"The staff completely disregarded our reservation, despite it being confirmed in a separate correspondence. They seemed indifferent, uninterested, and unhelpful. When inquiring about ingredients for allergies, they bluntly stated they didn't know how the food was sourced. Our group felt like a burden. The service was painfully slow, leading to one member not being able to enjoy their meal as it arrived late. Even after requesting a cooler dessert, it was served too hot and then taken away without our consent. The restroom was cold, unkempt, and lacked basic amenities. The set menu was not good value for money and had to be specifically asked for as it was not advertised."

"Terrible. I never really write reviews. I go for a Curry every Friday and have been to many places in London. This place is the worst I i have ever been too. The samosas were dreadful and clearly out a freezer. The lamb vindaloo tasted like someone had got some chillies, scrapped some tomatoo puree of a homemade pizza and shoved some chicken in. The rest of the dishes were equally as bad and i could go on. The prices were a complete rip off . The waiters were extremely unfriendly and their attitude clearly mirrors the standard of the food. There are hundreds of far better places in London where you can get a cheaper meal. Truly Indian is an ananthema to the cuisine of the subcontinent!!"

"I have to admit that I was a bit stupid at first sight! the restaurant inspires not the trust from outside and is quite small in the inner but this humble look is the absolute gastronomic genie at the work in the kitchen! the starters were so delicious. the three of the use we had lamm samosas, wobble bhajis, lamb chops lamb something! the seasoned on all dressed were perfect, really rich and tasteful with the right amount of heat that gave them a brand without being too painful as they do with the lamb especially and still preserve the taste of the actual flesh, is nothing short of culinary source! when the net arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find the garlic naan with tiny ribbons of fresh garlic, and it was thin with a flat texture, instead of thick and teig the nets were equally fantastic and tasteful; I had chicken masala and pilau reis and I can honestly say I never have a better curry in my life! next time I am in london, I will visit 100% again!"

Not only are the staff amazing and so helpful, the food tastes amazing, they cater for individuals with allergies and the atmosphere they have inside is nothing short of perfect. "Unwelcoming. Very slow service, had to ask a person who worked in the back who was not a waiter to serve us and he was very nice, if he hadn't done so we would have left. They should employ him as front man! Wrong dish was served. Service was unfriendly, like we were not wanted there. As they served the wrong dish I had to eat my food after the person accompanying me had finished his. Is a large restaurant which is a little chilly, absolutely no effort by the waiters and no ambience, there was some background music but could hardly hear it. "We ordered the Beetroot Carpaccio with feta, spinach, and walnuts, and requested it as a main course, which was accommodated without any issues. However, we were disappointed with the dish when it arrived at our table. It was lacking in flavor and had grated carrot, which was not listed on the menu. The feta and walnuts were barely noticeable, and the dish seemed to be mostly comprised of spinach, beetroot, and carrot - possibly cheaper ingredients. We were expecting chunks of feta and walnuts to add some more depth to the dish, but unfortunately, it fell flat and was underwhelming. My own dish was good, but it was missing sautéed potatoes. Overall, the experience was dampened by the disappointing dish. Additionally, we were charged for a small bottle of water, while other diners received a complimentary jug. It was our first time at the restaurant, so maybe we were just unlucky that night. On a positive note, the staff were fantastic, and the restaurant had a beautiful layout."

"The portion sizes are quite decent and offer good value for the price. I did find the naan a bit small, but that’s a minor detail. I would love to see a Tandoori option on the menu, though I understand that local preferences might not lean towards Tandoori dishes. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, giving me a nostalgic feeling reminiscent of India. The music is soothing and enhances the dining experience without being intrusive. "Extremely disappointed in the quality and quantity of food. The portion size of the starters were extremely small, not like any other Indian restaurant we have been to. It was supposed to be a birthday treat but turned into a nightmare! The service was ridiculously slow, they clearly prioritise their takeaway orders..... The vegetarian option was so bland it was tasteless, when we pointed this out we were told that their clientele like mild flavours....there was no flavour! I had ordered a cucumber salad and was shocked when it was served in a tea light holder size dish.....I thought they were bringing me a chutney!! I can't think of anything positive other than the one of the meat dishes was ok but again as a main it was filled to about a quarter of the tiffin box. Other tables had rice which was filled to the top of the tiffin... First time I have ever said this avoid this restaurant."

"Went here towards the end of July on a date with my girlfriend. She had never tried Indo/Chinese food before, and I am huge fan so I was excited to bring her somewhere where it seemed to look great online. It did not disappoint, I was a bit apprehensive reading the reviews before I went as there were so many bad, but I am so happy this didn't put me off, if you're looking for more traditional Indian food, this isn't the restaurant for you (although they do have a few options. The only reason this didn't get a full five stars, because although the strawberry mojito was perfect in taste, the mint used for garnish was dying and it didn't look very nice. The garnish should always be fresh. However, I will reinstate the cocktail was delicious! We definitely over ordered, however we were able to take the rest that we didn't finish home so win win! Things that we ordered : Manchow Soup with chicken (this was my girlfriends favourite, its sooo tasty! Salt and Pepper Okra, Kuna Pao Potato (this is my personal favourite!! Kung Pao Chicken, Tai Pai Prawn, Veg Hakka Noodles, Vegetable Rice. I really wanted to ordered Chicken Lollipops as I have had these before and I love them, however I couldn't finish what we had already order let alone ordering more. I really enjoyed the food, even if I did finish a bottle of water because of the spice, spicy but an enjoyable spice. I will 100% be back again, as this has fully lived up to my expectations and I am excited to have more friends try the food. They got busier towards the end with big tables, and lots of telephone orders."

"I can't recommend enough here, we actually came by because of the fact that the food so beautiful from the road passing. eating is beautiful and really carefully created, there is also a massive separate vegan menu with many different options on. I think it's the best thing I had all year (and had long). they also provide non-vegans, which is beautiful when they want a meal with many people who are not all vegan. I think they are looking to move stalls into the road quickly, so make sure they travel double check. there is also a restaurant in kingston. the personal is also very beautiful and very attentive."
