"We booked Planet Hollywood 4 weeks in advance and were really looking forward to it as we had been before and we loved the atmosphereWhen we got there we were shown to one of two tables situated under the stairs so the only view we had was people walking up and down the stairs. There was just no atmosphere it was as though we were in the restaurant on our own. We asked to move but were told we would have to go in the queue to wait for a table so we stayed at that table.The food was average and overpriced for what we gotI don't think we'll be going again."

"--- First of all, this is the best place I’ve been to with my best friend. For some reason, we often find ourselves at restaurants where the quality of food doesn't match the price, but that was not the case here. I’ll break my review down into sections, starting with the quality of the food. **Quality of Food:** I couldn’t fault it at all. Everything was absolutely delicious, and we both agreed on that. The fish and burger were particularly memorable; neither of them left us feeling sluggish or unwell because they were cooked to perfection. They had a homemade feel and were healthy yet filling—way better than a greasy fish and chips joint or a typical burger place. Everything was served hot and met very high standards. For starters, we shared some garlic bread, which was beautifully presented and tasted fantastic. It was a generous portion for two, and it came with a sharp knife, allowing us to cut it into eight pieces—four satisfying pieces each. For dessert, they had some great options, like honeycomb milkshakes and other unique offerings that you don’t often see, but sadly, they ran out of what my friend wanted. We ended up going for the classic vanilla milkshake and fudge cake, which I can confidently say was amazing. It was the best dessert I’ve had in a long time! It was so creamy, and the vanilla ice cream was anything but boring; it tasted exactly like proper vanilla should. **Price of Food:** We were pleasantly surprised when our bill came to just £37, especially considering the generous portions we received. It was absolutely worth the price. Just a note about leaving tips: if you want to tip by card, you need to ask the staff to add it into the card machine because they have to input the amount manually. **Staff:** The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Even the bartenders noticed my friend’s shopping bag and kindly found a plastic bag for them. **Service:** The service was prompt, and if we needed more time before ordering dessert, they happily accommodated us. Since we visited on a Monday, it wasn’t too busy, which meant we could enjoy our meal at a comfortable pace. **Variety of Menu:** They offered an extensive menu with so many options. Even as someone who can be quite picky, I found plenty of choices to satisfy my cravings. There wasn’t a huge variety of desserts, but the options they had were excellent. **Cleanliness:** Everywhere seemed immaculate, including the cutlery. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant!"

"we went on a Saturday at 5ish, there was no waiting for a table and the service and eating was excellent. I had bbq huh and my man had 5 drill chimichangas. our sohn chose the Tortilla pizza from the junior menu, but since he only wanted to margarita recommended our waiter, he ordered from the children's menu as it was cheaper for the same. can't blame her."

"For me, there was a great selection of savory options, including not just sandwiches, but also wraps with various fillings that were a nice departure from the usual offerings. The cakes were absolutely delicious, and the portions were the largest I've ever seen, warm to the touch. Since it was Easter, there were some lovely extra touches for the children. My daughter had her face painted by a talented artist who was stationed nearby and created a beautiful flower design while engaging in friendly conversation with my 9-year-old. We also had a visit from the Easter Bunny, who handed out Easter eggs. Our waitress, whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, was very attentive and accommodating, ensuring that nothing was too much trouble. The staff at Quart Pot are always friendly, and every experience I’ve had there has been pleasant. Well done!"

