"I remember this place fondly as a favorite haunt, and it still holds a special place in my heart. However, I was disappointed to see that the beautiful mural on the wall had been painted over, replaced by a simple bird. The addition of a new walled garden at the front of the pub creates a nice atmosphere, but unfortunately, the recent storms have left the site in need of some repair. The prices were reasonable, and the staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, going above and beyond. It was a shame that the outdoor heating was not working during our visit, as it made for a chilly experience. Despite these minor issues, the company I was with made up for any inconveniences. It's been a while since I last visited and socialized here, and the cost of a quick pint was a bit of a shock to the wallet."

"They have a huge variety of food selections, from hot dogs to breakfast wraps to vegan cake. We had only 3 days in Birmingham and we went back there every day we were there to try something different. I really liked their ice cream and the warm toasts. The ambiance is nice Ps. When the place gets busy during the prime hours, quality of service and the food decreases tremendously, which was a disappointment. Also the toilets are for binary folks and only the female wc has the diaper change unit. Those kind of things gets me down especially in vegan cafes. They also serve dairy milk if requested for some weird reason."

"I have visited here twice, and it runs Giuliano's a close second in the running to be the best Italian restaurant in Edinburgh. The service is always friendly and the staff go out of their way to make yourself and your party comfortable. The last two times I have been here, I've had seafood, such is my liking for the inhabitants of the ocean. The Seabass, which I believe was a special, was a truly amazing dish, most recently I had the Cod Saltimbocca, which bested the Seabass, but only just. The extensive drinks menu is sure to cater for all manners of tastebuds, alas I have never tried anything from here other than the Coca-Cola or water as I never drink alcohol with a meal. It must be how I can remember every distinct bite of food. Restaurants such as Vittoria make me love that decision even more, as the flavours remain forever etched into my memory."

"Amazing food, all of it was hot even after the ride home. The mozzarella dippers were delicious and stringy. I had the chicken fillet supper and that was very yummy, was also seasoned which I've never seen a chip shop do before but was very nicely surprised. Then my partner, who originally wasn't going to have anything, asked if they did any sort of fish without batter/breading and the owner who seemed very passionate about his food made something for him which he said tasted amazing and was something special that he makes occasionally. The owner was also very friendly, outgoing and super positive. We're hoping that next time we go in we'll be able to ask if they can make it again as usually my partner doesn't like much from chippers as they always have batter/breading. So we were pleasantly surprised when they made something off-menu for us. I'm also rather picky about chippers as I like certain things but everything about this place was great and we will definitely be regulars here!"

"Congratulations Holiday Inn, you 've managed to completely ruin a lovely restaurant. When you are given a menu on a clipboard you know that standards are falling. The restaurant was booked for 7pm and after waiting for over 20 minutes they took our order. After 15 minutes the 'waitress ' came back to say there were no lamb chops left and did we like to re-order. Why couldn 't she have told us before we ordered? The main meal Chicken stir fry tasted like it had been microwaved judging by the steam and heat coming from the dish. No Yorkshire beers just Budweiser or Bass. My dessert had to be sent back as it was cold, and you got the feeling they couldn 't be bothered. So, congratulations Holiday Inn you have ruined a fine establishment and I certainly will not be recommending or visiting ."

"I ordered 2 pizzas 2 sides and 2 juice tonight and only one small pizza one juice and one side. Some of it was on a deal so the total came to 29£ of thereabouts. I called to say my food was missing and the guy said that’s all I had ordered gave me some verbal abuse and put the phone down. I will never order from this place again. Shocking service."

"Our experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The food was overcooked and it took twenty five minutes to bring a bottle of wine, with two people having to crawl into a cupboard to find it. The wine arrived after we had finished our starters. Using the toilet was a very unpleasant experience, as it was in a disgusting condition and unflushed. After quietly pointing this out to one of the chefs, they apologized and cleaned it. The waitress then informed us that it had been cleaned. We were taking my son, who is at university in Leeds, out for dinner as he loves French food. Despite the nice staff, it was a horrible evening and we would not return to this restaurant."

"After seeing advertised that they had won best fish and chip shop in Sussex we had to try. We've lived in Chichester for years but rarely eat fish and chips, but we decided to on this occasion. We can see why they have been voted the best! The fish was crispy and chips. The kids loved the nuggets! They took care when writing our order and swiftly called out our names after a few mins with it ready! It was really busy and to remember our names was a real treat! We shall be eating here much more often"

"First visit I thought I had booked another restaurant that I had been to years ago so was a bit shocked when I arrived and a bit apprehensive. Well we were delighted with our new find. I had asked about parking as I know the area is mainly permits, they provided a permit and told us were we could park. We brought a birthday cake which they kindly placed in the fridge. The actual restaurant is compact but it was busy on a Wednesday night people sitting both inside and outside and it had a real little vibe about it, buzzing you thought you were maybe in New York definitely not in Colindale. Menu is Antipasti, Pasta Pizza so for a couple of our older guests we were a bit worried that may not find something to suit their not so adventurous pallets but after a good view of the menu we were able to meet their needs and Spaccanapoli even rejigged a dish to suit their needs. The food was fab, fresh, flavoursome, authentic and plenty of it so much so we brought some home. We had a couple of cocktails, beers wine and we all had starters, mains and a couple of desserts and it worked out approx £30 per head so very reasonable. We shall definitely be revising again Thank you Spaccanapoli for a wonderful evening"

"was never here before. we came later in the evening, so I didn't know it was like a little nightclub. the lights go low and the music continues. I enjoyed my evening and they had $7.00 margaritas . they also had $2.00 tacos, at least 3. I had these and the BBQ chickens with the fries. the pommes were good. the steak tacos were tiny, but the taste was great. the chicken taco was bland so I would recommend the steak. the chicken BQ channels were okay. this margarita was definitiw loaded with tequila I only needed 1! all ok place. they had a lot of food to choose so if they find burger, pasta or tacos they like it here."
