"We were seated by the window which was lovely and seen to within minutes but my only remark would be it was very rushed so you never had time to enjoy every course before the next one was out infront of you. "SPOILER: AVOID THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU APPRECIATE GOOD SERVICEAs we were staying at the Grange Hotel at St Paul’s we decided to eat in and chose their Japanese restaurant Benihana. We booked for 7.30pm and were running a little late arriving at 7.45pm. A young lady greeted us, asked if we had booked which we confirmed we had, she then left explaining she would get the manager to attend to us. A couple of minutes passed whilst we observed that the restaurant was hardly busy with perhaps 12 covers. Then another young lady greeted us, again asking had we booked and again we confirmed we had and explained we were being seen to. We then waited another couple of minutes, admittedly by now feeling a little neglected. Just then the manager passed by us carrying two chairs and addressing us over his shoulder saying “I know you are waiting just give me a minute and I will be with you”. Sure enough a minute later the manager appeared, again asking whether we had booked, which we confirmed and then, upon checking the computer turned to us and in a surly tone said “You’re late, you should have been here at 7.30.” We were absolutely stunned, particularly given that a large part of the time lapse had been due to their lack of attention upon our arrival. Quite the most appalling service we have ever had and we had not yet managed to reach the table. Needless to say we walked out and ate at an excellent Japanese restaurant, Uramaya, down the road where we had not booked, and where we were warmly welcomed. Unfortunately this restaurant completely lets down an otherwise excellent hotel."

When we went back to be seated we were only told then they were short of chefs so no one would be cooking in-front of us... isn’t that why you go there?! There was quite a language barrier between us and the waitress but we soon found out they had NO sushi or sashimi!!! Had they had the courtesy to be honest and tell us beforehand we could’ve booked a different venue instead of wasting our evening which we were meant to be celebrating my boyfriends birthday. We left with no apology and will not be revisiting."

I was impressed with their wraps around Harrow and Wembley , as per my experience they serve good quality and portioned wraps with Masala chips. Try their Cottage cheese wraps for £4.99 , it's fresh and made with fresh tandoori naan. The owners has planned and well executed theme of the Resturant as authentic to Indian Bollywood. They have also imported Royal Enfield bike and kept at display in the entrance which is impressive. The service is great and they follow the protocol for Covid. They have limited parking in front of the Resturant. Overall good experience so far."

"Omnino meaning all together in Latin serves quality Argentinian meats on a fairly nondescript basement space. Unlike an Argentinian steakhouse that is full of life and charisma, Omnino Steakhouse service, ambience and interior is dull. It is as if the joy of being in an Argentinan steakhouse was removed and replaced with a degree of uprightness. With that said the meat cuts including fillet, sirloin, picaÑa, rump and ribeye cuts are superb. The three cuts ordered for the table were perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. In terms of the sides, the black truffle gnocchi is rich and full of flavour. Highly recommended. The dessert menu is traditional including the usual suspects including dulce de leche cheesecake and Don Pedro, with the alfajores unfortunately not being available. Price wise a cut of meat will start you at £18.95 for an Argentine 250g Rump and top you at £49.00 for the ribeye foie gras. The sides come in at an average of £5.00. The wine list is strong, offering a variety of high quality Argentinian and Chilean options. Omnino is doing everything right in the kitchen. The front of house and ambience is uninspiring and dull. Something to work on and improve, in order to deliver on the promise of all together ."

"I was bitterly disappointed about this place. When I first heard that this place had open I was very keen to try it as I love sushi! Although the food was good the service really let's this place down. I do not exaggerate when I say it was shocking! I have never experienced such poor servicemail from a non-busy restaurant at a non-peak time on a non-peak day (Sunday to be precise). It took us over an hour for our food and random dishes were being sent to us, so they had no clue of their own system. They did give us 20% off from our bill as they knew they had let us down. However, in retrospect I think it should have been more than 20%. I will not be returning to this establishment anytime soon. I think Management have some urgent matters to see to because this is a cause for concern (no exaggeration). I do not want to imagine their service on a busy Saturday evening!"

"Christmas deserves a cracking night out, great company, scummy food, luscious drinks and laughs. This night started at the nearby Enigma Quests Escape room followed up by this Argentinean steakhouse. Initially we were surprised by the intimacy of the restaurant, but this made it more personal so not a problem. Starters of Empanadas (best starter) and also Grilled Octopus, which was unfortunately more chewy than I prefer, so maybe slightly over cooked, still great flavour though. Main courses of 350g Rump. 250g fillet and 400g churrasco Marinated fillet which were all cooked to perfection and amazingly delicious, yum!! Sauces of Red chimichurri, green chimichurri and peppercorn, great again. Sides of sauteed mushrooms (lovely), creamed spinach (oh yes, yummy). cowboy beans and 'hand cut ' chips, it is these chips that the 4 of us took note of. For hand cut chips, they looked too thin, more akin to fries and when served, contained small pieces of chips, very similar to when you empty a bought, bag of ready made chips. They were most certainly not thick cut, triple cooked chips you get in other up market steak houses. Puddings of Affogato very nice, Doulce de leche cheesecake unfortunately this wasn 't liked, it seemed bland, sticky toffee with vanilla ice cream had no flavour, not enough sauce, and chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream great texture very nice. The meal was accompanied by 2 bottles water, Gin lemonade and 2 bottles Recoleta Malbec. Total of £469 A point of note, is that this being a Saturday night within the 'City ' this restaurant was very quiet and so lacking some atmosphere, I 'm sure that this must be a saturday thing and during the week its probably buzzing."

"Unfortunately, the food took what seemed to come forever. Table was booked for 8:15 o'clock...meal came 9:25 o'clock! And no, we didn't have any appetizers...just ordered main meals. I wanted to complain when the waitress said that the food won't be much longer - I told her I'm going to complain as waiting was ridiculous! We were not told when we were sitting there was a wait for food... but maybe our food order was messed up, I don't know. We were offered a round of drinks later, but we did not want them to have drinks, so we are offered desserts that have accepted 3 of us, even if we were full, we ordered them from the principle. We have eaten here many times before the food is always excellent, it was also tonight... it's just as shame that we had to wait so long."

"I've taken a birthday dinner here. our waiter, kall, was very pleasant and informative, did his best to please us as customers. at 7 months pregnant, I was pleased to see a series of "soft dicks" as I fought to order suitable drinks while eating; I am usually left with a limonade or water, so it was great to feel a little more special on my birthday. we had the share plate to begin, which was warm, but I think this is due to the time we have taken our net after the arrival: afteros were light with lots of sauces, the garlic caabatta was beautiful and the wings were the real star of the show, sticky and juicy. kall then cleaned our table and asked us if we enjoyed our starter. my bistro steak was cooked for absolute perfection and I recommend for every customer. my partner enjoyed his t bone steak and above all, the filled bone mark side dish should be incredibly soft, melt in mouth and how pulled pork should be. Unfortunately we haven't got a place for dessert, but I will definitely return to explore more what this fantastic restaurant has to offer. thank you for making my birthday so wonderful!"

On arrival, (it was a Wednesday night) atmosphere was lovely which is always a big thing for me so we stepped in on a positive.