"Booked a table on line, which was easy enough. Arrived at the Windmill, the lady logged in to find our booking, which took a little while as the app kept logging her out, and it had ‘the longest ever password’ to log in her words not mine. Took our seats, and ordered our drinks via the app. After about 10 mins, the same lady asked if we were ok, we said we were waiting for drinks, she went back to the bar and retrieved our order and brought our drinks to us. Next round of drinks which again were order via the app arrived promptly. Next we ordered our mains. Medium rare 10oz stake, and a lasagna. Food arrived. Lasagna was very good. Not overpowered with tomato or garlic, very tasty. Hubby’s medium rare stake was overcooked making it a bit dry and lacking taste, but he didn’t want to wait for another to be cooked. Not once did anyone check with us how the meal was. During the meal we ordered another round of drinks, and waited patiently. The lack of drinks made a dry steak even less palatable. We finished the meals (well left half the steak) yet still no drinks. After 25 minutes I went to the bar to cancel the drinks and ask for a refund. After tapping many buttons, hey presto the order was located. There was much confusion over how to do a refund, and at one stage it was suggested that we may have to have cash and the staff member sort it later, but eventually it got sorted as a refund to the card. STILL NO ENQUIRY AS TO HOW THE MEALS WERE!!!!!! As much as I enjoyed the lasagna, I don’t think we will visit again. One member of staff was spending more time having a chat with the locals than checking on things. There were a lot of food orders being collected for delivery, I felt that these were being prioritised above the seated diners. I wish I could say the pub was busy, but it really wasn’t so there was no excuse."

"So is there anywhere for the kids to play? No, just the carpark. What if they try to walk around the pub? The grumpy duty manager doesn't like it. In fact he doesn't seem happy about anything and is abrupt and mumbles a lot from the moment we walk in (this was Sunday May, Harvester, if you would care to check who it was). The service was slow but we got what we ordered and it tasted fine and didn't cost any more than expected. The drinks refill and salad bar are good. I asked a waitress for some more cutlery and she was very helpful (I sure wasn't going to ask that grumpy duty manager). So it's ok but poor for kids and the attitude of at least one staff member is definitely sub-standard."

"Had a trip here today and this is a specific post about the security and customer experience team following the loss of my phone. Long story short but the team, from the nice Irish cleaner/sweeper who I first panicked to, to Charlie in the security team, Paul the customer experience manager, and chatty Richie, the friendly PCSO, they were brilliant. The shops were notified, one person checked Facebook (thank you to the manager in I crack) and it was tracked down, located, collected returned to me!! Honestly team sweeping into action! It is only a phone but its scary to think how much many of us would lose if we did lose them! Thank you all involved and the lady who initially found posted my phone as lost faith in humanity restored!"

"I initially made a reservation through Open Table, but when I arrived, they had no record of my booking! As a result, there was no table available for the four of us, and we had to wait for one to open up. However, they offered us a drink as a goodwill gesture. The food was decent, but nothing extraordinary, and I found it to be a bit overpriced for what we received. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly, which improved the experience somewhat."

"It was all a bit rubbish really.!Very disappointing. A costly and unpleasant experience. We ordered a delivery through the McDonalds app. Part of he order was wrong; a burger who was supposed to have no mustard, onions or gherkins on it had all. Three. You can’t just scrape it off and eat it because it leaves a residue that makes it taste unpleasant to those who don’t like these things that burger was inedible and we couldn’t swap because both burgers were the same. The hot and cold drinks were packed side by side in the same bag compromising the temperature of both drinks. All the food was stone cold and judging by the speed at which the delivery arrived and the temperature of the food; I would guess it was probably prepared in advance of orders rather than freshly to order. Customer services were unhelpful and want to pass responsibility for their failing on to Uber. They said if we wanted a refund we would have to take it up with Uber since they were the delivery service and they only refund click and collect at Customer services. However you can’t blame the Uber driver who arrived before the appointed time for mistakes on the order and for food which should have arrived hot given the time frame and the insulated carton he used to bring it. Given the huge mark- up and profit on takeaway food; and the size of McDonald’s as a company; I expected better : from the food, from the restaurant and from customer services ."

"I was so impressed by the care that was shown by all the workers to absorb the vegan nutrition of my family. both our waitress and the manager checked, then double checked (without any request) the ingredients of the courts we chose, so we are completely confident in what we ordered. admittedly, the options that were available to us were quite slim, but what we had was delicious and satisfying - the veggie fajitas came with wimpers of salsa and guacamole with a mountain of well seasoned vegetables. To be honest, it would have been great to have the possibility of some vegan “cheese” and sour cream / yogurt, but I will still be 5 stars because of the fantastic setting of the staff and the fact that we actually ate in a comfortable mainstream restaurant and had a meal that was really nice. I wouldn't usually choose a chain restaurant, but I'm going to come back in the future, as I know I'm going to take care of it. Thank you!"

