"First of all, I was amazed with their customer service. If anyone wants to learn how to treat customers then just go there shop. Now the food, Buffalo wings with that white sauce was extremely tasty, 5 star for it. We ordered initially 8 wings but due to taste and portion size we ordered another portion of 8, they are like nibbles not a proper wing so its a small portion. Vintage blue burger was quite big and heavy but tasty. Cajun Sweet potato fries was not bad it was a new experience for me however I didn't like the sauce. I didn't manage to finish the fries. Overall not a bad experience. But food quite warm and tasty."

"Absolutely shameful service ordered a cheese and tomato pizza, which picked up with slices under the pizza and stuck to the box. called to explain the shop and the manager was nothing but rude and ignorant and said there was nothing he could do. so we then took the pizza to the store that is less than half a mile away and showed the staff....they didn't care and said it wasn't wrong there, but the delivery driver had admitted that they dropped the pizza before they did not deliver any refund or replace the pizza. Attitude is lively and they should definitely not run a kind of reataurant. AVOID!!! there are a million better places to order in Carlisle."

"We follow a ketogenic diet and decided to try this restaurant for the first time. We both ordered the mixed meat dish, which was delicious. It included a lot of steak and various types of chicken. The house and garlic sauce was excellent. We will definitely be coming back."

Started with slices of cakes ,tried 4 variety of cake slices(10£ for four slices) -the presentation and the taste are tooo good. Regarding the drinks- Natural tasty orange juice,Avocado smoothie and the Classic Mojito I had was realy tasty which i never had like one that before. Food:-Items i tried are Chicken kabsa ,sirilion steak,vegitaranian pizza ,vegetable samosa ,chicken shish wrap are very tastey. They had a large menu with widevariety of tasty dishes . You can organize functions like birthdays and anniversary with pre booking. They are famous in making wedding cakes as well. Shop is having toilet facility Parking Have some parking slots infront of the shop which is quite harder to get otherwise you have to find some nearby."

"This restaurant is great for both large groups and individuals, with a bar-style dining area at the back. This setup is unique to this particular location in the chain, but it is quite effective. "This restaurant has a lovely location and a great menu. The service is friendly and comes with a nice sense of humor. The food and drinks are really delicious; I had the meat pie, which was generously filled with meat, accompanied by a boat of gravy and some vegetables. The dessert was excellent as well. "Been travelling to Blackpool for over 20 years just to visit Dixieland because we have always loved the Combo meals. They used to be around £4.50; before lockdown went to £5.50 and then £6.00. We went around 3 weeks ago and the meals were £6.50. We went this week and they were £7.50 !! Wow what an increase for a meal that was awful this time. The chickens had no meat on, definitely not the quality we always used to get and the chips were rock hard. No more Dixieland, unfortunately."

"Unfortunately the “go to smokehouse” “worth the drive out for” has gone downhill massively. Service was poor, the food turned up before the drinks as they had been forgotten about. The food was VERY small portions , underwhelming considering the prices and very poor compared to previous visits that were exceptional. I was genuinely embarrassed as I had recommended to a friend who drove out of Exeter to visit P&p with me, I even apologised to them after the meal!! We didn’t complain to the waitress as we had eaten all the food in front of us, but in all honesty there was very little! It’s also easy to say “it can’t have been that bad you are it all”. It wasn’t “bad food” it just wasn’t great food, or anything special like it had been on previous visits. For what it was, it was overpriced compared to other similar places like HUBBOX. Sad times : Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30"

"My son and I entered because I was wanting to treat him to a pre Christmas dinner. So we saw on the menu a deal for a course dinner. Little did we know that we would be charged for both courses separately despite the deal. So having a read through the menu a turkey dinner seemed rather tempting so we both ordered that. We also asked for coke what we received was watered down dirty dish water that they said was pepsi. The food arrived and it was the equivalent of a care home meal. Frozen veg potato cut in half! Some stringy bland turkey. All floating in bland gravy. Our deserts where mediocre and the portion size was appallingly small. The audacity to charge People for that horrendous meal my son and I then left and got some burgers from the Glasgow market festival which where far more adequate and had flavour. We shall not be returning"
