"I went on Friday night for the first time in almost two years with my usual co-administrators to the king's." I was quite overwhelmed to find the atmosphere intact, everyone relaxed, no mandat nonsense, just do what a pub is to get a table. Relax down and with a drink. to go to a bar and not speak through a plastic screen. the personal was so inviting even after so much time! I really felt humble, these people here really invest in their customers. munchables were the usual what they see is what they get and very satiating standard, delivered fast and hot. I am so glad to be back and hope to visit the king again as regularly as we have done before."

"My visit here was a total shambles. Before I asked to only have one waitress serving us, I ordered a drink, one waiter took the order, another delivered it and when I asked to pay the bill, another waiter appeared asking if I would like to pay the bill. When I said I had already asked for the bill, yet another waiter appeared to once again ask if I wanted to pay the bill. Please can someone get the waiters to talk to each other to avoid this constant barrage of people asking for information they already had. During this process our table host kept on coming over to ask if everything was OK, which clearly it wasn't and then didn't really listen to our answer, he just laughed. Then he kept on standing watching the football match directly in my way as if we weren't there The food was ok, ribs were poor, the salt and pepper squid had raw cayenne on the outside which was unpleasant and the chicken wings by all accounts were fine On a visit to the loo, there was no loo paper and no soap in any of the dispensers Overall the feel is that management are out of their depth and someone needs to take charge to ensure things run smoothly sooner rather than later. If you are going for a drink and to watch the sport then it could be a decent venue if they sort the leaderless waitering team out, but there are much better sports bars in London based on my recent experience."

"great tapas and soft drinks. recommend the mango ingwer bier that has a small kick and is presented so well. very much they enjoy the diverse colorful and easy to see menu they offer here and especially love the sea cat 241 Sun-Thursday offer they do what makes when super affordable with my bestie for freky fajitas swing and we share a chike and pulled swarm and a sizzling steak between us to mix it. I could not press in a desert, but they do my favorite mint choc chip ice here, so will try to test it next time. if they ask, they may have additional flour tortillas to ensure that they show up and eat all their fajita meat and paprika. the service can be a little slow so they leave time to enjoy their meal when they are planning to watch a movie after that."

"I'm a bit obsessed with the hot wings there. beautiful place to visit during the week, put points in plus as I can work from laptop while I have a coffee. nice for an evening dinner on the earth with family, good children menu. livelier at the weekend, but they have a dj on and 2-4-1 on cocktails that is a plus. beer garden is beautiful when it is warm, but there are protected areas when it rains. not my thing, but the other half appreciates the big screens to watch the football. the employees work hard and are always helpful, never had a problem."

"It was all a bit rubbish really.!Very disappointing. A costly and unpleasant experience. We ordered a delivery through the McDonalds app. Part of he order was wrong; a burger who was supposed to have no mustard, onions or gherkins on it had all. Three. You can’t just scrape it off and eat it because it leaves a residue that makes it taste unpleasant to those who don’t like these things that burger was inedible and we couldn’t swap because both burgers were the same. The hot and cold drinks were packed side by side in the same bag compromising the temperature of both drinks. All the food was stone cold and judging by the speed at which the delivery arrived and the temperature of the food; I would guess it was probably prepared in advance of orders rather than freshly to order. Customer services were unhelpful and want to pass responsibility for their failing on to Uber. They said if we wanted a refund we would have to take it up with Uber since they were the delivery service and they only refund click and collect at Customer services. However you can’t blame the Uber driver who arrived before the appointed time for mistakes on the order and for food which should have arrived hot given the time frame and the insulated carton he used to bring it. Given the huge mark- up and profit on takeaway food; and the size of McDonald’s as a company; I expected better : from the food, from the restaurant and from customer services ."

"I went there on a Sunday afternoon for a roast dinner. Initially, the restaurant was quiet, but it quickly filled up with guests. The service started off fast, but unfortunately, the food was disappointing and only lukewarm. We discovered that three of the drinks we ordered were out of stock, and the salt and pepper shakers on our table were both empty. It also appeared that other diners were receiving much larger portions than we did. Additionally, there was an error on our bill, although the manager rectified it. Overall, it was a memorable experience, but not for the right reasons."

"I'm afraid to say I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone , was left completely fuming with the service , the food and the overall approach by the staff at cafe football!! "Booked a table at 4pm today for the England vs Denmark Euros game. New the Flyer would be busy as we were there for Englands first game on Sunday. We were not disappointed, its was super full. Ordered food at the bar 20 minutes before the game started, although busy only had to wait 10 minutes to get served. Team behind the bar all working hard and fast. Not to sure what the Manager was doing, taking pictures on his mobile of the busy floor for Facebook or instagram I assume. He should have been serving behind the bar. Leading from the front I think. That’s what his predecessor would have done. Moving on, food arrived in 30 minutes, burgers and sides for all of our party, like the food on the first England game night it was great, hot, tasty 5* from us. One of my friends went to order drinks from the bar 5 minutes before the half time bell. Tried to get served for nearly 15 minutes, no chance, called it a day and came and sat down empty handed, So another one in our group ordered on the app for delivery to out booth, yes we have done this before. The drinks arrived 30 minutes later.never mind. We will be booking for the next England game on Tuesday night. All we hope is that the team behind the bar is the maximum it can be, from 1 hour before kick off until the full time whistle, Also please do us all a favour and not play loud music during half time. Most people are there to watch the game and to listen to the analysis for 10 minutes at half time, loud music before the start and after full time please , I promise it would make a difference to your customers."

"Walking passed this evening, there where 9 of us walking passed to get out Taxi . There was a homeless person sitting trying to keep warm in this dreadful weather. The door opened from this pub, and a man threw water all over the homeless man, he was soaking. How mean and dreadful, terrible. We shall be reporting this to the police in the morning. "I have been here before for drinks, but im leaving a review based on a really positive interaction i had there with staff i had no battery and needed to call a cab home.. "Me and my group of bingo gals were here for Boxing Day and Hogmanay. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and even though it was busy they helped us as much as they could to give us a memorable experience. For food we all had items from the Christmas menu. "at the time in the pub sitting after the most delicious meal (lasagne followed by chocolate fudge cake compliments at the chef! also very cheap prices and generous portions. I have severe mental health and physical diseases and the personal was very nice and very accommodating. even me on the table near the disabled toilet. can't blame them, they should be proud of their excellent service and care. also the love that it is dog friendly, as I love dogs, to see all the different come, has made my day. will definitely be visited again and also bring my friends! next to the pub here.