"We randomly decided to pop in for some food after some Christmas shopping and wow I'm so glad we did. It was the first time we'd eaten at a Chiquito restaurant and were spoilt for choice as it all sounded so good. We decided to go for one of the sharing platters so we could try a few different things. Service was great, we weren't waiting around long at all and the food was incredible. There were two mini burritos which were packed with the filling, so good! Three pulled pork tacos, even better! And four chicken quesadillas... to die for! Oh and a pot each of sour cream and salsa. Everything was so flavoursome and filled us up nicely. Even though I was struggling with the last couple of bits I could not stop eating. I'm now thinking of an excuse to go back again!"

"my eating was great, the starter was nothing special, but the steak was amazingly soft without chew or fat bits, even if the garnels were a bit burned, so I would say it was a great meal. However, the person I had ordered the same got quite nothing but fat and chewing bits with her steak, so I would say that it is a bit of a hit and miss when it comes to the quality of the food here. but the staff was very friendly and understanding. they even gave us a ticket for a free meal at the next visit and free desserts. so everything in all cannot try too much in any case at least."

"My son uses the bar regularly and always has a great time in a safe and well run environment. The previous evening however after enjoying a meal, he left his expensive headphones in the bar They went missing but I can’t fault the help we had from the friendly bar staff and especially the Manager Dean to find them and ensure they were returned to us. He went out of his way to support us and nothing was too much trouble. we will definitely be back!!"

"Ordered 2 footlongs ones burnt to a crisp !! Other full of salad and barley Any meat at all the guy serving me couldn't even speak English or understand it I genuinely had to shout at him after he attempted to put garlic oil on my sub rather then gherkins I asked for 4 times! Only stopping when I raised my voice then the assistant came over and said he's training 3 or 4 times ... like it was all my fault the memebr of staff couldnt understand me ! Hmm training on making a sub or the language? Sort it out subway won't be going back ."

"Charming and quaint setting, discreetly tucked away behind Bond st. Food was delicious. Burrata was probaby the freshest I have tasted. I wanted the Avocado and eggs from the brunch menu but they had run out of avocado. The Halloumi fries were very nice. The truffle chips were delish as well. On the downside, they do not have a No Smoking policy outside, so you are forced to inhale second hand smoke, if you want to sit outside. Very unpleasant."

"We ordered two meals from the meal deal. It took ages for the starter to arrive, we had to ask the waiter where it was. I had ordered hunters chicken for the main and when it came, I found it to be really salty, I thought it was the yellow/orange sause, so tried to avoid it, and realised that the red sauce was not BBQ sause, but a very runny (mainly tomato) bolognese sauce.So I complianed to the waitress, who then went ans spoke to our waiter, who told her that the chicken was alway with a bechamel sauce, but I could have more BBQ sauce if I wanted. I pointed to the menu that had no mention of bechamel sauce. Our original waiter came over and explained that they had a new menu and that the old menu had included bechamel and the kitchen were not aware of the menu change. He offered me a starter as compensation, I had already had a starter and did not want another. I ate the chips and onion rings, but the chicken was so awful, I left it. When I went to pay the bill, or original wait was no where to be found and we were left with a very nice young girl who had only been working there a week. She asked if we had been offered any compensation I said that we hadn't but felt we should have been, so she went to the kitchen to speak to our origninal waiter, who did not return with her, and she told us because it was part of the meal deal, that they could not remove any thing, and what we had would have been more expensive than removing the meal. So I ended up paying full price for a meal I did not eat! The customer service was terrible except for the new girl. The hunters chicken was not as described on the menu and unedible."
