bit dry and bland. Similarly I'd like a bigger portion after a hard workout! The sweet dish I tried, quinoa and...read more"

As I'm trying to stick to a healthy (-er) lifestyle lately, I popped in recently opened Maple & Fitz to grab juice as a mid-afternoon snack.

What is it? Healthy café and cold-pressed juice bar – nutritious yet delicious meals. Adria Wu – originally qualified as an engineer, Adria worked in management consulting and finance before training at Le Cordon Bleu and also attended the British College of Nutrition and Health.

my favorite salad was sweet caroline – a crispy calf base, with vibrating shredded, juicy roasted sweet potatoes, celeriac and roasted pecans, finished with a tangy, sweet maple balsamikum dressing. this went exceptionally well with blackjack – a warm, comforting salad from hearty black rice and roasted squash with winter sea salt, baby spinat and cinnamon, garlic and lemon dressing.

really impressive health café and inspiring owner! it is quite small, so it would recommend as a take-off, but if they can one of the small tables down, they have good Wi-Fi that makes for an intimate quiet workstation. it is a bit expensive, but completely fresh, healthy and tasty. the owner is well informed about a healthy cooking art that reflects in all its well balanced food and creations. they are also specialized in catering, so if they have an event, I strongly recommend to contact.

Previous adviser, greener and chef adria wu left the main world of finances to pursue their passion for wellness and nutrition, training at cordon bleu, before fitzrovia's first cold pressed juice bar started. the salate at maple and fitz also pack in a hit, with optional add-ons such as huhn or halloumi for an extra protein ****. made with fresh and healthy ingredients, everyone has a special taste thanks to adrias creative dressings, from the “Cauli in Mumbai” with Indian flavors to decorate the calale-based “Julius Caesar”, a healthy twist on the classic caesar, with a dijon-lemon yogurt dressing. while focused on takeaways, there are also...read more

With health and wellness being at the top of the foodie agenda once again, my search for amazing health food cafes in London suddenly got a lot easier. I even saw an article about green juice on the Daily Mail the other day- talk about mainstream! And although I'm truly a newbie to this way of eating, I am (literally) hungry for more. Thus today I am sharing one of my newly found favourites: Maple Fitz At the launch of ClassPass in London at Barry's Bootcamp we were kindly fed post-workout by Maple Fitz. We indulged in fresh, tasty and healthful salads that gave us that post-sweat pick me up in style. If you've never heard of them then get yourself down to their Fitzrovia store...read more
