"We 'd been meaning to go to Crafthouse for a while and finally managed it for a Sunday lunch on a blustery Sunday the offer was very reasonable compared to some prices £25 for 2 courses. We came up in the private elevator from the road a nice touch; but then were left waiting in a corridor for 5 minutes whilst staff rushed around a half full dining room, then taken straight to our seats in the bar side of the restaurant we would have had a view of Boar lane and South Leeds if the blinds across the windows hadn 't;t all been fully down I can appreciate there would have been some glare earlier in the day, but the sun had already set when we arrived and so half our view was of greige. Service was a bit 'by the numbers ' there was a set order they worked in and we wouldn 't be allowed to order food at the same time as a drink even though we were ready. Starters were OK cured salmon was tasty and well presented, though the accompanying slice of brioche looked a little mean and unevenly toasted; the prawn cocktail was very salty prawns with a limp and tired salad and not enough Marie Rose. Mains were where it all fell apart we were offered beef or lamb either well done or pink and both settled on well, as medium was not allowed; Both meats arrived rare, and though tasty were very tough and gristly cuts, with a lot of visible fat around and through the meat. Veg were OK, though didn 't;t feel particularly freshly cooked. With a (very good) rum old fashioned at £18 the total came to £76 including a 12.5% service charge. Ambiance was noisy, with some dance ish music a bit too loud for my tastes perhaps closing the door on the very noisy group in the glassed off 'private ' dining room would have helped. I 'm glad we went, but there are much better options for the price, or less don;t think we 'll return."

"If your looking for a simple family restaurant with quick simple Italian food then you could try this place, but I would still look elsewhere. We ordered the pasta with gorgonzola cheese sauce, broccoli, and chicken, garlic bread, and a ceasar salad. The pasta was ample serving, but the quality was lack luster. The sauce was almost clear and seriously lacking flavor. The cheese garlic bread looked more like a naan bread, but with very little garlic. The salad was fine, they used the correct lettuce and the dressing had flavor. The restaurant overall just looked poorly cared for and unclean. The ladies bathroom was especially unclean and there is no heat in the bathrooms. The only good thing was the service which was good, but would definitely not return or recommend it."

"When we turned up we were taken in a sidedoor behind the bar to be shown to our seats which were next to the bar. The bar area had boxes of wine/alcohol stacked around it with a bin for empty bottles right by our table in front of the bar. Our drinks were prepared and sat on the bar for 10 mins plus with ice melting before they were brought the 2 steps to our table. The toilets and queue for them are immediately behind the food servery!! A member of staff was eating a pizza off the food servery while dinners were being stacked there for customers! In my opinion the restaurant was poorly managed with questionable hygiene practices. Why would I want to pay £100 plus for a meal celebrating my daughter's A level results in an area that felt like a storeroom....As a result we took no photos, ate as quickly as possible and went elsewhere for coffee and dessert. In addition we were told on arrival that Tesco vouchers are no longer accepted there and it is card only. Neither of which points were on the website or conveyed to me when I booked. Thankfully we had decided against using clubcard vouchers and had taken up the birthday free prosecco voucher I had. Needless to say it will be the last money I ever spend in Prezzo! The only positive was the food, but given the state of the environment it was served in I dread to think what the kitchen was like and won't risk eating there again in a city full of lovely, more deserving restaurants!"

"I went to this restaurant after a terrible business morning and I'm glad I did. I was not yet in a prezzo restaurant, but I was withdrawn from the prompt service. I was even greeted before I passed the door. the restaurant was busy, but I have a table in a few minutes. the gentleman apologised for delays in advance as they were unusually busy. but the apologies were not necessary, as that was worth it. the food was served in sufficient portions and very neatly present. the suggestions were in front of location. the Dessert menu is a little spersome, but colonized with some precious stones. in short a very nice place for a well rounded meal."

"Booked to come here to celebrate my Birthday with family. Have to admit, I haven't visited here since before 2019, my expectations were exceeded. They were most accommodating, due to the fact that some of my family members sadly became ill, so could not attend, however after informing Fiume, they were most gracious adjusted our table dinning requirements accordingly. The restaurant was very busy, however, that certainly didn't detract from the excellent attentive service that we received. From our starters of Crespella Ai Funghi E Salsiccia, to our mains of whole Seabass Flambe Di Gamberi, our food was superb, along with the very attentive waitress that looked after our table for our food drinks. It was quite a night, due to the fact that there must have been at least 6 other Birthday parties celebrating there, which was unusual to experience so many, . . just shows what a popular Italian Restaurant this really is. Thank You to all the staff chefs Fiume Italian Bar Restaurant, for making my Birthday celebrations an evening to remember. We'll definitely be back very soon."

"A large group of us (originally 25) booked a table and had a meal here. When we got there we were warmly welcomed and seated. More people than expected turned up (31). The staff were very accommodating, getting more seats and cutlery and moving us around to fit us all in. I’ve worked in hospitality before and can appreciate how frustrating this can be! But the staff were great (even if they may have been secretly annoyed). We all ordered drinks, which was quite a feat but the man and lady were attentive and the service was quick. We ordered food, he checked it all over and made any changes to meals if people requested it very accommodating and patient. The food came and amazingly they could remember what most of us ordered which was amazing and sped up the service. There was a very short wait for food in relation to our table size and variety of orders. The food came out altogether which wasn’t expected but it was a brilliant surprise. All the staff really pulled together to make our experience great. Thank you to the servers, front of house and chefs!!"

"Today I took my son out for lunch, he has chrohns disease. Prezzo assured us of there allergy menu, and they could cater for us, so we ordered. 30 minutes went by and people were coming in and got their orders. We waited a further 20 mins and still no sign of our vegan starters. I travelled a distance to take my son out for lunch and this is how we were treated. We then decided to ask the waitress why is everyone getting their food and we are now 50 mins waiting still for our starter. The waitress informed us that none of our food has been prepared. I would suggest prezzo that when you say you cater for allergies you do so and don't leave them waiting and waiting. And you get appropriate staff to cater for your allergy menu. Anyone that has allergies do not go to prezzo in Kingsmead as they won't cater for your needs. Prezzo kingsmead take your allergy menu down. Very disappointed. The 1 star is for the waitress that served us."

"Me and my partner booked a week in advance for a table at o'clock we was running ten minutes late because traffic, phoned up the restaurant spoke to a women who didn't even bother to take our name to let her know we was...in traffic but we was on our way she said it was fine they hold the table. We got there at minutes past and the man said he had given our table away we said to him we just drove all the way here and spoke to your colleagues who said it was fine if your abit late.He turned us away without going to even see if there was any other seating or if we could wait minutes till someone leaves he didn't even try the staff just seemed like they were not interested never will I give these people money."

"The food was nice but portions were small and prices were high very high for the size of the portions we got. And several items on the menu weren't available which was a shame. There are a lot of different deals for different days which I found confusing. There didn't seem to be any deals on the day we went we were just given a menu with no mention of any deals. No ambience but that's probably because we were the only ones in there but we were eating between lunch and dinner time so that was probably why. I wouldn't go again unless we got a good deal too pricey for too little food."
