"Hello, this was absolutely awful I was sitting next to a cold door in the middle of December. You kept opening it. This section of the bar should be shut during this time of year. I don’t understand how you can charge £60 for a bottle of wine and expect me to pay it next Door and you gave me the wrong bill and overcharged me bye £70. I will be returning return"

The service at the bar was surprisingly poor and incredibly overpriced. They closed the outdoor seating area, which we had reserved, much too early. The restaurant is highly overrated and not worth the steep prices.

Delicious cocktails but very slow service so did not pay service charge. Did not appreciate having to pay for first round of drinks when we said we would be having a few, felt a little profiled! Better places to go in the area.

Such a beautiful bar but why start pumping disco music at 7:30pm. You couldn’t even speak to the person sat right next to you. We left and went to the EditionI understand it at 11pm but for pre-dinner drinks it is not necessary. View menu

This restaurant is located in a fantastic spot in London. The specialty cocktails are a bit too sugary and expensive. However, the vodka martini was fantastic. Unfortunately, the vegetarian appetizers were lackluster and we don't enjoy dishes with potatoes or cream-filled puff pastries.

We were told our first cocktails were complimentary, then having drunk them were told they were not and it was a mistake and not meant for our table. We ordered some wine and having waited 20 minutes for it had to cancel as we were leaving soon for our diner reservation, poor service and no apology
