"We were the second table to be seated at the restaurant. We waited 50 minutes to be served, and then an additional 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive in drips and drabs, which included two mocktails for our children, aged 14 and 10. We were supposed to be eating, but after waiting 70 minutes for our drinks, we decided to leave and asked for the bill. When the bill arrived, it only had one mocktail listed. Upon questioning this, we realized that one of the children had been served an alcoholic drink. The manager did not come out to speak with us, as they were in the office. The restaurant was very quiet, so there was no excuse for any of these mistakes."
