"champagne religious is essentially a champagne, cheese and charcuterie lover dream. it is a recipe for success, accompanied by a light and airy soundtrack of piano music. the small jewel of a restaurant is located directly on the corner of the greenwich market and over the road from the cutty sark; this little gem of a restaurant is a perfect place for friends to come together or enjoy the cozy atmosphere at the night. Once through the door they can experiment, enjoy and pamper their cheese and sausage passions to excess. the central premise here is why champagne works so well with cheese? if they don't already know, they will soon be of the well-known fact that champagne is a pleasant compliment for all cheeses. champagne fromage tantalizes the taste buds by showing that champagne is light enough to tenderly deep cuts not to exaggerate, but also enough sweetened once inside; decadent, but affordable they leave the delicate porcelain panels filled with wood charcoal and cheese transport them into a world of wonder. wood panels show the cheese and wood charcoal selection artistically accompanied by grapes, dried apricoses and even jams, all serving to highlight the deep and the variety of cheeses. our cheese board consisted of hard, blue, goat, soft and creamy and washed raw cheese from the loire Valley to the Alsace. In addition to a variety of corsican and lyon cured meats, salami, alpenseucissons, tapnaden and light airy brot. the champagne tasting flight allows them to improve the taste of the cheese in front of a bubbly background. we tried three different styles of champagne including colin, michael furdyna and Pretois-Moriset (pink.) each is very drinkable alone, but a success with the specific cheese. the desserts must be mentioned; I tried the five little macaroons. as a big fan of these joyful they were one for me and I was not disappointed. Among the aromen include chocolate, celestial, lemon, pistachios and vanilla. Sure to say, it is hard to choose a favorite if such a care is taken to despise everyone. of additional interest for those who fall in love with the inviting world of champagne fromage is le shop. their individually produced cheese and champagne are available for them to take home and give them the opportunity to enjoy the joys of champagne celebration at any time of day!"

"My recent experience with De Tarra Restaurant left me utterly disappointed and appalled. Despite testing positive for COVID-19 and responsibly requesting to reschedule my reservation for a later date for the safety of both their staff and other diners, they displayed a complete lack of empathy, as if my illness was a choice, they chose to charge me an exorbitant £460 anyway. It's important to note that I was not canceling my reservation; I simply couldn't dine with them at that moment due to my health. Their complete lack of empathy and disregard for public health is astonishing. In a time when responsible actions are crucial, De Tarra Restaurant demonstrated a complete absence of decency. It's not as if anyone wants to contract COVID-19, and their refusal to accommodate my situation speaks volumes about their priorities. It’s astonishing how they prioritize profit over public health. This lack of consideration for patrons’ well-being is nothing short of abhorrent. It’s as though they would rather have sick customers at their tables than demonstrate any semblance of responsibility. Next time, I might be tempted to dine at De Tarra while ill, given their apparent indifference to the well-being of their patrons. This experience has left me questioning the integrity and compassion of the restaurant management, and I can't help but feel that they fell drastically short in providing customer service during a challenging time."
