"The food was served cold, the cheese was hardened, and the overall quality was not up to standard. The delivery was made on a bike on Slamananstraße which is unacceptable. I tried contacting them on my phone but they were unresponsive to my inquiries."

"One of my favourites! They do the best garlic pizza I have ever had. Unfortunately I don't work local anymore otherwise I would definitely be paying they a visit. If you like abit of spice and something abit different try there Bombay bad boy. It's definitely a bad boy! You'll soon find out! Also stuffed crust is very nice, abit cheesy for some but I think it's awesome."

"Cold pizza and dis interest in retaining my custom. Really unimpressed by the product and experience before during and after. I was a new customer to here and ordered a pizza on Sat 05th Dec at 7.20pm. Funnily although their funky online system told me it had already been delivered for me to enjoy, I actually received the pizza and 2 sides at 8.43pm. Guess what it was cold. I had 1 slice and binned it..I had been starving however wish I had went to a competitor instead. 1 Hour 20 mins for delivery really not impressed!! I was then sent a feedback survey within which I promptly placed my 1st and what will be only experience of this place. I would have expected both an apology and also a refund or voucher to reflect the waste of my money and the 3rd rate experience but zero i do get emails telling me all about fantastic fundraising but clearly they are fine with shocking service. On that basis It will be the first and last time I use Papa Johns Carlisle"

"I remember this place fondly as a favorite haunt, and it still holds a special place in my heart. However, I was disappointed to see that the beautiful mural on the wall had been painted over, replaced by a simple bird. The addition of a new walled garden at the front of the pub creates a nice atmosphere, but unfortunately, the recent storms have left the site in need of some repair. The prices were reasonable, and the staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, going above and beyond. It was a shame that the outdoor heating was not working during our visit, as it made for a chilly experience. Despite these minor issues, the company I was with made up for any inconveniences. It's been a while since I last visited and socialized here, and the cost of a quick pint was a bit of a shock to the wallet."

"Friday 11 February was our 16th day. stefano made it special. that was our first visit and eating with my wife koeliac (gluten free) is always a challenge. great GF options and restaurant staff all attentive, well humiliated and smile! small anecdotes about the choice of food were helpful and informative. service was fast and eating fresh and hot! my partner enjoyed the mushroom bruschetta'. the hint of chili an unusal twist. my garnels were a good part. my spinach ravioli in the traditional butter sauce was exceptional and the pasta melts fresh in the mouth! my partner was pampered with a huge part of the earthy to finish while my profiteroles were delicious. a great experience and we will certainly return."

"I can't give anything less than 5 stars! After having no luck with our delivery address on popular third-party apps, we contacted this restaurant directly. The staff was very helpful in advising us on the best offer available. The delivery time was faster than quoted, and the delivery person was very friendly. The food was piping hot and they even included some cups for our drinks! Amazing service from beginning to end."

"Visited on a friend’s recommendation but also some pretty solid happy cow reviews. Everything was great here and not just from a ‘really grateful we can eat something vegan’ angle. Great choice of sandwiches, bagels, breakfast items, ice creams, cakes and drinks. Served by really friendly staff. Coffee was superb with choice of quite a few plant based milks. Sausage bagel really good. All round great experience, thank you! Will recommend this place to everyone and will visit the jewellery qtr place later today."

"Amazing food, all of it was hot even after the ride home. The mozzarella dippers were delicious and stringy. I had the chicken fillet supper and that was very yummy, was also seasoned which I've never seen a chip shop do before but was very nicely surprised. Then my partner, who originally wasn't going to have anything, asked if they did any sort of fish without batter/breading and the owner who seemed very passionate about his food made something for him which he said tasted amazing and was something special that he makes occasionally. The owner was also very friendly, outgoing and super positive. We're hoping that next time we go in we'll be able to ask if they can make it again as usually my partner doesn't like much from chippers as they always have batter/breading. So we were pleasantly surprised when they made something off-menu for us. I'm also rather picky about chippers as I like certain things but everything about this place was great and we will definitely be regulars here!"

"After we have booked Mother's Day Lunch by OpenTable several weeks in advance and have received confirmation of the booking, the worst part of our experience with my older mother arrived to tell from the person that Holiday Inn did not book through OpenTable and he had no record of our booking! This individual was quite rude and made it very clear that this was the customer's fault! I showed him the confirmation email I received, and he finally agreed to arrange a table. Once sitting, the meal was very good and the service was attentive. It was very regrettable that the administrative question between OpenTable and Holiday Inn was initially raised for my mother. I would recommend to contact Holiday Inn directly and to book this restaurant NOT via OoenTable."
