"Our experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The food was overcooked and it took twenty five minutes to bring a bottle of wine, with two people having to crawl into a cupboard to find it. The wine arrived after we had finished our starters. Using the toilet was a very unpleasant experience, as it was in a disgusting condition and unflushed. After quietly pointing this out to one of the chefs, they apologized and cleaned it. The waitress then informed us that it had been cleaned. We were taking my son, who is at university in Leeds, out for dinner as he loves French food. Despite the nice staff, it was a horrible evening and we would not return to this restaurant."

I just went to this place today to get some breakfast as I saw they had some healthy options in the menu.

Had Sunday breakfast/brunch here with my wife. Excellent food and friendly service. Coffee was extremely good. We will be back.

Afternoon tea was value for money with extensive selection of teas! Service was good! Quite a shame that people tend to oversee this shop.

Amazing food, great staff. Have been sitting here with my grandmother on her birthday and it was absolutely wonderful food, atmosphere and the people who work here are very beautiful and welcoming. Will definitely come back as soon as I am able. Thank you.

the worst French restaurant that I have been in Britain defo nothing French there a quiche lorraine was a pre-cooked tart from tomorrow quickly reheated when complained, I was told they had no choice, as it takes a very bad customer service, I had to pay for something that I did not eat

really friendly staff that was helpful without being too attentive. the interior of the restaurant was tasteful and comfortable. eating was attractive and absolutely delicious. much more filling than I expected, I couldn't do anything and wished in the back that I had asked for a doggy bag!

This is the worst French restaurant I have been to in the UK. There was nothing French about it. The quiche Lorraine was a pre-cooked tart from the morning that was quickly reheated. When I complained, I was told they had no choice as it takes a while to prepare. The customer service was very poor, and I had to pay for something I didn't eat.

The staff at the restaurant were incredibly friendly and helpful, striking the perfect balance of attentiveness. The interior was stylish and cozy, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. The food was not only visually appealing but also incredibly delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by how filling the portions were and regretted not asking for a takeout container as I couldn't finish everything.

"My son expressed his desire for a restaurant that wasn't too fancy or too casual. It's always a challenge to gather grown-up sons for celebrations when they are spread out, especially when you're unfamiliar with the restaurants in Leeds. After scrolling for hours and exchanging options, we finally settled on Gallery 41, which happened to have a 20% off deal on all food for certain days in November - perfect for N's birthday. After a long journey and a chilly afternoon at Kirkstall Abbey, we were ready to eat, and boy, did we eat well. The olives were a hit with my sons and husband, while the garlic bread was described as some of the best they'd ever had. The Skin Fries were a crowd favorite, so much so that we almost fought over the last ones. The main dishes were equally impressive, with the meat eaters raving about the Spiced Pepperoni and the Vegetarian option wowing my husband. I couldn't resist the Florentina pizza, a personal favorite of mine. Dessert was a hit as well, with everyone indulging in their sweet tooth. The atmosphere at Gallery 41 was perfect for our family gathering - quiet, cozy, and conducive to good conversation. The staff were attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. I look forward to returning with the rest of my family and indulging in more of Gallery 41's delicious offerings. In the end, it's the simple things like family, good food, and quality time together that truly matter. Thank you, Gallery 41, for a wonderful dining experience."
