"Leon has always had good food and swift service. I understand that working in fast food is a lot of pressure, especially in a place as busy as King 's Cross, I understand that staff may be abrupt but there 's a difference between being abrupt and being rude. The woman who was in charge of the coffee was awful, I waited 20 minutes for my coffee, standing nearby the entire time, and when I went up to her to inquire about my coffee, she said you waited 20 minutes? Well I made the coffee and binned it 20 minutes ago. I was standing there the entire time to collect my order, I heard her shouting other coffee orders, I heard her laughing with her colleagues, and I heard her talking to a customer and telling them about her upcoming holiday to Italy, how it was her first time, and how she was going to visit the Vatican. I heard all that and not once did I hear my coffee order. She eventually did remake my order for me but scoffed and rolled her eyes when I went to collect it. I noticed she treats other customers like this and I was not the only one who was waiting for their binned coffee . At least the food was good."
